No servia la cafetera, me trajeron otra y tampoco. Ya ese día la señora de limpieza la compuso y sirvió para el siguiente día . El agua de la regadera muy escasa, el microondas hacía un ruido muy feo y ya no lo usamos, el papel de baño insuficiente

- heidy (6/5): Needs updating urgently. - The location is outstanding for my needs. Place is clean and staff is very friendly. The apartment on the 4th floor needs to be updated, the beds are very uncomfortable, the showers have no head, the sofas in the leaving room are as hard as a rock, not comfortable at all. The sliding doors to the outside do not lock properly leaving a gap, smoke and loud noise to the street come into the apartment making it very difficult to sleep.

- Raymundo (10/5): - Lugar limpio y seguro. Cerca del Comite olimpico que es a donde ibamos. No hay tiendas cercanas para que prevengas y lleves snack o agua. Alli hay frigobar, estufa y microondas Las fotos corresponden al lugar, la televisión esta en la sala solamente. Tienen agua caliente solo que se tarda demasiado tiempo en salir y se tira muchisima agua en ese lapso. El personal es amable y servicial. En futuras visitas nos hospedariamos nuevamente. Nos trataron bien.

- GERARDO GARCIA (6/5): - La habitación como tal es promedio pero con las siguientes observaciones: - La cama en la habitación fue matrimonial mientras la que se ofrecio cuando reserve fué king size, ademas el colchón fué muy incómodo - Se escuchaba mucho ruido que producían los vecinos de otras habitaciones - La televisión que era de pantalla plana era muy vieja y no se veía bien, además que la progamación es muy limitada - El servibar de la habitación producía mucho ruido al encender y apagarse - El baño de la habitación estaba minúsculo
- Heidy (6/5): If you most stay in the area. - The apartments are in a good location, it’s a residential street, nice and safe. Communication is very confusing, I rented 3 apartments, 2 were given to me in one building and the other in a different building 3 doors down. We were traveling as a family with young kids and was really inconvenient. Apartments are ok, toilets run and run due to bad plumbing. The water in the shower takes forever to get hot, then is either too cold or too hot. Beds were ok in some of the apartments, awful in others. If someone does not speak Spanish, it’s totally impossible to communicate with the people that take care of the building. Parking is very difficult due to the fact that 3 cars need to be parked in one row, one behind the other. A car cannot come out without moving the others.

- Laura (8/5): Safe and comfortable - The area where the apartment is located is safe and residential, surrounded by very nice houses (there were no restaurants very close). The location for me was perfect because of the activities I was planning on doing, but take in consideration that it is not that close from the touristic places and you´ll need a car or an uber. Check in was very easy and the service was good. The apartment is just as the pictures show and it was clean. We have noise from the pigeons, that would stay just in the window (it would be very good if they put something on the windows so they don´t stay) but other than that it was a very nice stay. Wifi also worked properly

Deben mejorar el servicio - El lugar esta bien y muy bien ubicado, sin embargo, en los 5 dias que dormi ahi, nunca pusieron mas Shampoo, ni papel de baño.., y nunca hubo Kleenex. Tuve que comprar mis propias cosas. Los mismos empleados del edificio hacen mucho ruido desde la PB en el cubo de luz interior del edificio, despertándote a las 6:00 AM con sus platicas y ruido.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place in a quiet residential area - Nice place, the type of self-service studios (with kitchenette, mini-fridge, small dining table and sofa), with daily cleaning and changing of towels, plus daily washing of one change of clothes. One small bottle of mineral water is provided only once upon arrival, which is especially good when arriving at night and until you could go to a shop next day. Be aware that there is no air-conditioning, which I did not need during this season. The reason I evaluated the location as medium is because the place is in a quiet residential area (which is good) but away from any restaurants, mini-markets or grocery shops, so you'd better be ready for long walks or taxis/Uber. Although you could also have a free parking for one car, I did not try this option. It is worth-noting that I got a slightly cheaper rate through hotels.com than a colleague who was staying at the place during the same period but booked through another site. If you're looking for a quiet residential area then this is the place for you; otherwise, the city has other vibrant locations that are full of activities.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice apartment - The hotel is nice if you consider that they don't have a reception or any shared amenities like a gym or so. If you are looking for just an apartment to rent this is a very nice option. The first night I was afraid of the noise as the street was very noise (weekend), but after 11 pm we were able to sleep with no issues. The people that work there are great and very nice, specially the cleaning lady. They were very helpful all the time.

The price is unbelievable for where it is located. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very accommodating.
- Cate (8/5): Nice hotel in a beautiful part of Mexico City. - Very clean and comfortable suite. It is like having my own small apartment in the heart of one of the most expensive residential sections of Mexico City. The cost is very reasonable for the size of the room and the location of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I stay at the hotel every 6 weeks to visit family who live nearby. I am sometimes accompanied by my husband, but stay by myself on occasion. I feel very safe even when alone which is very important to me since I am 65 years old. I feel comfortable taking walks around the area where the hotel is located. There is a wonderful fruit and vegetable stand a block away.

- 531awtw (10/5): Like Being at Hime - Perhaps the most striking experience was the assistance given by the security guard that was presence. This facility was very clean, secure and located in a very quiet part of Mexico City. Will certainly use again as the price for the room was very good.

All the rooms have a kitchenette, parking is free and includes a free laundry service. Bathrooms are very small, the hotel is clean and comfortable , a bit outdated and not luxurious but still a good value for business travellers and couples who are looking for a safe and centric location at a very reasonable rate.
