• Mark (9/5): - Property exceeded expectations as the room was very large and immaculately clean . Next door guests were heavy smokers and their smoke seeped inside under the door .

• Terence (7/5): Conveniently pleasant with no expectations of grandeur. - The proximity to the pickleball courts during competition. The interior is dated but with its raked ceilings it gives a sense of spaciousness although the feeling being caught in a 80's time warp. But we knew what we were getting and it serve its purpose so no surprises. Staff were great and location spot on for our needs. So yes it's worth booking in for the night. The bathroom sink didnt drained fast enough and it pooled pretty quickly when brushing teeth or other chores. The shower head was meh but it worked. The toilet looked dirty through years of sediment build up...but it appeared clean.

• Nurelle (1/5): Filthy, dirty room with cigarette smoke on both sides of our doors. - Not happy with our stay I have stayed at this motel before and it was old but clean. This time we were disgusted with the state of our room. It was extremely filthy with layers of dust, mould and stains on carpet and bed blankets. This room has not been cleaned in a long time. The more we looked, the more horrified we were but we had no where else to go. We will never stay there again!

Recommend anyone to stay if in area - convenient, close to many eateries as well as on site restaurant Only a small issue but our fridge hadn’t been checked after the previous people. there was item left i. there & no milk. Issue quickly rectified by staff

• Annette (3/5): It was ok. - The bed was awesome, towels we great. Nice and roomy. There was bugs that annoyed us at night climbing on us. Tv was hard to work out how to us very limited what to watch couldn’t chrome cast. Mould in bathroom😢no power points near bed so for my cpap I couldn’t set it up as lead wouldn’t reach across the room.

• Jeanette (9/5): Staying in Beenleigh - That the room was on the ground floor. (Some motels are upstairs.) I could park right outside my room. Tea and coffee facilities were good. Bed was very comfortable and I liked having extra pillows. I was disappointed that I didn't have an iron and ironing board in my room. Luckily, I had a "second choice" item that didn't need ironing.

Owners lovely, checkin easy Neibours screemed all night so sure there where drugs involved, stuff so not sure about the neibourhood. Its a motel so 190 is a little over the top,

• janeyh65 (8/5): Clean comfortable and functional - It was as advertised. Pictures tell the story. We had a large, spacious room. 2 beds. Clean and comfortable. Easy to checkin. Good facilities. Fridge and microwave. Pool, though small was sparkling clean & attractive with nice surround. A bit tired 70s looking (like the pictures).

• James (4/5): - This property is very tired and dated and the walls between rooms are paper thin meaning sound travels very easily. The price we paid for one night did not represent good value for money.

• Sharon (4/5): - You have tea making facilities, and a microwave but that's were it ends. No toaster, crockery or utensils. Heater didn't work, and no telephone to get in touch with management . There was no information regarding what is available in the area e.g. shopping centre, Drs, hospital theme parks. No hand towels, fscewashers, body wash, so make sure you come prepared. I think for what I paid I was very disappointed
• Kelo (8/5): - Really love my stay there. its quiet, peaceful and very friendly customer care despite it being 30min away from Brisbane CBD but good access to train and bus.
• Kym (10/5): - The building itself is lovely. It has cathedral ceilings and is double brick. This meant the room was warm in winter. The staff were very helpful when we were late arriving.
• Karen (10/5): - We had a quick stay over and the room was comfortable and clean. The tenant nextdoor had the TV up loud ALL night LONG hence didn't get enough sleep but that's not the property managers fault.Weve stayed before and will again as its close to where we want to visit.

Would have appreciated warm welcome after hours driving and to be informed of local attractions and recommended restaurants or breakfast options. Friendlier service and welcome would have meant rebooking for next time. Smiles are free and make such a difference in hospitality setting.
