- Arturo (8/5): Bueno - La ubicación esta super porque uno puede ir a varios lugares a disfrutar sin problema de regresar al Hotel, No me gustó que el aire extractor del baño no servía y eso es un problema enorme, ya que no se puede abrir el baño hacia la habitación y mucho menos cuando uno se baña eso es anti higienico, ya que se junta la humedad en el cuarto y eso provoca hongos por estar cerrado o malos olores, lo expuse pero no lo repararon porque dicen que estaba descompuesto y no se dio solución, asi mimso estaba tapado el drenaje de la regadera y también eso es un problema. El control de la tv no encendia y puse mi queja y me dijeron que se podia prender manualmente

- Juan J (9/5): The vintage old world look is a major plus. - I loved the vintage old world style of the hotel. The proximity to the cathedral and down town Morelia restaurants The staff was cordial enough, but they do need some some people handling skills.

- Noelia (1/5): Bad - Showed up and they had cancelled my reservation. Had to look for other accommodations while on foot. They got a booking from a walk up for more money than booking offered. That’s what a maid told me in secret in the way out.

- Scott (9/5): Excellent value, great staff, well located. - Very close to the historic center, it was an excellent value, and the staff were excellent. Door and windows open to the public courtyard. In an ideal world, it would be nice to get both some privacy as well as outside air flow.
- Orlando (1/5): They will ask you for a deposit before you make the check in, which is very uncomfortable - Location was ok I was asked to make a deposit in the middle of a dinner otherwise I was told that they would cancel my reservation. So, I had to leave mu family in the restaurant, look for an atm and an oxxo to male the deposit. They don’t even give me the chance tl pay at my arrival. I was never treated like a dog. Awful experience.

- Michael (6/5): You get what you pay for. - You get what you pay for. For the price I can’t complain a lot. I was looking for this price point. I will mention the place was clean but could use some maintenance to the room we stayed in. The room was also on the smaller size but like I said it may have been that room. I would stay here again if your looking to travel on a budget.

- javier alberto (8/5): Un hotel muy cómodo y tranquilo. - Curiosamente, el hotel es un ejemplo de no juzgar a un libro por su portada. La fachada no luce nada, pero el interior del hotel es bastante bonito. La habitación está muy bien para descansar, muy limpia y de buen servicio, muy cerca de la plaza de armas y la catedral.

We had to ask for hot water to be supplied to the shower and then it was only enough for one person to shower. The Expedia ad said this hotel provided "half board" and they awning outside says they are a "cafe" but, in fact, they provide no meals.
