Коли я приїхала на заселення, мені озвучили, що таких номерів немає (як їх може не бути, якщо я бронювала таких номер за 2 тижні) і мене поселили в номер із 1 маленьким вікном, яке виходило на стіну сусіднього будинку. Із кондиціонеру на стелі крапала вода прямо на ліжко.

- Laura (4/5): Good when on a budget - We had a good room and nice view. And the value for the stay was overall great. The room wasn’t the cleanest, but we didn’t have any issue with that. Breakfast was probably the saviour of the stay (folks, do not anticipate an “American style” buffet. It’s Vietnam. They are going to have Vietnamese food.) View from the pool deck was nice. Housekeeping was nice. Front desk staff were lovely. With the hotel being so close to the beach, there are so many great places to eat and have drinks at. Despite the claim of “sound proof” - no. It is not sound proof. And when people come in late at night through the halls and they are talking or scanning their key cards… you hear it. We decided to complain once because it was our last day and the group that was in the hall was so loud calling to each other from other rooms and going up and down the stairs and just talking so loudly. Security came but literally that was when no one was around. Security then came to our door and knocked. Both my partner and I (having both worked in hotels, myself for 9 years and him just one year) found it to be the wrong protocol to identify the room that complained. Not that there was anyone around to see. But we found that to be wrong. All of the nights we slept with earplugs. Cause you hear the noise from the hall and from the street. Did not hear anything from anyone upstairs though. The pool did not look swimmable. It wasn’t the cleanest as the photos would suggest. The fitness centre was a bit broken. The windows from the room were dirty. So you couldn’t really see too well from them if it wasn’t open.

I did close it slightly and nearly chopped my finger off. Also the bathroom gets completely soaked floor after shower as tiles have not been placed with drainage in mind. Slippy and dangerous!

- Camila (7/5): Your call. - The staff are very kind and accommodating The standard rooms have no windows which is not expressly stated (most hotels mention this). This would have been fine, but our room was very dirty. Short back hairs in the corner of the sink table, smears on the walls, dust and other debris on the floor. Our room was actually off putting. We stayed two night due to necessity and the changed rooms to a penthouse, which was much cleaner but the shower/tub leaked so the bathroom flooded every time you took a shower.
