Guest Reviews
- Reeta (6/5): - It was nice hotel with nice staff member. Clean room and good breakfast.
- Henry (10/5): - The only negative was a third floor room with no elevator.
- Kisha Mae (6/5): - One of the Fd tone of voice is a bit rude. The building and everything are old and some are rusty. They didn't honor the price showing for extra guest on Expedia. On the first day, the breakfast was delivered to our room. On the second day, I've asked to deliver the breakfast to our room but they declined because room service is only for seniors and pwd. I'm confused.
- Frecilla (8/5): - Excellent customer-service!
- Macrina (6/5): - It’s ok
- Kaye (4/5): - It's old, far and the place is dirty.
- Elma Quizon (6/5): - Not so clean facilities
- Kevin (8/5): Nice experience - A lovely hotel with excellent staff. A bit rustic but elegant.
- Benneth (4/5): Not impressed - Stayed in the older building. Room was disgusting. Stains on sheets and towels, and wall. Carpet was dirty. The staff was friendly however.
- Nereo (2/5): - Their old building is not good anymore and they need to renovate it as it is very old building and it is very dirty.
- Terry (10/5): - They were very pleasant at the front desk check in .very helpful with everything
- Larry D (10/5): Checking on Family - When i got there , everything was fantastic. Love where i stayed and want to stay there again. Then we had a Power outage and i could not get back in my room. They changed the lock for me and after 2 days i was able to get back , over all the stay was great and i will be returning soon.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The carpet of the room looks untidy and the service phone is not working. Also there is no elevator. Thumbs up for the good staff and everyday refill of drinking water.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - will rebook in my future travel
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very accommodating
- Verified traveler (4/5): - needs to be renovated - toilet seat broken, walls of room are dirty, tv program reception is poor breakfast is served cold.
this location needs an overhaul
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff at very accomodating
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Not so good. I need to be watchful next time. I thought I was booking with the convention center. Likewise, check in was devastating I almost thought I was not able to book for 2 rooms but I was charged for 2. It skipped my mind that I booked the other under a friend's name. I can't access the confirmation and the front desk staff are not helpful. They insist on seeing the confirmation but their WiFi signal is not good. I just thought I gave the details of my card n they could verify, anyway I used the same card for both booking. I was the one who even suggested can try looking for booking under my companion thus I gave the name one by one. Poor data management. They are very uncorteous (the front desk staff). Worse, the housekeeping staff insisted that there was a remote control for TV when we asked for it as soon as we entered the room, but there was really none. Comforter similar to another is not available in the other. The reason, they ran out of it. Horrible...
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The food at this hotel is great. Swimming pool was not heated, although they said it was.
- Andy (4/5): - The room is not good. Electric fan is not working. Agoda posted wrong photos of the hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - affordable specially for friends & family to stay in
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Courtesy of the front desk people and the accommodation of the dining area people. The room is not that clean when we enter esp. the table.
- Marlon (10/5): Excellent - Very nice hotel and convention center.I will stay again in the near future
- Verified traveler (6/5): - the beds are ok but the comfort room needs upgrade...water is leaking in the floor
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Liked the staff and the service.
- Maria (4/5): Misleading - The pictures they were advertising was not what they had. They claimed they had clean rooms and an elevator but the only real thing that they advertised was the pool. Just to later find out that the pictures came from the hotel across the street. And at the breakfast they got out order wrong FOUR TIMES and half the stuff in their menu wasn't available. But the staff were polite.
- HYUNJUN (8/5): - i was satisfied. the staff was kind. the room was good, useful amenities. but the location was not so good
- Verified traveler (8/5): A good stay- overall - Good stay overall. Good breakfast also.
What I do not like is they are doing housekeeping even not requested, so they can enter your room without your permission or when you are outside. There is also no WiFi connection on the room where we stayed. Carpets are little bit dirty too.
What I like is the affordability, we booked it at cheaper price for 2 nights. Good breakfast too, and it is near on tourist spots like Burnham Park, SM Baguio, and etc.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was fine, given the price of the room. But I must say. The service is good. I like the way they treat their customers 😊
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Cable tv reception is bad and no internet signal
- Verified traveler (10/5): - the staff was very accomodating, unfortunately we didn't use the swimming pool because of the your schedule.
- Ursula (6/5): Outdated hotel - Outdated hotel. Needa improvement. Great location
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The carpet is old in the room, there were not enough electrical outlets near the bed. There is no A/C but they provide you with a fan. The bathroom does not have a vent.
- Rosebella (4/5): not really worth it - i did expect a lot but its not worth the value of facilities i get with what I pay. Old beds, youll shrink, old and not white bedsheets feels dirty, pillows are very old can see some stain marks youll feel not clean
- Larry (10/5): Enjoying My Vacation - I enjoyed the stay as well as the food , was very good..
- Bonifacio Jr. (8/5): Amazing stay - It was amazing! My family enjoyed our stay.
- Fean Joyce (8/5): - Thank you. Good quality of service and the price is quite affordable
- Verified traveler (8/5): Pleasant stay but some things need to improved - We stayed in the old building, and of course, the room is showing its age but we're ok with that since we didnt stayed at the hotel the whole day. The food is reasonable for a hotel, still pretty much affordable. Room service is present and attentive to your need. Toiletries are there sealed and replaced everyday as you would expect in a normal hotel.
I gave 4 stars because the beddings are a bit yellowish suggesting that it's been used for a long time. The same goes to their menu, and door markers. Those things shpuld be replaced regularly right? It is also quite absurd to ask for hot water. They should have simply put a water heater in the room.
One more thing, the bell boys should be reminded of their job. I had one instance that the bell boy left our stuff in the carriage without informing us.
- Shakey (6/5): - there is no a/c
no warm shower
there is no telecaption on tv
the wifi is very weak
- shirley (6/5): - The hotel is quite a bit old(outdated). The strength of the wifi is poor..it can only be access at the lobby..prices of the room and food is affordable. staff is very courteous and very helpful.
- Enby (6/5): - Nice hotel it's just that my phone got stolen the CCTV can't be reviewed
- Jocelyn (10/5): Wish granted!😊 - I requested for a quiet room, away from street noise. And my request was granted!
They served good, tasty dishes. Reasonably priced, too.
The lobby was cozy.
- Terri May (2/5): Disgusting and molded hotel - The place was filthy by the time you enter the room you can immediately smell the molds around the air. The toilet was disgusting the shower curtain is filled with molds and the toilet bowl was not scrub properly. I regret booking at this hotel. I book for 3 days the next day I pack all my stuff and move to a different hotel. Warning!!! Do not book at this hotel
- Ailene (8/5): Baguio escapade 2018 - People are polite and kind,,
The cable on our tv doesn’t work well,,poor reception maybe,,
But still a great place to stay,,
- Marlon (10/5): Excellent - Nice hotel ,comfortable room and good food.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Hotel Supreme Baguio - This hotel does not live up to their tag line to treat guests as Kings and Queens. Its' name as well does not live up to the experience we had at this hotel, it never was close to being Supreme. We only stayed for one night, the check in process took so long, that guests have to endure after a long drive from their destination to Baguio City. After which, the room they have provided us, still was being cleaned and maintained by the housekeeping, no proper coordination was made from the front desk to the housekeeping department that they had to transfer us to another room. The room, upon entering, was dark, no proper lighting and is not properly maintained as the ceiling has dirt watermarks. The towels provided are not so clean to say the least as it has markings on it. The room charge is not reasonable if you are to add an additional person, because their charge in bed is different from their charge for the breakfast. And speaking of breakfast, the viands provided are served on a very minimal serving. If i was gonna return to Baguio, I won't go back to this hotel.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Dirty - Carpet is so dirty. Bedsheet is so itchy and old. No elevator. The location is far from the city and tourist attractions.
- Sonny (6/5): Old and filthy rugs - The rugs are very old and they smell. My son has asthma and it just worsen his condition. We let the windows open bec there's no AC, but we can smell smoke coming from outside. People swimming at the pool are noisy and we can hear them from the 3rd fl. The bathroom had bugs and we had to call maintenance at 5am bec toilet won't flush. They fixed the problem right away but seriously, they should renovate the whole place.
- Bo (6/5): Outdated Hotel - We had a bad start at check-in. We arrived at 3 p.M., check-in was at 2 p.m., and was told to wait by the front desk personnel. After 30 minutes, I went back to the front desk and asked about our room. They made a call finally got us our room.
The room looked old and dingy, and is in need of some remodeling. There was no wifi in the room, even though they advertised that it was provided. I guess you get what you pay for, as we only paid p5,600 for 3 nights. However, we wouldn't have chosen this hotel if they were honest and stated that they only had wifi in the lobby.
- Joseph (8/5): Supreme Hotel: Where You get Value for Money - Staff were very courteous and helpful. Bed and bed covers/pillows were clean, comfortable and warm. Availability of internet a big help. Also a telephone to call the front desk. Nice lobby and restaurant with large TV monitor. Accessible by public transport and near to the center of Baguio City. A big plus that you can book a room online.
- Peter (6/5): - There are two hotels both with very similar names. The one we stayed in is very much a budget hotel and well worn.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very Nice - Amazing pool and clean accommodation. Thanks for the free breakfast. Good and secured parking space
- Wynchy (2/5): Old hotel with uncomfy bed - No hair dryer, no flat iron. Bed is too soft for comfort it feels like its swallowing you. The hotel looks old and smells old. The carpet looks dirty and sticky i didn't want to step on it with my barefeet.
- Abigail (10/5): Room Upgrade - We upgraded our room and asked if I can get 1 twin bed but we were but on 3 single beds. I asked one of the crew if we can just put the 2 beds together but was advised that we cannot do it because of the side table wiring's. Me and my daughter end at sleeping in one single bed and her dad in the other bed. I highly suggest to be sensitive sometimes and asked the guest first if the bed arrangement is okey or not or at least give us options.
- Joe (4/5): - The room was so dirty. Towels and sheets were really old and only belonged in the trash. The beds were dented and ply woods were holding the beds. The hotel management should consider throwing everything from the rooms and replace them brand new. It’s not fair paying for a room but all you get is sore back and bed bug bites. Disgusting room even though we were moved to another room which had same old and dirty furnishings.
- Peter (8/5): Pretty Decent for the Price I Paid :) - My overall Experience was very pleasing, the staff were very friendly. Although I have to admit the hotel is pretty old but I can't complain. Food was not bad either, for the price it was pretty decent.
- roc (2/5): Terrible terrible experience - I booked a deluxe room around 10 am of Dec. 8 for check-in on Dec. 8, 2pm and check-out of Dec. 9, 12nn. I specifically stated in my request that I will leave Manila by 8am and arrive in Baguio by 2am. I paid by BDO debit card.
I arrived at the hotel around 2am, exhausted and just wanting to rest. However, the receptionist told me that there was no deluxe room available anymore because they had a big group that day. and he said that I shall be downgraded and assigned a standard room. Of course I did not agree. I already paid for a deluxe room and specifically said I will arrive by 2 am. How could they assign my room to anybody????
next the hotel staff said that they will upgrade my room, but i will be charged an upgrading fee. the receptionist even blamed me for booking with expedia and said that they were not duly notified!!!
By this time I was already fuming mad. I said i will not pay any excess charges. It was not my fault that they ran out of deluxe. After threatening that I will call the police, and 30 minutes after, they finally relented and upgraded my room accommodation to a suite.
When I was checking out, the new receptionist asked me if I was informed that I will be paying an upgrading fee. My god! the night shift did not even inform the morning shift!!! I tried to be very patient with the morning shift receptionist but stood my ground that I will not pay the upgrading fee because it was not my fault.
Hotel Supreme sucks!
- pete (6/5): Nice hotel very solemn place - It was a good stay there. The breakfast food is very yummy. Its an overlooking.
- Sche (4/5): Hotel room is old - our room is located at the lower ground and u can smell that its quite old. the electric (box)fan provided is even broken (does not swing). no hot shower in the morning. And the worst part, staffs are not that accomodating & helpful. aside from the fact that the hotel is far from the baguio city proper. Will not come babk & will not recommend.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Affordable and good for family.. - The place is good for a family stay. Price is affordable, near the city.
- nezzy (10/5): - Nice stay...will be back soon. Good location. Affordable
- Verified traveler (6/5): Customer Service Level - Disappointing for the room service guy we requested for extra spoon & pork for the Senoir Citizen he did not comply, for the food billings he did not ask first if we have a senior citizen card, Disappointing also for the PWD service..
- Guest (8/5): Nice Family Room - This is my 2nd time to stay at Supreme Hotel and I even recommended this Hotel to some of my friends during my first visit way back 2015. Rates are very affordable. Staff at the front desk were very accommodating, Guards are helpful, Dining experience is okay. Staff were friendly. The room where we stayed was newly painted and appreciate the ambience. The only problem I encountered was when I requested for coffee mugs and teaspoon to be delivered inside the room and it took me 6 times from 2:30pm to 10:30PM to follow up the said request and nobody dare to deliver our request. But overall, this is a nice hotel with some very accommodating staff.
- issay (10/5): lovely staying on your hotel - i would like to stay again in your hotel affordable and had relax too, a swimming pool with warm water is very relaxing so customer may enjoy staying on your pool hot spring very help to tired one
- Pilar Agnes (8/5): - It has cockroaches!!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is accomodating as well as the staffs. Recommended to others who are searching.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst hotel to stay - The stay in the hotel was the worst experience we ever had. The room does not smell good, carpet s dirty, beddings looks as if it has not been changed for years. Worst, is the window in the bathroom is missing one jalousie. When we complained of the missing jalousie, service person just said sorry that the room was previously occupied by teenagers and broke one of the slots.
- ruperto (8/5): Very good Hotel for any type of traveller - It was amazing hotel. Very nice to stay
- De Guzman (8/5): Very good and hotel price is very reasonable. - The hotel is very close to city proper and very accessible coming from different places. Staff have smiles on their faces and accommodating. Service is very good.
- Evelyn (6/5): Sisters Getaway - For reason of bonding with my sisters, we thought of going out in the evening by just walking and wandering in Burnham park or along session road market. But these were not push through due to proximity of Hotel Supreme. Anyway we have enjoyed our day tour to have a glimpse of Baguio.
- Earl (10/5): excellent hotel with low budget - peaceful place, smiling staff accomodating place.
breakfast to choose from bacon, fish or hotdogs
more parking for guest
free toiletries
good ambiance
cold swimming pool
- Mike (10/5): - this was a good stay hotel was full so we had single beds put together and was told would change next day and true to there word we was moved to double room food was good staff was exellent
- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel Supreme - The hotel was fine although they gave us an old room. I was expecting a new and modern room.
- Aldan (8/5): Noise from other room was annoying. - Hi our stay was Good we just get disturb in our Room because our Room has had a Door acces to other Guest Room. Our experience was we can here the Noice from other room which is very annoying! And for security it not safe with that kind of room. I suggest to make every room sound proof and Safe it must be no access to other Guest room...
- Verified traveler (6/5): Trying to charge more then what you paid for. - It started out bad I reserve a room for 3 they only gave us a room for 2 and tried to charge us for the 3 person. They did not give a breakfast to the third person. I would not stay there again. it was bad.
