Guest Reviews
- TracynMike (8/5): - Great view over the Summit slopes. Lovely renovated room. The meals were excellent. Almost all staff were very friendly, even the foreign staff who were trying hard with their English.
Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. Very strong young men very ably sprinted up and down the stairs with them.
The water pressure was just a dribble in the shower, one morning, depended on the time of day maybe. The internet was not good at all. Nothing loaded in our room.
Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.
- Eunice (8/5): Good location and comfortable stay - Good location and nice lodge/hotel that is charming. Owners and staff are great and friendly, especially Lisa the owner and a front desk staff by the name of Kirsty. Very helpful!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The in-house dining was lovely. All the food was top notch.
- Simone (10/5): Fantastic family hotel with amazing food - Fantastic family friendly hotel with amazing food. Breakfast and dinner were included with our stay and each menu offered was superb. Kids were well catered for with separate meal times and entertaining them afterwards in the adjoining lounge. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff making it a very enjoyable and family friendly holiday.
- emma (10/5): Fantastic Hotel in Village Bowl - Excellent place for ski in ski out. Fantastic rental shop below. Great receptionist who let us have super late check out. Great food. Would stay again for sure.

- Lorraine (10/5): Great hotel on the slopes - Latish decision to have a quick snow break at falls creek and chose the falls creek hotel based on location and reviews. We were not disappointed excellent choice for food and friendliness and comfy rooms We had a ball also fully recommend the on site hire at snowriders very helpful
- Mark (10/5): Family Ski trip - Great place to stay . Good friendly staff made it a very enjoyable stay for families .
The hotel is in close proximity to the Chair lifts. Note Very good place to hire ski equipment , Staff know what they are talking about and Nothing is too much bother.
- JH (6/5): Nice location but food is not tasty. - I purchased the 3 nights package included breakfast and dinner. We missed 2 dinner but can't transfer credit to lunch. Lunch is ok but dinner didn't taste good at all. I will choose some other accommodation with new facilities and nice food for my family next time. Also I notice few staff are not very friendly. Majority of the staff are good.
- Yat (8/5): Nice hotel with super friendly staffs! - Stayed in this hotel during end of winter for the first time at Falls Creek. Great location, cosy room and really friendly plus helpful staffs.
- AB (8/5): Excellent Location, friendly staff - The location couldn't be better and the friendly staff and fully self-contained facilities make this an excellent choice for couples, groups or families
- Mark (4/5): - I was not told that I have to pay $32 per person for transfer from street to the hotel(hire a shuttle bus)! The hotel did not have lift So I had to carry luggage two story up by stairs. The room was very average with out Safe.It was very expensive though!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Only complaint was no alacarte dinner options when didn't feel like 3course dinner for $50-especially for children(not value for money). Was consequently forced to go and spend money at other eateries and leave premises so our drinks at bar money went elsewhere as a result.
- Gange (10/5): Ski trip - Can't complain about anything. Great rooms and plentiful breakfast. Close to the ski lifts and great lockers for the skis. Nice bar and even had a swimming pool. I recommend it.
