- B (1/5): Didn’t stay was refused a reservation after the fact. Will not ever stay at an ESA unless an apology and amendments are - Was asked for I’d for both me and my friend who had no id .i was going to go ahead and take friend to uncles and stay but they canceled the reservation and said make another which i did and returned only to be told they would not let me with no reason given. I can only assume it was because I’m black and my friend was white. Did everyone in that hotel give an id- I doubt it and plan a legal course to find out. The gym has no communication skills and is not proffessional enough to maintain loyal patrons
- Srinivas (1/5): There are cockroaches in room -

- Greg (1/5): - The staff was amazing... I checked in and was not informed they had no hot water! I think that would have been a determining factor as to if I kept my reservation or not, but after I had already settled in and was about to shower I noticed the water would not get hot. I ended up going to a truck stop for a shower for $17 and after I get back to my room to go to bed I quickly find out I have slept on pull out couches more comfortable than the bed, it was terrible...
- Jet27937049959 (10/5): Very good hotel - The staff is very kind and helpful anytime you need them.
- Kyle (3/5): - Thehotel had no hot water for the duration of the stay. Rooms where not very clean.

A/C heating unit worked well Rust on the refrigerator
Live Roach in the kitchenette
Not enough towels (without paying extra)
- Kelley (1/5): Don't do it - Staff were friendly. The room looked like a dorm room. It did not smell great inside. I was able to get a refund and leave.
- Hector (8/5): Should have a coffee in the morning - Location Location
- Andrew (4/5): I ended up actually getting a room somewhere else because it was so unpleasant to be there - Staff was amazing My room was dirty literally had trash on the floor candy bar wrappers and such such the elevator is disgusting smells horrible. The drawers weren't put in correctly the TV was so damn you couldn't watch it and it was unadjustable and the room had a foul odor to it I couldn't place exactly what it was

- IURII (10/5): -
- Cory (10/5): -
- Vickie (10/5): - I love the place I loved everything about the hotel
- Ioannis (5/5): A necessary short visit to a big market. - Low price, cleanliness, easy and fast check in with a pleasant member of the staff. Full size fridge, convenient even for a short one night visit. Basic equipment covering most necessities. The mattress was semi firm and supportive like it should. Cleanliness was reasonable for a facility accepting pets. The full (double) bed was rather inadequate in size. There was a lot of noise coming from the room upstairs, as if someone was jumping on his floor, and the dog barking next room. It was nearly midnight before the noises stopped. If it was not for all the noise, my rating should have been higher. Major omission, not a single armchair to sit and relax, just two small and hard table chairs. We had a power outage, I played a little with the switches and it came back. TV was not playing (maybe we had to pay extra?) Just as an additional piece of information, little luxuries usual in regular (as opposed to extended stay) hotels, like coffee maker or hair dryer, are not to be found here. We didn't miss them nor did we expect to find them, just be prepared if you plan to visit.
- Campbell (1/5): bugs in the room - The staff member was proficient in customer service. In fact I'm impressed this property is able to retain her employment. There are probably easier places to work. For example, when i showed her the bugs, she was very professional about it. And she tried to make it right by just moving me to another room. towel wasn't in the room when i got there. fire system wasn't working...but mostly didnt like the bugs in the room
- Francisco (9/5): -
- Vickie (1/5): - I don't like the hotel and I don't like the works
- Childs (1/5): - Nothing They had roaches so I didn't stay there

- Kevin (2/5): - Unfortunately no one was attendingbthe desk when i arrived and i had to sleep in my car...they told me i was supposed to call someone to let me in...is there any way to geta refund????

- Verified traveler (2/5): BEWARE MARIJUANA-DISGUSTING!!!! - I only stayed here because I was very sick and didn’t want to transfer it to my sister who I am visiting from out of town. You have to pay for anything over 2 towels, which, by the way-one of my towels had to be used under my door due to the wafting of the Unbelievable amount of marijuana smoke coming in your room 24 hours a day..under the door and in every crevice of this disgusting hotel. My other towel had to be used on the floor because the bathtub leak and went all over the bathroom floor.. people stomping and rearranging furniture above me at all hours of the night and day and random people hanging out outside all hours of the day and night. The entire night people are slamming doors, running up and down the hallways… Beware staying here! Also, the beds are metal springs so every time you move it clunks and pokes your back. The fire alarm will randomly go off all night long- and then a sign will be up telling you that the fire alarm is out of commission.. so needless to say I had five nights of absolute hell on top of being sick and they double charged me on my last two nights. There was also the nice smell of dog piss all over in the hotel and like I said if I hadn’t been extremely sick… I would’ve moved somewhere else, but I was in no condition. I was actually told by the doctor that I needed to get out of that because the smell and black mold and dog piss was interfering with my asthma and the sickness I had. Don’t even get me started with the rude male attendant.
- Monique (10/5): -
- Juan (6/5): -
- Julius (8/5): - Only stayed for one night guy at desk was very polite and room was nice and clean
- Summer (2/5): - worst experience i’ve had at a hotel from check in to the time i left early from my reservation. checking in took 15 mins of waiting around for someone to show up at the desk. this also included me having to call corporate to have someone come up front. there were roaches all over the room and i could never get ahold of staff to get a new room. then i had 2 times of people trying to break into my door while i was there and no staff to remedy the situation. corporate spoke to me and said the night clerk would be there in 30 mins. i waited 4 hours and no one returned. whoever tried to mess with my door messed up the sensor that read the cards and i couldn’t get in my room without waking up my son to let me in. i ended up leaving the hotel the next day and they refused my refund request.
- Milton (9/5): -
- Aley (10/5): - Great
- Alanna (1/5): I’ll never be back in my life - Nothing The millions of roaches running all over the room. The scary people hanging outside and in the halls. And the bed was and felt like a prison cot
- Korous (10/5): - Everything is fine
- korous (10/5): - Everything is fine
- Victor (1/5): - The only good thing was the AC. It was dirty, stinky
- Muammer (2/5): My worst hotel experience - I was at the hotel around 11:30 pm to check in, lobby office was closed and I never got the chance to check in.

NEVER Stay at Extended Stay America – Ever!!
This location was a last-minute booking after a horrible experience at their Duluth location (check my review for that nightmare in the Duluth location ). Over the phone, a supervisor at Extended Stay America promised a refund for the price difference because we had originally booked a queen-size bed at a lower rate at the Duluth property.
So, we paid more to stay here under the impression we’d be partially refunded later — but now, over two weeks have passed, and we’ve heard nothing. When we called again, they suddenly claimed, “We never made that promise,” and said the property manager denied the refund, so now we’re getting nothing.
What kind of shady company is this? What’s the point of customer service if they just lie to your face and disappear?
And let’s not forget — their so-called “customer service” shuts down after 6 p.m., meaning if something goes wrong (which it will), you’re completely on your own. No help, no accountability, just pure negligence.
DO NOT STAY at any Extended Stay America locations.
They lie, they ignore their promises, and they leave you stranded and cheated.
Avoid this company at all costs.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dirty and noisy.
I stop counting how many cockroaches I have killed. I have stayed in two different rooms and all dirty. They said they cleaned, but all the debris and dirt are in the corners. AC has moldy smells, sofa has terrible stains.
One guy at the front desk, when we arrived, promised to change the room to two beds the next morning, and waited almost all day, but what I heard was to pay $152 more. I told them your employee last night guaranteed, but what they said was a very easy excuse: he is new, he knows nothing. well what he processed better than any other people here.
No new towels and cleaning! You have to pay!
There is no insulation or soundproofing between floors and rooms, so you can hear everything. I thought there was a wrestling game upstairs because whenever the guest upstairs stepped, it made a loud bang bang!
The internet is super slow! i believe they make it slower on purpose to pay faster speed. You will see the option to pay for the speed when you connect to the free internet.
DO NOT stay here or at any other Extended Stay America.
- Mary Beth (6/5): - Great price but room smelled like it had water damage. A damp mildew smell. Not good. Had a lot of people loitering in parking lot
- Kerry (2/5): - Old, run down, dirty, terrible furniture, bad AC
- Marcos (9/5): -
- Stephanie (10/5): My stay was great! - Easy access with exceptional staff NA
- Natalia (4/5): -
- Williams (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anderson (1/5): A Terrble Disappointment - The exterior is attractive, but it hides an awful mess on the inside. This was, without a doubt, the worst motel experience I've ever had. The bed had an old, thin, worn out innerspring mattress that should have been put in the dumpster ages ago. To make matters worse, there were dried bloodstains on the top-sheet ! BIOHAZARD ! The room was Spartan, at best, with no place to set a suitcase down. No table lamps. A loose toilet seat that I had to hand tighten. Only a single, uncomfortable, hard-back chair to sit in. Laminate peeling off the countertop. No shampoo. (A sign said shampoo was available at the front desk, but it was closed the entire time I stayed there, so I got no shower, after driving 500 miles.) This reminded me more of a rent-by-the-hour motel than a legitimate inn. If this is typical of all Extended Stay America motels, I will NEVER be back. You should be ashamed that this is what you offer.
- Cengiz (1/5): Bad - I booked this hotel for three nights. Due to a flight delay, I missed the first night and arrived on the second night of my reservation. Despite having a valid booking for three nights, the person at the front desk refused to let me check in. I was forced to find and pay for another hotel at the last minute.
This experience was extremely stressful and unacceptable. The staff showed no willingness to help or offer any solution. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if your travel plans might change or you risk arriving late. Worst hotel ever in my entire life
- Rouson (1/5): Bad -
- Thom (8/5): - Alright
- Matthew (2/5): - Room was in terrible shape. Water stains and mold in the bathroom and some type of leak had happened under the floor as there was very bouncy floor boards. TV didnt work, AC was very dirty and loud. Worst mattress we have ever slept on while traveling but atleast the location was next to a good coffee shop.
- Collins (5/5): Passable -
- Henry (2/5): - This property was extremely broken down and had roaches
- Prakash (3/5): OK if you have to find something at a pinch for Memorial Day Weekend and don't want to spend a bomb. - The hotel was close to my destination location in Cumming. It was off GA 400 and was convenient to get on and off. The area was isolated and quiet on McFarland Parkway. There are easy fast food choices nearby including the Chipotle as well as fine wine and liquor stores across the street. Plenty of gas stations nearby, as well as a car wash to get the bugs off the car from the road trip. The corridors smelt of boiled cabbage. They were uncarpeted and noisy. The chest of drawers had reddish brown stains inside the drawer. The sink in the bathroom did not drain properly. The melamine counters were stained and the range burners were old. The room reminded me of some bad apartments I had lived in as a student - so much so that I left the previous night back for my road trip without staying the last night.
- Elise (2/5): - The bed was beyond horrible. It was a thin (maybe 8 inches or so) lumpy mattress on a spring frame. Normally once I'm asleep I can sleep through almost anything, but that bed had me waking up in agony every 20 to 30 minutes the entire night. In the bathroom on the outside of the bathtub where the strip of plastic molding met the floor, it was separated away from the tub base and it was moldy back there. I wasn't looking for anything, but you couldn't miss it when sitting on the toilet and looking down. The kitchen was nothing but a cooking hottop and a fridge. Absolutely nothing (except empty ice cube trays) were provided. If you wanted dishware, you had to "RENT" it! For an extended stay place, this place gave you nothing; no in-room mini coffee maker, no guest accessible ice machine, NOTHING. When we left, we both thought we'd have been better off sleeping in our car at a highway rest area.
- Pam (7/5): Good - no breakfast someone smoking in lobby
- Israel (10/5): - Loved it
- Lynn (4/5): Disappointing - Location Roaches in the bathroom, the floor sticky and dirty, dead bugs with dirt attached behind the bathroom door, the door top lock broken, the bed wasn't a double which was what I paid for (it was full size), the mattress wouldn't stay on the bed frame, very uncomfortable bed. The plug for the tv, which I was told to ubplug to reset had roach eggs all over it.
- Eric (5/5): Not good. - It was all okay. The cliental. Most of the customers were great but a handful were inconsiderate of the rest of the guests. Very loud heavy stomping past 1 am and then beginning again around 5 am, letting doors slam dozens of times throughout the late evening, early morning. I am on crutches, on one leg and I made less noise. I do not recommend this location if you need sleep. Great for a shower and short rest.
- Latoya (5/5): Passable -
- luwanda (2/5): - when I first got their the first the room they gave us it was dirty and the whole floor smelled like weed and the people in the room 214 call the front desk and the attendant was. rude and was talking about calling the police and I went downstairs to the office they whole time I was there it smelled like weed
- naser (2/5): - We checked inlate. We had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and check us in. Room had live cockroaches roaming around. The sheets were used on the bed. It was my worst experience ever. Will never book this again.
- Elizabeth (7/5): It was fine. - It was a nice area It wasn’t the cleanest
- Fasina (4/5): I was disappointed, they advertised that they have pots and utensils in the rooms but you have to purchased them from th - The best thing about this property is the staff, they had good customer service. The property needs updates seriously, it’s looks old and the hallways are hot. The ac units in most rooms smell like mold. There are better properties that offer free breakfast and free laundry for the same rates
- Top (5/5): Passable -
- Cindy (4/5): - The room was dirty... The fridge still had other people food, the floor was so sticky an nasty...My socks was black from the dirt. The hallway smell terrible, like spoiled fish... I left early...Terrible for what I paid
- Jeremy (8/5): - Thought a room with one bed was a king size bed—it’s a double.
- Louis (4/5): - Roaches everywhere. The staff was kind and accomadating but the bugs were all over the place. If that’s something you’re cool with then stay here, otherwise find another hotel. Completely infested
- Christopher (2/5): - My room was missing a lock to the door, had other peoples hair on the bed sheets and blankets, and had cockroaches in the bathroom, I was very uncomfortable and did not feel safe
- Jennifer (1/5): Bad - Nothing The staff suck
- HARUN (2/5): - Horrible customer service, dirty, smelly and not safe to stay. Stay away from this place. Pay $20 extra and stay somewhere else and thank me later.
- Ibou (2/5): - Nobody help after 10pm cause front desk close at that time
Let the guest by himself that was not cool at all
And let people know that after midnight you charge them for none show
- Martin (8/5): Very good -
- Katlyn (2/5): 2 minutes - I arrived at 12:02 driving in from Ohio. Te desk clerk refused to check me in stating that there were no check ins after midnight. No where on the reservation or confirmation did it state this. They refused to refund me.
2 minutes.
- carlos (2/5): - dirty rooms
- Ethan (6/5): Pleasant -
- William (10/5): - Excellent
- Celeste (6/5): Pleasant - Clean comfortable Wifi was crap. Charged extra for everything. Paid A LOT for dogs and no grass for them to use. Towels we old stained and scratchy. No coffee anywhere at any time.
