Location close to the seafront promenade. Owners had GF bread. Small double room, not really ideal for two people. But larger room choice is available.

The property is clean, warm and secure. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, they cater for all dietary needs. The room was a decent size for a single traveller. The water in the shower was hot and had good power. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the tea, coffee and hairdryer facilities needed. There was nothing i didn't like.

- Amanda (10/5): - From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the right place! With a friendly welcome we were off to a great start. Our room was lovely - very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There was a generous supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Breakfast was top notch - a very tasty cooked English to get the day off to a great start. The location is perfect for the station, shopping and main attractions. Highly recommend Manhattan - clean, friendly and great value for money.

- DAVID (8/5): Great little hotel - Never stayed here before. It's a lovely little gem of a hotel in the perfect location for a lot of the bars at the north end of town. I had a single room which was very spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Great service. Would stay here again

Could have done with a fan too cool down the room a bit. Also lighting in the room very dull could have done with brighter blubs as hard to see when you where getting ready etc.

Close to beach front and bout 15 minutes walk away from tower and shops. Perfect for us as stayed for two nights. Room was very clean it had everything you needed. Breakfast was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing is theres no onsite parking but ian helped us with that. We would definitely stay there again.

It's run very well, providing great, clean rooms, great facilities and a fantastic breakfast; they're very keen to make sure you have a good stay and are well catered for and they're very friendly and welcoming too! They're in a great location in the gay quarter, near the fantastic bars, as well as the station. We'll definitely be back!

The room although compact was extremely clean and homely and had everything we needed including hot chocolate and biccys. Breakfast was amazing and accomodated both a veggie and bariatric. Lovely clean food and plenty of it. One of the landlords is an artist and his art is so beautiful, stunning landscapes , These are all tastefully displayed in the breakfast room, please take time to look..Just had to purchase one. Cannot recommend this little gem enough. Expectations exceeded thank you

The breakfast was by far the best I’ve had in any bed and breakfast and was cooked to order. We never went hungry. Excellent location too. I really cannot recommend it enough 10/10 ! Felt like family by the time I left and am looking forward to staying here again !

- Max (10/5): Perfect stop over - As a solo traveller staying over the weekend to attend a reunion, this place ticked all the boxes for my stay. All I required was a clean comfy bed, a quiet location, en suite facility and a great breakfast, there was tea/coffee making facility in the room and a TV, access to an iron and board if required, so happy days. In regard to breakfast, it was great, cooked to order, good quality too. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they do a great job as all areas were clean and tidy. Not an issue for me, but I was on the top floor, so there are a few stairs to climb if mobility is an issue, and again not an issue for me, the en suite was a bit snug.

- Robert (10/5): Chilled out in Blackpool. - The Manhattan is located in a street, only a few minutes walk from the beach and near the centre of town. The footfall from holidaymakers is light however, so it is pleasantly quiet during the day and at night. The proprietors were friendly, helpful and professional in all they did. Parking nearby (2 minute walk to a safe, cctv monitored site) is very reasonably priced when you purchase your tickets from the establishment you are staying at, rather than at the car park itself. My room was clean, comfortable, with a toilet/shower ensuite and had everything I needed for a nice relaxing stay. Breakfast was generous and tastily cooked. If the sights and sounds of Blackpool is what you are there for, ( I was there for my wife's nephew's 40th birthday party) the Manhattans location is perfect. The Tower is a few minutes walk away and the Pleasure Beach maybe a brisk fifteen minutes walk, although the tram service along the promenade is frequent, comfortable and reasonably priced. There are good restaurants and fast food outlets that cater for every taste and ethnic culinary preference. When I am next in Blackpool, the Manhattan will be my 'go to' place, if a room is available.

The breakfast was plentiful and cooked fresh to order. Plenty of top up tea/coffee/toast if required. The hosts were very friendly & welcoming. Would highly recommend

- Fung (10/5): Helpful and enjoyable. - The booking was for my mother. The breakfast was nice and the location was a short walking distance between train station and beach. The staff were very helpful to assist her with Wi-Fi connection and helped her with her luggage (she has dexterity issues).
