- sineads_11 (2/5): Don’t go - Arrived early hours of the morning with no bed sheets on the bed. Had to use a towel as our covers. The bathroom was filthy The wardrobe wouldn’t even be adequate to hang children’s clothing. The room had a dreadful smell. Which we discovered the following day was urine in the bed. Complained to reception and was told we would have to pay £600 to upgrade. The following day a jet2 rep had to argue to get us a clean room. So dissatisfied.
- traceypT9089UU (10/5): PARADISE is all I can say - WOW! Having already visited the flamingo hotel it was my mission to return which me and my partner did and have just returned. We spent the first 4 nights in a standard room and remaining 3 nights in one of the 3 private bungalows, having upgraded before we arrived. Eda the hotel manager arranged this for us and was so helpful. We were not that impressed with the standard rooms, although lovely view of mountains and we could see the cable cars going up Babadag mountain from our room. These rooms are very dated. I do hope they improve these rooms. If I was to go again, we would book a delux room, not standard. Our latter part of our holiday in the upgraded Bungalow (expensive but well worth it) made our entire holiday and if we could afford to, if we returned again we would ensure to book the bungalow for a whole week. The hotel itself is wonderful, they have 2 large resident parrots, 2 small parrots, 1 cockatiel, 2 dogs and many cats that roam around. All well behaved I have to say, the children there loved fussing the animals. All staff, including house keeping, extremely helpful , nothing too much trouble. The resort is fantastic, so many eateries and huge portions that we could very rarely finish! A must is that you go on the cable car up Babadag mountain. From there you can watch the sunset, enjoy eating in the lovely restaurant and watch the paragliders descend. From the strip you can order a lovely cold beer, and sit and watch the paragliders land right infront of you on the beach. It was my partners first visit to Turkey and he loved it. There local baklava is to die for and my partner would make a special journey back to Turkey to buy this alone! I have been to many resorts in Turkey in the past, including Marmaris, Kusadasi, Hisaronu, Bodrum but it is of my opinion Olu Deniz is the best. It is much quieter than other resorts. A very special thanks to Eda for returning all my many e-mails I bombarded her with before our visit. So sorry you were not around for us to say our goodbyes and thanks. We sure hope to be returning guests in the not too distant future. xx

- Michaela (8/5): Beautiful hotel but needs better beds - Hotel is beautiful and the bar staff are amazing! However there are a lot of stairs up to your rooms and the beds and mattresses are like sleeping on a brick, plus only a small thin blanket to sleep with.
- miless549 (10/5): The best hotel in Oludeniz! - This hotel is simply perfect. A lovely relaxed atmosphere with really, really friendly staff that go out of their way to make you feel special. Both pool areas are lovely and we never had any issues regarding trying to get a sunbed. The food is great and very reasonably priced, as are the bar drinks. We had booked a standard room which was a good size and had everything we needed - the a/c worked well as did the shower and our lovely maid kept the room spotlessly clean and was very friendly. Yes, the room was a little 'basic' in terms of decor, but at the entry-level price we paid, it represented good value for money. We loved that this hotel does not have an animation team - the vibe is definitely chilled and relaxed, but very professional. The team who are running this hotel know what market they are aiming for and are making a great success of it. Big shout-out to 'Jerry' (Sefa) - the best barman in Turkey! If we were to re-visit Oludeniz, we would not hesitate to return to the Flamingo Hotel & Spa.

Ve soylememize ragmen internet alt yapısın dan dolayi oldugunu ve yapabilecek birseyleri olmadigini soylediler . Yastiklar bize gore sert di rahat etmedik . Havuz ve cevresi kahvalti bolumu cok guzeldi . Evcil hayvan ve kuslar vardi. Eger ki oda da durmak ve boyle sorunlarini dert etmiyorsaniz dis ambiyansi guzel bir oteldi .

(temizlik bitmemiş) Resepsiyondaki genç arkadaşların samimiyeti ve kibar, çözücü yaklaşımından dolayı problem etmedik. Otelin Olumlu Tarafları: 1- Tüm Personeller çok kibar, deneyimli çözüm odaklı ve ilgiliydi. 2- Otel konumu mükemmel. Park sorunu yok hatta eczane, market vb oldukça yakın. 3- Havuzlar gayet güzel toplam 3 havuz var 2'sine giriş sağlayabiliyorsunuz. (özel havuzlu odayı satın almadıysanız tabi) 4- Akşam yemekleri fena değildi. Menü içeriği iyiydi. 5- Biralar soğuk, kokteyller lezzetliydi. 6-Restaurant, Resepsiyon, Otel havuzları ve Bar kısmı gayet güzel bir mimari ile inşaa edilmiş. Bohem hava oteli diğer otellerden öne geçirmiş Otelin Olumsuz Tarafları: 1- Otel odası Dış bina konsepti ile alakasız dışarısı bohem stilde içerisi ise 90'larda Eski bir apart odası gibi. 2- Nevresimler ne kadar temiz olsa da yatak bazaları, Klima Filtreleri, Oda Duvarları,Banyo derzleri, Balkon korkulukları oldukça kirli ve tozluydu. (Fotoğralrı mevcut.) 3- Giriş kısmında verilen kağıtta kahvaltı 10:30 da biteceği yazmasına karşın saat 10:25'de gittiğimde kahvaltıyı kapattıklarını söylediler. 4- Otel odasındaki her şey oldukça eski neyi ellesiniz elinizde kalacak şekilde. Eşya, banyo ve duvar boyalarını yenileme vakti gelmiş ve geçmiş şekilde. Genel yorum yapacak olursak Ölüdenizde bu fiyatlardaki diğer oteller oldukça eski bu yüzden o maddeyi es geçtiğimizde gayet güzel keyifli bir otel. Öneririm.👍

Her köşesinde fotoğraf çekilmelik, dizaynı muhteşem bir yer. En önemlisi de ölüdenize yürüme mesafesinde. Çarşıya yürüme mesafesi. Arabanızı park ediyorsunuz ve kıpırdatmıyorsunuz. Ölüdeniz’e arabayla inenler en az 30-40 dakika trafikte kalıyor. Sizin böyle bir derdiniz olmuyor. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Ve yine gitsek yine konaklarız. Çokça tavsiyedir✨

Odalara da biraz daha özenilebilir

Özetle Çok memnun kaldığımızı söyleyeceğim. Sadece superior odalardaki yatakları ve diğer malzemeleri değiştirmeleri gerektiğini düşünüyoruz. Kaldığımız yatak çok gıcırdıyordu. Bahçe manzaralı odadaydık, geceleri çok güzel esiyordu. Rahatça uyuduk. Ayrıca otelin mimarisine bayıldık, kuşlar ve köpeklerin etrafta gezinmesi de çok tatlı. Bizim paketimiz sabah kahvaltısı dahildi. Sabah kahvaltısı cok lezzetli peynirler kaliteli, açık bufeydi. Aksam yemeginde acık bufe yemek isterseniz 1200₺ ki bize gore fiyatı cok normaldi tat ve kalitesine gore tavsiye ederim. Biz Masaj da yaptırdık o da ekonomik paket aldık 2000₺ydi ondan da memnun kaldık. Mutlaka tekrar sevgilimle de gelecegim bi otel. Naçizane onerim servisin biraz daha hızlı olması ve yapılabilirse bi havuzun +16 olması.

- Seanybaz (10/5): Very relaxing holiday! - We have just returned from a 10 night stay at The Flamingo Hotel and we loved every minute of our stay. The hotel is immaculately clean throughout and is beautifully laid out with palm trees and tropical plants lining the pathways all around the hotel. There are 2 lovely pools at the hotel and there are always plenty of sunbeds available at each of the pools. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxed without any loud music or pool games or entertainment which is exactly what we were looking for. We stayed in a superior room which had a great balcony overlooking the main pool and although the room was quite small it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean with maid service every day. We had breakfast included in our package which was served buffet style each morning and the breakfast had plenty of choice including a wide choice of cereals, bread, cooked meats, salad, fruit, yoghurt etc. An omelette station where you could order freshly cooked omelettes is available and also a choice of teas, coffee, fruit juice etc. We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening and the menu was varied and reasonably priced and the food was excellent, we can definitely recommend eating here. The bar at the hotel is really well positioned and laid out with plenty of seating around the bar. We visited the bar every evening before we headed out into Oludeniz and also when we returned at the end of the night. Jerry was the cocktail expert behind the bar and his cocktails we're delicious! Jerry is a lovely, friendly guy and his English is excellent. He offered recommendations of places to visit and the best restaurants to eat at etc and he is a credit to the hotel. All the staff at The Flamingo Hotel are very well trained and they make the hotel an excellent place to stay. Out of the waiting staff we found Ensar particularly helpful with his good manners and excellent English. Also Gokhan on the waiting staff, he was such a lovely guy, we enjoyed chatting with him every day. Gokhan was very helpful and he was so good with the hotel guests with his excellent English, he is also a credit to the hotel. We can highly recommend staying at this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the spa facilities were absolutely top-notch – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a great atmosphere and attention to detail in every corner. Breakfast was delicious, and the service throughout our stay was consistently excellent. The only small downside was the difficulty in finding parking – it wasn’t easy to find a convenient spot, which made arrival and departure a bit stressful. However, once we settled in, everything else more than made up for it. Overall, we highly recommend Flamingo Hotel & Spa and would definitely love to return. Just be prepared to spend a little extra time finding a parking space!

We preferred the hotel’s location as well - very walkable to the strip and easy to drive around but a little removed from all the main attractions so ultimately very peaceful in the evening!

The whole area by the pool and bar is stunning with beautiful pink flowers and olive and palm trees. There was always space by the pool and no one saved the sun beds with their towels so easy to get one any time of day. The Palm Spa was amazing. We had the classic package which included Turkish bath, hammam and massage. A fantastic experience and skin felt great for days afterwards. All the staff were very friendly and room was cleaned daily with clean towels.
- jamescY1061UE (10/5): The Flamingo Hotel and Spa - Our 1st trip of many to Oludeniz Turkey, we stayed at The Flamingo Hotel and it has its own spa called Palm Spa which is the best experience, I had a 60 min deep tissue massage by Putri, she's incredible and it helped with my back problem, try it you won't regret it I promise... About the hotel, beautiful setting, gardens, 3 pools that are just perfect, there are parrots and cockatiels there WELL looked after and they bring a tropical feel to this well run hotel. The staff are very friendly, they can't do enough for you, always happy and smiling, the manager called Arzu is so down to earth and goes above and beyond to help and always has time for a little chat. Mehmet and his brother Sehmuz are super helpful, my husband took to Mehmet and they had a good rapport which was so nice to see. Also Simal the receptionist who speaks excellent English was delightful, their a great team and not forgetting the breakfast team who are so attentive, the breakfast is awesome, I don't know the the chef's name who makes delicious omelettes , he's brilliant and gives an excellent service even under pressure. Oludeniz is a beautiful place, so many beaches, we did visit The Blue Lagoon its stunning but also enjoyed Billy's beach and the main Oludeniz beach where we enjoyed The Lemon cafe bar and watched the sunset a few times, great food ! We went on a boat trip with Focus tours not a boom boom boat but it was so enjoyable visiting 5 islands and a fish meal that was delicious all for £20 each. We got the dolmus bus to Hisaronu a couple times just down the road from The Flamingo Hotel so easy 5 mins away for about 75p each ... The Flamingo is an easy stroll to The Blue lagoon or main beach but taxi's are very reasonable too. There so much more to say about this beautiful place , I highly recommend it and the friendly locals who work the great strip ... shop till you drop or pop in a bar ... lots

- jamiemA9188NU (2/5): Very disappointing money grab - Booked and paid on Airbnb in February 2024 for a stay in September. They were not responsive to multiple inquiries and when we arrived they said they couldn’t find our reservation. No apologies or embarrassment. Offered to give us a room for 10x the original cost. They said their Airbnb profile was supposed to be shut down, however they were able to find another reservation from Airbnb in their files. Contradictory statements. Front desk staff were unhelpful. Very disappointed.

- Staylo7 (6/5): Not worth the hype - We chose Flamingo Hotel in Oludeniz due to its popularity and after reading some good reviews. However, the recent ones do agree with the overall consistency of the hotel. The waiters and waitresses around the restaurant and bar area are great and a real credit. They do go out of their way and always have a smile on their faces. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast, as mentioned below with another recent review is plentiful. A great selection of fruits and vegetables. The restaurant at the hotel offers a generous amount of items on their menu and the prices are reasonable. You will need to bring your own towel to sit around the pool. We did buy in Oludeniz as the shop at the hotel was charging €7 per towel. In the future, I hope that the hotel think about having a towel deposit as, we did have to leave our towels as our luggage limit for the plane would have exceeded with the weight from this. The reception team, especially the two men, are very welcoming and friendly and will make sure that your queries are attended too. I do hope that this manner is approached by all members of the reception team, as it felt that some others came across quite cold and impolite. The access of both 2 pools is great. However, it should be stated online that access to the third pool should be declared on their website. As this was only for bungalow guests. You also do get one card for the room which can be inconvenient. Also there are lots of steps in the hotel, which was fine for us but I can see this being difficult to others who aren’t as mobile. Please bear in mind that the aesthetics of the hotel does bring in a lot of wannabe social media influencers. Lots of posing whilst families are enjoying their holiday. I do hope that these minor tweaks can be resolved, as this hotel has so much potential to do better.

Es sind 3 Pools jedoch ist 1 Pool nur für Suite bucher erreichbar. Es gibt keine Aufzüge und Parkplatz Situation ist auch katastrophal. Der Preis ist definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt. Lediglich die Lage war gut.

- 577sepidehh (2/5): It is not worth the price - We entered the room, the cleaning was not done, the previous passenger's hair was all over the room floor, the extra bed of the previous passenger was still in the room. It doesn't have a coffee maker, even regular coffee!!! It does not have a toothbrush and other accessories that all hotels have. The curtains do not have blackout and you wake up early in the morning with sunlight. The hotel only gives you one card and there is no possibility of a second card. If there are 2 passengers like us , you have to go to the reception every time and ask them open the door for you!!! The staff are not friendly , especially the reception guy . It is not worth the money you spend, with this amount you have other options. The hotel is not suitable for relaxation because only the sound of crying and screaming children comes. More interestingly, you are not allowed to take the room towel to the pool side, but the hotel does not give you a towel by the pool side, and you have to have a towel yourself (bring your towel from your home!) Or buy from the hotel!!! It's really strange, it was the first time I encountered such a problem!!! And you can't order anything near the pool ! You can order and eat only in restaurants !Ridiculous

Bovendien waren er veel losse onderdelen in de kamer. Toen we vroegen om een andere kamer, wilden ze ons 100 euro extra laten betalen. Al met al was het geen prettige ervaring.
- traceybE5938KA (8/5): Beautiful hotel - Just returned from a ten day stay . Stayed at this hotel several times . The hotel is absolutely beautiful as always , relaxing vibes , a bit of paradise and a short walk to the beach . Stayed in a ground floor suite in the area behind the shop and was a bit disappointed with the room as was very dated but clean , just stayed in nicer rooms when we’ve stayed here before so probably have been too spoilt on earlier visits . Staff for the most are really really friendly and helpful . The main thing we noticed this visit was the food at the restaurant was really below standard . We always delighted in the spag bol and spaghetti Neapolitan but it was really bland and usually lukewarm this visit , I also tried the fish and chips which was undercooked so the food was very disappointing . Breakfast was still fabulous , loads of choice , something for everyone and the man making the delicious omelettes , I recommend fully ! He has worked at that hotel for years and always makes a delicious treat . So all in all this hotel is perfect and tranquil , great location , friendly staff , animal friendly ❤️everything we love ! Food def needs improving , also the breakfast drinks ! The fruit juices were like water some mornings and the coffee was also hit and miss . These are really only small improvements needed , you don’t have to eat at the hotel , but it’s too beautiful not to do so ! All in all I would def use this hotel again . We had a lovely holiday
- Sibel (2/5): 370EUR stolen from our room! - During our recent stay at the hotel for three nights, everything was satisfactory and the service was adequate until the morning of our departure. Upon preparing to leave for the airport, we discovered that 370 EUR had been stolen from our luggage, which was securely stored in our room. We immediately contacted the hotel staff for assistance, but their initial response was, "Sorry, we can't do anything right now." This response was both confusing and unsatisfactory, given that the money was kept inside our room and was intended for use in Istanbul. When we pressed further, the staff responded with, "Why didn't you put the money in the safe locker?" This reaction was both surprising and troubling, as we believed that our belongings would be secure within our room without the need for additional precautions. We are currently awaiting a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

- Derya (4/5): - Das Hotel wird meiner Meinung nach überbewertet. Sowohl die Einrichtung, als auch das Personal ist nur in geringen Maßen zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist nicht zuvorkommend. Sofern man Getränke o. ä. bestellen möchte, muss man stundenlang warten, bis jemand in die obere Etage zum Pool kommt. Zur Beleuchtung in den Standardzimmern kann ich nur sagen, dass es wie eine Nachttischlampe beleuchtet und sogar das Licht am Schminktisch defekt ist. Abends finden in Nachbarhotels Veranstaltungen statt, sodass es ziemlich laut wird. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht ausreichend, in so einem großen Hotel hätte ich definitiv mehr Auswahl erwartet.

- Zahra (8/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to check in early, our room wasn’t completely clean - the floor was a little dirty - but it was still comfortable and cosy. We had a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool. The air conditioner was great! Not negative points, but still wanted to make a few comments. There only seemed to be Wi-Fi near the pool area. The breakfast area was too small for the amount of people, we had to wait for a table to become available and then the food had nearly run out. Good selection but there was only a little bit of food left. You aren’t able to use the Turkish Hannah room or sauna for free which is a little strange as most hotels allow you to use them. I asked for an iced latte and was charged 100tl even though in the menu it said 50tl for a latte. Little things that don’t really matter but I won’t forget them. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo.
