- Douglas (1/5): One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed, and I’ve been all over the world. - The location It was very dirty, dust and dirt on the floors. The sheets had stains. There was still soap and shampoo from the previous guests, and the room had a moldy smell. I wasn’t expecting luxury at $115 but this was worse than the cheapest hotels/motels I’ve ever stayed in. If we hadn’t had an issue with our cars lights we would have left, but it was already very late and my daughter and I were exhausted. We slept on top of the cover because the sheets were so bad.

- Watson (6/5): Met are needs for one night stay. - Price and location were good. Beds were comfortable. No breakfast, hair dryer, iron.
- Malcolm (3/5): - Ti much smoking on my floor , my room was not a non smoking room The smell of smoke in my room and in haul way

- Caroline (1/5): Approved arrival 10 to 11 pm, arrived, office dark hotel locked, many calls, promised rep no show -

- Jaime (4/5): Perfect location.. - Room size and appliance whore comfortable ENTRANCE, and a small checking cabin.
- Allen (6/5): The room itself was a little dirty. But doable. - No one bothered us, but going in and out of the building there were people with no swipe keys waiting to come in. No security. There were people sleeping in their car in the parking lot. And a homeless couple sitting by the door asking for money.

- John (5/5): Did not feel comfortable in the room - There was no breakfast at this facility Sink in bathroom had either mold or dirt around it. The bathroom door was hard to close shut. The bottom of the bathroom mirror was stained. The refrigerator was door was filthy. The room itself looked old.
- Jane (6/5): - Many things did not work in room. Bad smell. Stains on tub. We didn't even stay . We ended up driving home 2 hours away. Did not feel comfortable there at all
- Tammy (5/5): Too expensive for what it come with, and the only reason I took, it was to be close to Jiffy Lube, Lab and I done it at - Location to Jiffy Lube live is the only reason I got it No coffee pot ,no hair dryer, shampoo, soap and body wash was absolutely awful. It was barely enough for one person and for the price I paid for those rooms they could have done better.
- cherieg269 (10/5): Wonderful - All the staff is absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, very kind. I absolutely will recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

- Steven (8/5): Nice, quiet location with clean rooms and great staff. - Love the 24 hour check and service. The location was quiet and great. Rooms were okay. Showers great. The light switches were weird at first and would nice to have charging station near bed.
- Emily (2/5): - This place SMELLED SO BAD. Like Dog pee and cigarettes. The smell hits you like a truck as soon as you walk in the door. There’s dogs barking and you can’t leave the window open to air out the smell because there is a LOUD train that runs by throughout the night which kept me up. The paint was all pealing, there was rust and dirt? On the fridge. No lamps, just overhead lighting. TV didn’t work. No ice machine, just ice trays in the freezer which we had to fill with unfiltered tap water. Place was disgusting and I would have moved hotels if I didn’t have to be at a concert right after checking in.
- Jessica (4/5): - We knew it was going to be a basic stay just for one night. But there were fruit flies in the room, the toilet seat wasn't attached, the room had the srtongest smell of bleach. When walking toward the lobby there was fresh dog poop on the floor in the hall.
- Nichole (7/5): We will definitely stay here again in up coming months - It was a very nice room, comfortable, and affordable, staff was super nice. I didn’t get much sleep for the love birds next to us and the bed banging against the wall, but that’s no fault of the hotel
- Genevieve (2/5): - Very unhappy with our stay check in took forever I booked online so they should have had everything already. Check in and left we had something scheduled to be at when we got back office was closed couldn’t get extra pillow, didn’t look at room when we first got there but when we got back noticed the room so dirty, holes in the wall with tape over them, walls, floor dirty. Left there the next morning as early as we could just to get out both woke up with bites on our body. If you are going to stay here check everything and don’t do what we did. Will not be back. Wish we would have checked everything and went somewhere else right away.
- Michael (10/5): - Great stay.
- Tiffany (4/5): Never Again! - Dirty, gave me a room with a non working tv and fridge. I am disabled and was all unpacked and settled to then find tv and fridge were not working and had to pack up and move to another room. It was frustrating due to my condition and they offered no help in any of it. The room is small and the reservation service shows rooms with king beds which we reserved and found all their room only have double beds! Ridiculous! We will never stay here again! Only plus was location it was near everything you could need from movie theater to food! Location was awesome!
- MELINDA (10/5): - I've always had any help I needed when I say there... That's important as I'm disabled and I use oxygen so you can appreciate why I always stay there when I come to Gainesville, VA
- MELINDA (10/5): - I really liked that the front desk staff were so helpful and friendly 😊
- MELINDA (10/5): - The staff went above board to accommodate me! I have felt really welcome, so much so that I stayed another night! 😊
- C7082QMhelenap (10/5): GREAT!!! - My family and I came to this hotel last weekend and meet one of the most nicest worker by the name of Antoinette at the front desk. She greeted us with respect and a big smile on her face. She took care of us in a timely manner and she also gave us information about the area and suggested a few restaurants for my family and I to go have dinner at. I would recommend this hotel to any out of towner to stay here and to ask for the lady with the prettiest smile by the name of Ms Antoinette thanks for your hospitality again and be blessed.
- 327deidrec (10/5): My experience staying there was more than wonderful - Antoinette is very pleasant she is very attentive and cares about the guest and their needs!Antoinette
Has compassion for the elderly she checks in on them makes sure they are ok ! She is very respectful and has good customer service Nible the manager has great customer service as well ! He meets all the guests needs to the best of his ability!
- Stephen James (8/5): - Room is very basic but clean. Staff at check in were very friendly.
- Otis (10/5): Good living - Excellent
- Ruby (10/5): Pleasant check in experience - The front desk attendee was the absolute nicest woman I’ve had the pleasure of meeting during a hotel check in. We had travelled 8 hours and she managed to find us a room to check in early
- Jackie (1/5): Bad - Absolutely nothing They called to cancel my booking the night before my arrival because they overbooked specifically because a guest wanted to extend their stay, I asked to speak to a manager, then the rude front desk associate said they were going to keep my reservation at that point. The next morning around 9:30 am they call to say that they now only have a single room available with no pullout bed, now how is that ok when I booked for 2 adults and a 13 year old child!? So they cancelled my reservation they day of my arrival to accommodate someone else. The staff is rude and the managers are useless. Better to pay a few more dollars to stay at a reputable hotel! I managed hotels for 10 years and if I overbooked I accommodate the guest at another hotel and my company would cover the difference. This place is ridiculous to cancel on the same day arrival!! And I we traveled from PA to visit our daughter who is at college. Smh
- Crystal (6/5): - I like that it has space under bed for luggage to be be stored. I also like that it has a full size refrigerator and a small stove top. Price was good. However, the bed was uncomfortable, and the covers smelled dirty, this made super uncomfortable. I also didn't lle that I didn't find out about that kitchen no pan or pots for use. I noticed a sign whie checking in that said you could buy a kitch set with pot/pan etc from them for $39.99. No thanks.
All I wanted was a pot and a cup for hot water for my instant coffee, oh well. I went to check out at 6am, no staff available. No key return box. I called customer service they said to leave keys in the room. This is how they know I left and how I return the key, hum ok. So, that's what I did. This would have been nice to know prior to trying to check out. Anyway, Would I stay again? If on a budget, yes. However, I would be bringing my own sheets and cover, and of course a pot, cup and spoon.

- Keira (6/5): - It was comfy stay for one night. Convenient location for my visit in Haymarket. Nice lady at check in. The room was clean. Well maintained. I did not like the air freshener in the kitchenette. They did improvement with fredh paint, new blinds, new bath curtains but I could smell résidu old cig smell…
- Melinda (10/5): Exceptional - The front staff were really helpful, especially since I'm disabled, they went out of their way to open doors and get the elevator, I kept having to extend my stay and I always got a call to ask... Thank you!!
- 80amiraz (10/5): Amazing - Beyond my expectations, with excellent service. The GM and staff are very hospitable and genuinely care about the comfort of your stay. I would highly recommend this place, which comes at an affordable price too. Win, win. Great location, walking distance to eateries.

- Nicole (2/5): - This was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life and unfortunately it was already paid for. Otherwise I would have left immediately. When I got my room key it wouldn't work so I had to go all the way back down to the office. She checked said it was working on her end but she will come up with me to possibly change the batteries My kids and I stood there in a smoke-filled hallway with her. While she tried to unscrew the cover she said she didn't have any other rooms to give me so she's got to get this off no maintenance person. I even tried to get the screw undone while we are out there an extremely drunk woman that said she works there came by and made me and my kids very uncomfortable I tried my best not to freak out for my children's sake then suddenly she said she's going to go look and see if she has another room. Possibly a two bedroom. We all went down again. She gave me a room key for the 4th floor and the drunk lady that was still there talking said oh fourth floor. Just make sure you lock your doors and I was like now I don't want to stay up there but there's no other choice. She was insinuating that there was a man possibly a pedophile or somebody that tries to get into people's room that lives there that she's aware of by her other comments that she made by saying things without saying things in front of the employee she insisted on walking us up there because she knew I was extremely uncomfortable, it gets worse but I ran out of space here
- Dawn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharonda (5/5): Passable - It was located in a cute town The bed almost killed us because the leg was loose, the TV didn't work so they transferred us to a new room and in the new room the mattress was so hard...
- Mohammad (4/5): - I didn’t like it
- Winda (7/5): Good - I love the location. The staff office is not all standby just on call.
I didn’t sleep well because my room upstairs so noisy.people talking, kids playing.
- Ariel (1/5): Horrible not staying there again - Did not like the stay Staff had us waiting .. I had to call the property while I was inside …. To get assistance
- Shakita (4/5): Okay if you like this kinda hotel - It was clean for the most part And housekeeping was friendly It was older fashion than I like I wasn't able to Check-in early and there were people out in the hallways As you walk to your room just sitting in chairs. And the refrigerator wasn't cold enough and had a
odor
- Tracy (6/5): I was satisfied with the stay based on the value and location - The location was really close to 66 and a lot of restaurants and shopping. Quite a bit noisy at night with people, moving furniture, playing loud music into the wee hours of the morning.
- David (10/5): - Nice to have a cooktop and big fridge. Not a 5-star hotel but we all know that. It’s good to have a comfortable bed, satellite TV, hot showers and laundry facilities on-site. Stayed there 3 weeks and it was a good stay
- Dilsie (9/5): Superb -
- Mansukh (1/5): Bad -
- Joseph (4/5): May not Always be fair... but still worth the stay - I constantly stay here because, in general, it's a very nice day! However, this time when I stayed at this location, the Wi-Fi was out and there was no way to resolve it and there was no compensation for not providing the amenities that they advertised. Very disappointing
- Brown (9/5): Superb -
- Ervin (6/5): - Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. The place and the area look junky. Ppl yelling in the car park or in the hallway.
- Kristy (10/5): - Very nice
- Vinayaka (8/5): - Good
- Susan (6/5): I doubt I will stay there in the future. - Close to where I spent Christmas and easy to get there. I was able to watch a good movie. The smell of cleaners. I did not get a receipt from clerk. Then this morning at 9:00 no one was in the office.
- Thomas (2/5): Avoid - Nightmare. First there was always noise. The refrigerator. The cars outside honking their horns. Then i heard a fight next door. Someone came to collect money. “You’re making me do this for my money.” Lots of screaming and slamming. Then at 4 am heard a loud van with its backup up beeps. Never slept. Can’t believe i had to pay for the experience b
- Josh (4/5): Disappointing -
- Meredith (8/5): - Extended Stay had everything I needed to be comfortable for an evening! There was quite a bit of noise in my hallway, but the Front Desk successfully addressed the problem, and promptly. My TV was broken and unable to be fixed, however, and the area around the hotel was quite noisy.
- Edwin (10/5): - Is excellent ilike !
- Christina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alex (6/5): good, would reccomend and if visiting that area i would stay again - location and accessibility smell of marijuana and tobacco
- Kamel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Not one thing to complain about friendly staff Nothing
- Sybrina (9/5): Superb -
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional - No shampoo no condicionador no towels
- William (8/5): - Ok
- Kimberly (6/5): - It was clean but very noisy with traffic and doors slamming. It served its purpose. Good hot water, clean bed.
