- Afzaini (6/5): only for a night to sleep - its clean & good location the lift is broken
- jojoang (8/5): Bought on discount so would stay again for Petaling street logistic - Location, cleanliness, hot rain shower , cold central aircon, little foyer instead of narrow corridor but unfortunately it wasn’t well use by occupants. Everything ok for me a light traveller.
Broken loft without repair could a pain for those with luggage n old one. Compact room could b difficult for those with luggage n inconvenience for longer stay
- Denny (7/5): -
- Bernard (9/5): - Bon emplacement, calme.
- Ulii (10/5): -
- Joanna (8/5): In the heart of Chinatown. - Great location, basic needs filled with good bedding. Pretty minimalist design. None. Just No parking. And maybe please fix the lift.
- Hon Choon (5/5): We could have other options with this price. - No security deposit is needed. The lift is under maintenance and need to climb up to 3th floor. The room is too small.
- Anthony (8/5): - L’emplacement (marché de nuit)
Confortable
Pratique Insonorisation avec le balcon donc dehors
- Chelsea (3/5): Wont be back. New management is poor. - cheap. The room was small and felt like a prison cell. Filthy brick wall with the bed pushed right up against it so at night you were trying your hardest not to touch it. The bathroom was NOT clean. The staff seemed to be very young and did not care. The place was original AMAZING they had a great free breakfast, a nice balcony but it poorly managed now. Also there was construction all along the street so we had a hard time finding it.
- Huang (8/5): Very good -
- Debbie (8/5): Very good - Great location, the room was clean and comfortable and it was excellent value for the cost.

- Muhamad (8/5): Very good -
- Lee (7/5): Very enjoyable. Ah, the Nepalese young man that handle our checked in were friendly and helpful. - Location very convenient. Looking for good food is just easy co's it's all nearby the hotel. No clothes or towel hanger in bathroom.
- Philip (6/5): - The hotel was decent for 2 days unfortunately the lift is broken dunno long its been broken or whether it will be fixed but it will be a struggle especially with heavy suitcase its noisy during the day because of the market below

- Hervey (7/5): Good - I like everything , thanks to the staff helping me take luggage Just only if can repair the lift, is third floor man! My luggage is 15kg how I got to take up and down
- Kris (1/5): Bad - Worst experience ever !!
The door is locked call all the number on the door and none of them is picked up. Then you shouldn't put at there right. I called the booking.com number and finally picked up and called more than 5 calls just to get the door open for me. The person i called keep drag me say coming coming i waited 20 mins + still coming . While checking in not sure what took their staff so long to just do registration and also they did not open the aircon in lobby. We wasted a lots of time and get sweaty just to check in only.
- Mahasin (7/5): Good -
- Rune (10/5): Exceptional - The location is literally hanging over Chinatown with a beautiful huge outdoor veranda.
- Choy (8/5): Very good -
- Maria (7/5): Good - Good location. Clean room. Rooms with balcony can hear the street noise so don’t recommend if your a light sleeper. Staff only there for short periods
- Phaik (9/5): Superb -
- Choy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yeap (3/5): Poor -
- Muhammad (5/5): just ok - clean lift problem. staircase smelly

- Nazik (4/5): Disappointing -
- Abdulrahman (9/5): Superb - I loved that it was right in the middle of china town , food options were great , the room was clean and i love the small balcony area
- Mohammed (8/5): - Good all round
- Harold (8/5): - Great location in centre of Chinatown, clean, comfortable, good bed and AC and decent sized room, nice lounging areas, friendly, good for the economy price. 56 stairs.
- Tobias (10/5): - Staff stayed later to accommodate my late arrival, very helpful
(5/5): No parking - Got window for fresh air and cool breeze Too cramped,no room to pray, not suitable for muslim visitor
- Mohamad (1/5): Bad -
- Jennifer (4/5): Lots of potential but sadly lacking basic things like a person at the reception - The location is good and the room was clean. There is no front desk who takes calls. One foreign worker with limited communication skills was doing almost everything. No one answers the phone and we were locked out when we got back to the hotel at 11p.m. There were 2 whatsapp numbers posted on the front door for emergencies but we could not reach anyone until after numerous calls (maybe 10-12 minutes). Wifi did not work in the room. Room is extremely small. Lift wasn't working so be prepared to walk 2 floors to get to reception and then more if your room is located on a higher level.
- Muhaini (6/5): It was good for my objective to have a quick place to sleep - Clean , location - walking distance to the event I was going to No parking
- Siti (8/5): Very good -
- Redzjack (7/5): decent stay for staycation, surround by good foods and nice design of the hotel. - simple, decent stay for staycation. water pressure is good! Lift out of service, soundproof is bad & nearby club music abit too loud till 2am...
- Yi (9/5): Superb -
- Oultraman (8/5): Very good -
- Siti (7/5): Good -
- Mills (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - It could be a great hotel, the outdoor and indoor design is simple and minimalist and cool, especially the glass sitting area inside certain units. No staff, no elevator, no lights. You need the staff to open the door for you because they key cards aren't working. They advertise hot showers which is a strange thing to advertise but in reality there isn't any hot water. It's like the hotel was TRYING to disappoint their customers. Very strange. The indoors were a jail.
- Ardie (6/5): All in all pleasant, but manager was never around to answer questions, and needs some good managemen - Loved the location with easy access to street food and not far from downtown or train stations. the Debit card / credit card machine wasn't working so I had to pay my room in cash. Also it was said that breakfast was included but in the end wasn't, and I had to pay for coffee (no food available). Also was said I would get a room with a balcony (paid extra for it), but in the end just got a room with a glass box.
- Christoph (10/5): We enjoyed it very much. - Excellent location in the heart of China Town. Very clean and friendly staff. The balcony over the main junction in Chinatown is a unique experience.
- Christoph (10/5): Excellent. - As always the best choice in KL.
- Gayle (8/5): It was a wonderful stay. Nice clean linen, tidy room, great little glass balcony, and excellent serv - Location fantastic. The service was outstanding, as my plane was delayed, and baggage lost, so I was 3 hrs late, arriving at midnight! They had someone wait up for me, and look after me! I was very thankful and impressed! Just a couple of dirty marks on the floor, from previous person.
- Ke (7/5): Good -
- Isabel (8/5): Pretty (pricy) for a weekend trip - We really liked the location in the middle of the busy Jalan Petaling market with lots of food options and all the sightseeing spots of Chinatown in walking distance. The hotel itself was beautiful and truly felt like a fancy adaption of the vibe of the surrounding area. The guy working at the reception was friendly too, even though it was only him working there so often the reception was empty, which was fine with us as we didn't need a lot of assistance. We also loved the open terrace outside the reception area overlooking the bustling market. The only real complaint we had was that the wifi did not work well at all in our rooms. Other than that everything was fine, but I don't think the value for money is great. The rooms are designed nicely, but they are very small. We chose the option with windows, but they are inside facing so no fresh air. For a few days it is fine, but we felt the rooms were too expensive for what you are getting and that there are probably similiar alternatives for way less money.
- Hung (8/5): Very good - Great location and good value!
- Jacqueline (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rodney (7/5): 3 nights, ok - Good value, great location.
- Rodney (7/5): Good -
- Ainul (6/5): Pleasant -
- Abdul (4/5): Disappointing -
- Majlis (5/5): suit if u have budget traveling with friends but not suit with your partner - the building very aesthetic..and very nice to take a picture..very near with lrt and easy to find restaurants there’s no one at recption, they lock the main door it’s hard for to access the hotel after midnight, it’s very noisy in the early morning last bu not least I can’t find hot showe probably there is no hot shower at all
- Anonymous (2/5): really not satisfied. they had a cool concept but it was just not a clean place to stay. I felt uncomfortable and really - the design is unique. located in the middle of Chinatown it was definitely NOT clean. the towels had stain. the aircond was stuffy. the room felt dusty. the walls were REALLY thin. you can literally heard the conversation in the next room. the room next to us was a group of young kids and they were quite loud
- Aida (7/5): Good -
- Achmad (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nurhasanah (10/5): Exceptional - the interior design the view outstanding no parking facility
- Mhd (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caner (1/5): Bad -
- Aleesa (4/5): Disappointing - The ambience of hotel was not as good as I expected. The lift was out of service so we need to use the stairs and the room’s floor was dusty and I saw an insect too.
- Shubei (1/5): Bad -
- Kenichiro (6/5): Stayed with CNY fireworks - I have reached before check-in time and wanted to leave my luggage. But the hotel applied to allow early check-in without additional fee. That was good and flexible. Every time the reception was empty that I was encountered and had to ring the bell. Then it took time they came.
- Jonathan (5/5): definitely there are better alternatives; only the location of this hotel is best seller - it’s a great property in middle of Chinatown sadly it’s badly managed; no one at counter and limited hours for staff to serve. we had air conditioner problem with one of the units but can’t find any staff for assistance
- Firmansyah (8/5): Very good -
- Ivas (7/5): Good -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Clean but small room - Like-Location, Secure ,Efficient staff, Quick check in & out. Creative Hotel facade design. Rain shower & heater.
Dislike-Hotel entrance not easily located.Opening Toilet Door by the small hole can cause injury.
Toilet Floor magnetic door holder place at the middle of toilet floor dangerous & may trip us
No Shampoo holder at shower area & was placed at the at WC area. Small room compare to other similar price hotel.
Room with no side table. No clothe hanger. No hanger at toilet.
- Dominique (4/5): - The cleanliness on the bedsheets really need to improve. We were feeling itchi and need to use our own towel to lay on the bedsheets before we sleep. It felt so terrible.
- Verified traveler (6/5): -
- Verified traveler (4/5): Very small room - The room was so small that i couldnt even open my suitcase. Wifi connection was unstable. We could hear everything from next room. Location was great.
- Manfred (10/5): Friendly place in a good location - Been here for the third time, so it cannot be a bad place. Small rooms - as anywhere in KL in this price range - but comfortable beds, good bathroom, spotlessly clean. Windows, which cannot be opened, face an inner indoor courtyard, so there is no noise from the street.
Location is right in the middle of Petaling Streetmarket. You can watch it from the terrace in the second floor. Great location.
Breakfast buffet is reasonable in that price range. A simple choice of bread, eggs, sausages, jam, butter and some fruit. Nothing fancy, but it is breakfast. Plus juice, coffee or tea.
WiFi is good, everything works, staff is very friendly. I would stay there again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice hotel. Within walking distance of many sights.
- Cynthia (8/5): - Friendly stuff. Nice architectural facade with interesting circulation.
- Randy (10/5): Loved it! - Great location in the heart of Petaling St & close to Central Market & the LRT. Great view and place to relax on their deck. Quaint rooms and some had interesting glass-enclosed inward facing mini verandas. Friendly staff, too.
- Ivan (2/5): - Booked the room and got a confirmation email which clearly says that the room is confirmed no need to make a call to reconfirm. Got to the hotel and saw a notice that it’s under renovation! This piece of information is not updated on the site whatsoever. Called the front line few times and no one picked up the phone. If you’re gonna be unavailable for whatever reason, please for Godsake update it on all the sites that you’re advertising on. This is truly very disappointing and unnecessarily inconveniencing customers. Never a second time.
- Fiona (8/5): - The hotel was in busy chinatown but somehow the room was quiet. It was very very basic but good value for money. I liked the people working at the desk.
- Mint (4/5): Small room and a little uncomfortable for 2 of us - We stayed just one night, thanked god. The receptionist is nerd and the first impression is bad since I am the one who says "Hi/Hello" to greet them. The room is too small for both of us compared to the hotel we stayed a night before. The bed just ok but the glass compartment to separate room and toilet is not sealed properly that caused the water leaked to inside of our room. There is no TV. And the breakfast on our day is just slices of wholemeal nuts fruits bread, slice of watermelon, and hot coffee/tea. The price to stay is quite expensive and somehow not worth if I compared to the stay we had a night before near Pasar Seni.
- JB (4/5): Disappointed. - Booked based on high reviews from some websites. Disappointed by the room (strong damp smell, a girl's long black hair inside the bed, broken toilet seat), by the manager's attitude on the second night when "they ran out of towels" and asked us to come back later to collect some (we did come back from a dinner out at 10pm to be told to walk back to our floor to find the cleaners who give us some. No cleaners there. So back to the reception where the manager grumpily asked a staff member to get some towels from a nearby room) and on the Last morning breakfast staff looked miserable and clearly didn't want to be here despite our attempt to greet and smile to him.
- Geraldine (4/5): - At 2pm still cannot check-in (Still cleaning).
Card cannot open the Main and Staircase door.
- N (2/5): the worst hotel I have ever stayed - Well located. Apart from this, the hotel is terrible. Many ants in room. Poor Wifi. Staff is neither helpful nor friendly , particularly the female receptionist. When I was in the room, the attendant used the master keycard to open the door without knocking! That's a huge invasion of privacy. They didn't even apologize sincerely. Would definitely not stay again!
