- Σωτήρης-Βασίλης (10/5): - The hotel Etna Suite Group, is in an old, beautiful building, with renovated interiors. It is located in the historic center of Catania on the most central street of the city with many shops, pizzerias, cafes, super market etc. Before our arrival, we received an email with the code for the main entrance. There is a reception from morning until 19:00 in the afternoon. It is a twenty minute walk from the train station but has a bus stop right in front for both, the train station and the airport every twenty-five minutes (flix-bus). Our double room was clean and spacious. The staff is really very kind (reception and breakfast) and willing to help with anything you need. The breakfast is very good, has a variety such as coffee, milk, fresh fruits, yogurt, eggs, pastries, etc. If the variety was wider (omelets, almonds, walnuts) breakfast would really be wonderful! The WiFi signal was very good. It was a wonderful stay. Everything was really great.

I prodotti da forno della colazione erano freddi e non sembravano di giornata.

Perfect location, and the room was so quiet. It’s nothing high end but it’s perfect for a 2 night stay in Catania. Clear instructions to enter the property if you check in late.

La chambre est grande, propre et bien équipée. La salle du petit déjeuner est très belle Pas de réception après 19 heures, mais envoi par WhatsApp de vidéos très précises sur les procédures à suivre Le petit déjeuner est vraiment de qualité industrielle ; de plus certaines pâtisseries et pizzas étaient plus que limite en termes de fraicheur… Les jus de fruits tous trop sucrés. Le staff de l'hôtel qui parle à voix haute dans les couloirs dès 7h30 le matin (notre chambre, au 2ème étage, était vraiment à côté de leur bureau, situé à même le couloir des chambres…) Pas de réception après 19 heures

Chambres très confortables et spacieuses Petit déjeuner avec choix et copieux en libre service Calme tout en étant sur la via ETNEA et à pied du centre historique et des commodités. Gares Bus et trains à 20' à pied pour sillonner la région, et profiter des excursions avec des rotations de bus fréquentes et à l'heure! Une adresse où nous aurons plaisir à revenir lors d'une prochaine visite à CATANE

Remarques à minimiser compte tenu des bons points notés : vue pas très esthétique sur une cour intérieure (mais c'est cela qui nous a probablement protégé du bruit de la ville), douche pas très commode. Les horaires de la réception ne sont pas tout à fait ceux annoncés dans l'annonce Booking.

Henkilökunta ei kertonut, että huoneessa voi olla hyttysiä/moskitoja. Nukuin pari yötä hyvin, kunnes kuulin ininää. Näin kolme hyttysiä. Mutta totuus taisi olla jotain muuta. Mulla on edelleen kasvoissa yli kymmenen pistojälkeä. Käsissä saman verran. Kerroin respassa asiasta. He ihmettelivät, ettei huoneessa ollut moskitopyydystä. Mitään anteeksipyyntöä eikä apua kutinaan ei esitetty. Tästä asiasta jäi todella paha maku, vaikka hotelli ehkä muuten olii hyvä.

Devo dire che noi abbiamo soggiornato 1 notte nella suite con vasca e potrei permettermi di attenzionare una manutenzione migliore della vasca. Però nel complesso voto 8. Essendo in centro era difficile trovare parcheggio (soprattutto di sabato), ma la reception è stata molto gentile nell’ indicarci un parcheggio privato a pagamento. Alla fine però dopo svariati giri siamo riusciti a parcheggiare nelle vie vicine.

Cuando fuimos a desayunar ya no quedaba casi nada. El personal no es amable tanto en la recepción como el del desayuno. Catania es bastante sucio no vale la pena ir.

- Marco (8/5): Centralissimo - Zona centralissima. Nelle vicinanze molti locali, bar, ecc. Hotel accogliente. Necessita di qualche piccolo ammodernamento nell'arredamento
- Stefan (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. - Das Frühstück war gut und hatte alles, was man braucht, frische Früchte etc. Die Lage gegenüber Villa Bellini ist ausgezeichnet. Die Rezeption war sehr hilfreich.

Avevo richiesto con l'app una camera con vista sulla città, ma non mi è stata data alcuna risposta e quando sono arrivata la mia camera in effetti aveva la vista sul cortile interno. Il vetro della doccia era sporco e c'era cattivo odore che usciva dagli scarichi del bagno. Per fortuna il bagno era finestrato, per cui ho tenuto socchiusa la finestra.

- Luana (7/5): Lo consiglio ci tornerei ottima posizione e buona la colazione - Posizione perfetta sulla via centrale e vicinissimo a tutte le cose da vedere, colazione buona e se lo segnalate vi portano anche alcune cose senza lattosio tipo yougurt e merendina, comunque trovate pane e marmellata cereali miele e i salumi sono senza lattosio uova...ci sono x chi può mangiarle delle ottime brioches e torte, staff maschile molto gentile e premuroso e ti danno indicazioni se siete in difficoltà, la ragazza invece sembrava un po scocciata ma magari era una giornata storta può succedere, un appartamento grande e pulito trovate all arrivo 2 bottiglie d acqua in frigo... poi ci hanno tenuto le valige visto che partivamo la sera..quindi lo consiglio ci tornerei volentieri Solo qualche piccolo consiglio un po di attenzione in piu nei piccoli dettagl x renderlo perfettoi la porta del bagno si chiudeva un po male ma cmq si chiudeva, lo sciacquone del bagno bisognava premerlo piu volte ma cmq funzionava, un pochino di polvere sulle lampade,battiscopa e qua e là, asciugamani si vedeva che erano puliti ma alcuni avevano delle macchioline magari sarebbe il caso di sostituirli...e anche la trapunta del letto...letto un po corto per uno alto si è al limite...

- smn (10/5): Un soggiorno da ripetere - Ottima esperienza sotto ogni punto di vista. La camera era confortevole e curata, la posizione comodissima e la colazione davvero eccellente. Mi sono trovata benissimo e tornerò sicuramente alla prossima occasione. Nulla.
