• Nur Aina (3/5): disappointed - nothing Staff did not aware of this booking, when reached, they said they did not received this booking, so need to wait for another half an hour (although we reached already 4.00pm) waited long because they said they need to clean the room. And the room is definitely different from the advertised, malay said "indah khabar dari rupa". that's all

I didn’t like most aspects of the hotel. The overall experience didn’t meet my expectations — from the atmosphere to the comfort. • Firnandes (2/5): Very poor - Cheap price but overall okay, I Still can Sleep well after a long day with minimum bajet ❌I feel like they haven't changed the bed sheets in a while because my body is so itchy, so is the water. I wash my face and feel so itchy. ❌Lots of dust. ❌Under the sink is not cleaned & Can smell ❌The sink and toilet water is not very strong. ❌The toilet was not cleaned, probably because there was dust. ❌The bathroom was also not cleaned and there was hair in the water outlet. ❌There is dust everywhere. ❌The location of the bedroom I took was a little unsafe because it wasn't inside the hotel, it was outside and you had to climb the stairs first and the area wasn't very good either because they put Furniture in the entryway .
