- Thomas (8/5): Pleasant surprise in Aomori - The room was super big and bed was comfortable! We got given a room on the ninth floor and it had a big window overlooking the mountains! The breakfast room had so many different options and they were all very tasty! On the 17th floor there is the sky bar where you can enjoy some drinks and some light bites! Staff was very helpful and attentive and tried their best to help us even though we don’t speak a lot of Japanese!

- SATOMI (10/5): 青森市で泊まるならここ！ - まず駐車場が敷地内の地下のため、雪の中濡れることなくホテルに入れる。 そして、１階にコンビニが入っているので非常に便利。 そして、部屋がとにかく広くて子供ら楽しくてしょうがなかったみたいです！！ありがとうございます！

- yukie (9/5): 快適に過ごせました。 - フロント対応もよく、お部屋からの景色がとても素敵でした。備え付けのほかにあるドライヤーが良かったです。 ホテル内の駐車場が満車と書いてあり、玄関前にちょうどよくスタッフの方がいたため入庫できましたが、別の車で行った友人は停めることが出来ないと思ってホテルから離れた駐車場を使用したようです。 「宿泊者は入庫可能です」などの案内板だと分かりやすいと思います。

- M. Luisa (8/5): Amplia habitación, hotel tranquilo - Amplitud de la habitación, el desayuno, cuando lo pudimos tomar, no estaba mal, había variedad. La gestión del servicio de desayuno, se levanta uno para poder desayunar a la hora de comienzo del mismo y ya están todas las mesas ocupadas por un grupo numeroso de clientes y al final te quedas sin desayunar.
