I regret to say that my stay at your property did not meet my expectations due to several issues: 1. Cleanliness: The property lacked proper maintenance. There was mold in the toilet, and a strong cigarette smell lingered in the bathroom, making it uncomfortable to use. 2. Ambiance: The hotel was extremely dark, creating a rather eerie and unsettling atmosphere, which added to the discomfort of the stay. 3. Inconsistent Charges: At the counter, we were informed check-in was at 6 PM, and early check-in would cost 30,000 won. However, we were charged an additional 10,000 won, totaling 40,000 won, when we checked in at 2 PM. This felt unfair and poorly communicated. 4. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was very basic, consisting only of bread, butter, and eggs. This was disappointing for a 7-day stay. 5. Insect Bites: My family of three suffered insect bites during our stay, which indicates an issue with pest control. 6. Overall Experience: The combination of the above factors—poor cleanliness, subpar amenities, and discomfort—made this a less-than-satisfactory experience for us. I hope the property management takes these points seriously to improve the stay experience for future guests.

- Fatima (5/5): So-so. - It was close to night life and the subway station connected to 2 major lines. There’s a Nearby underground shopping mall in the subway station, many stand alone stores on the streets, convenience stores and a department store which made shopping easy. The hotel seems confused like it’s trying to cater to two very different demographics: tourists but also couples who need a nearby love motel so it gave weird vibes. The room didn’t look like the photos, it was very dark (even with all 7, YES SEVEN lights turned on) so you couldn’t even tell it was morning even with the curtains pulled. It had two doors before making it to the room which I have never seen before and It was dusty too, I feel like the darkness makes it so you can’t see if it’s clean or not. The layout was also strange and I got complimentary condoms???? which further solidified my thoughts. It made the stay feel icky. Breakfast??? was not was I expected, it was a small tiny area in the lobby rather than a Buffet style with tables like most hotels. It looked like something you’d see in a hostel so that was disappointing. I know from experience that with the price I paid I could’ve gotten a better stay elsewhere or at least one that felt more hotel-like so I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone tbh unless there’s a significant price decrease.

On 2 of the days of my stay, the police arrested drunks & other rowdy people barely 2 streets away. We booked the penthouse suite, but the elevator did not go to level 9. We had to carry luggage’s up 2 flight of stairs to get to the room. Hallway was narrow, hot and poorly ventilated. Lots of affordable and good restaurants and cafes nearby. Near subway and shopping.

The good thing is lobby has prepared coffee machine free for customers. - E (4/5): value for the price paid. I wouldn’t recommend it for family but good for solo or couple travellers - Location to Lotte mall and Seomyeon Metro Non-service apartment. Basic, simple and small
- Makhmudov (10/5): Smart TV with premium user connected to YouTube, Netflix and other Korean TV apps. - Just an excellent staff, a calm communication and respect, providing free high quality 2 masks every day( 1 mask ~ $1,5). Super big size room indoor and outdoor bathrooms. Just some steps away from Lotte city mall, near to Seomyeon subway station.
- Linda (2/5): - I would never come back here again. My hotel room looked nothing like the photos shown. I woke up in the middle of the night to my room smelling like cigarettes and people having intercourse. The blinds did not close properly and it was deafening outside. Overall I was so disappointed that I left the next day even though I still had another day. I booked another hotel because It was that bad. The staff was trying to accommodate me saying they would move me but they only said that once I handed over my hotel card. I honestly felt catfished by this hotel. Honestly felt like it was a love hotel. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.

- Yifat (6/5): not recommend- there are better hotels with better value for money - location is good, spacious room, free water We lost our room key (card) and the hotel wanted to charge us 30$ for issuing a new one!!! This is outrageous and there’s no way this is the cost of issuing a new key but a way to get more money from the guest! after talking to the manager he agreed to charge “only” 20$. I’ve never encountered this behavior, very disappointing. Another thing was that for some reason the receptionist mislead us and told us the most touristic place (Semyoun Young St) is super dangerous and has gangsters. This made us feel unsafe when walking anywhere on the street until we found out this wasn’t true at all and it’s one of the best places to go to😡 Also, no cleaning services- we stayed for few nights and would expect someone to clean the room.

- Amélie (6/5): Bien - The staff is very polite, especially the woman of the front desk, she was very kind. The hotel has a good location and the subway is quite closed on foot. The bed was clean. We had 2 bottles of water, it’s kind. Unfortunately the bathroom floor wasn’t correctly cleaned…a lot of hair everywhere. Quite disgusting. At night, there were a smell of cigarettes smoke in the bathroom and room… it’s from the air vent. When you wake up, you just want to open your window and we didn’t like it as a non-smoker couple. There were a problem with 2 lights… if you don’t remove the entrance card, you can’t turn off these 2 lights. It’s probably an electric problem.
- Emanuela (8/5): - The staff is really nice. They offered us a free upgrade of the room that we really appreciated. The price for 3 nights was really good. I would recommend them to pay more attention to the cleanliness of common areas like corridors.
