• Ratheesh (3/5): - Everything is good. People at the reception, are non cooperative. I took 2 bed room appartment, with 2 large beds for 5 days . Me , wife and 2 kids of 10 each. I requested them to accommodate my brother and wife in the same appartment as 1 room was not been used buy us. Initially, they agreed for Rs 1000 each extra for 3 days, they took the advance payment also. However at the check out the charged 1300 each per day.

• Elaine (10/5): Away from the crowds - Wonderful staff, great location, the food was fantastic and the pool is perfect. Could probably use a coat of paint to brighten it up but this didn't affect my stay.

• Kaur (10/5): it was a comfortable experience as we visited this state for the first time and the staff was helpful - Many reviews say that the rooms are not like the photos of the resort. that is very misleading, the rooms are spacious and good for both friend groups and family :) The pool and aesthetic of the rooms are nice. however our sheets were stained even after clearing of the room

• Ravi (8/5): Pleasant stay - Hotel facilities and staff were very polite and humble. I reached hotel 8 oclock morning time. I paid 900rs for early check in as per hotel policy. Everything were good food was good. Overall happy with service can go for it. Whenever you want to book cab just make sure pickup and drop location is on the lake side gate. Because hotel has another gate which shows on map for cabs. So every time you need to say to driver go to the front gate which is on lake side. Ac is on the wrong side it will cool the room but it's on different side. You need Little bit to wait to get the room cooled.

They gave me no choice but compelld me to stay there have paid the amount. - Very few items....only two items to choose....not great Especially bedding and ambiance of the room. The bedsheet was torn and smelling cigarette. When requested for a room change one of the staff have reluctantly denied asking to either stay in the given room or get lost...rude behaviour by one of the reception staff. It was a great disappointment for the first time in my stay in Kolkata. We can get a much better accommodation at a centrally located place with a much better ambience for the price paid. Not worth it an I don't recommend to anyone to stay here.

• Mehra (3/5): - The room size was good. That's it!! Tv had no channels, geyser wasn't working, electric kettle wasn't working. After multiple complaints there was no change. The plumber just came and checked the taps but still no warm water. The location was pathetic. The breakfast that they provided was tasteless. The staff behaviour was okay but still my issues were not resolved.. Bad experience!!
• Matthias (7/5): Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, an der schlechten Lage läßt sich nichts ändern - Personal hilfsbereit Lage in einem unattraktiven Vorort ziemlich außerhalb, bei dem chaotischen Verkehr in Kalkutta braucht man für jede Fahrt zu Sehenswürdigkeiten oder ins Zentrum mindestens 45 Minuten.
• Robin (7/5): In general a good quality and reasonably priced place to stay. Well patronised by locals. I would happily stay here agai - The property was clean and reasonable well maintained. Unfortunately the pressure of the water in the shower left much to be desired. The swimming pool is a nice touch though in watching the cleaning I do not think there is a pump filtration system in use as there was an obvious sediment build up also the water was freezing cold so I was not able to swim though I had hoped to do so. The changing rooms were also very basic and locks on the lockers were non operational Although the staff themselves were exceedingly helpful and when asked would do all to assist I found the management a bit chaotic.

I paid full amount to them and while checking out I requested them to refund/adjust my remaining money ( rules are made for our benefits not for losses) but they didn't. Am a regular customer of booking.com can't I expect this much favour? And once I checked out on 16/11 why am asked to review upto 18/11!!!! This means they have not checked me out on 16th!! I stayed in room number 309 you must do investigation who stayed there from 16/11 to 18/11. Pathetic condition of room. All over dust Dirty linen And aloof staff Anyways I request you to find some way to adjust/ refund my hard earned money. I know it's not impossible.

Common bathroom was too bad.House keeping were using our used towel to clean bathroom. Hygiene is main issue. Otherwise the property is good.
