Ahí nos explicó todo relativo a la casa y nos hizo las mejores recomendaciones para nuestra estancia en la isla. Estuvo pendiente de nosotras para cualquier necesidad y también nos llevó al puerto a nuestra salida el último día. Muy contentas con ella y con el apartamento, y lo recomendamos sin duda alguna.

Leslie (10/5): Lovely stay on the beautiful island of Hvar, with a warm and welcoming host! - Josip was a wonderful host. She and her father picked 6 of us up at the port after our ferry ride from Split. Our original reservation was for one 2 bed/2 bath apartment, but unexpectedly, my daughter and her boyfriend were able to join us at the last minte, and she had a one bedroom for rent available right down below us. She was so warm and accommodating. The apartment was clean, and well decorated. Just right for our stay on Hvar. Additionally, we enjoyed both coffee and cocktails with an ocean view each day we were there! She gave us all sorts of information about the island when we arrived, and then, on our last day, she provided transport to all of us back to the ferry port. This is a lovely, clean, and welcoming spot on the beautiful island of Hvar. I would go back anytime! Thank you for the warm hospitality!
Anamarija (10/5): Izvrstan apartman i jako dragi vlasnici - Apartman je izvrstan i ima sve što je potrebno, čak i više od toga. Posebno mi je drago što ima privatni parking te mogućnost korištenja perilice rublja (osobito ako se dolazi na sportska događanja). Apartman je na mirnoj i tihoj lokaciji, a opet dosta blizu centra i plaža. Vlasnici apartmana su jako dragi, uslužni i uvijek spremni pomoći. Sve pohvale i vidimo se ponovno! /
Jo (10/5): Highly recommend Pera apartments- we’ll be back! - The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped — it truly feels like home. Everything you might need is provided, from slippers, shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes to a full set of cooking spices, bottled water, coffee, and even some sweets. The location is great, just a short walk from the town center, with a grocery store nearby. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. We stayed during the Spartan Race and are especially grateful for their helpfulness on our departure day. Highly recommended!

The bed was firm and comfortable. There is a supermarket near by and the old town centre is approx 15 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. nothing
Yvonne (10/5): Heerlijk, modern.ruim en schoon verblijf dichtbij Hvar stad en strand - Aan werkelijk alles is gedacht (en ik ben kritisch): volledig ingerichte keuken, leuke details zoals bloemetjes, kaarsjes, tafellaken. Modern, schoon, strak. Met zorg ingericht. Zelfs buiten is alles mooi afgewerkt. Genoeg handdoeken, strandhanddoeken, hotelslippers, een informatiemap, crisp witte lakens, wasmachine die je mag gebruiken. Eigen parkeerplaats dichtbij Hvar. En veel tips van de gastvrouw! -
GRANT (9/5): We all loved Hvar and the Pera apartments. A fantastic 4 night stay. - Nice jacuzzi. Good layout and facilities. Modern and clean. Everything we needed. Awesome pick up and drop off to ferries. Josipa was a great, friendly host with a lot of excellent local knowledge. Nothing - maybe the steps up from the town centre, but that’s part of the charm.

We had an awesome stay and lots of lovely chats with them. Also you can ask them everything about the island. The host has also a realy lovely pastrie shop, with very tasty pastries. We had a realy lovely stay at hvar because of the host and her parents. Hvala ♡ For the people Who want to stay here: - The bed is realy comfy. - The house is perfectly clean! - The host cares about your stay and helps you with any question, just ask. - Must try-out the pastrie of the shop 'slatki kutak'. - Relax in the jacuzzi. - Learn about the life on the island. In het Nederlands: De gastvrouw Josipa en haar ouders zijn oprechte lieve en gastvrije mensen. Wij hebben het onwijs naar ons zin gehad en hebben vaak gesprekken met ze gehad over het eiland en hoe het leven er is. Je kan Josipa alles vragen over het eiland en ze zal je hierbij helpen. Josipa heeft ook een gebakswinkel, met gebak waarbij je je vingers aflikt, zo lekker! Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad, vanwege Josipa en haar ouders. Eleanor (10/5): Simply gorgeous in every way - From the moment I started communicating with Josipa I was pleasantly surprised at how prompt and detailed all of our communication was. What really blew us away is Josipa's desire to help. She offered to pick us up and drop us off from the port, which we thought was very generous and kind. The apartment is super cute, clean and had everything one may need for a short stay including a coffee pod coffee machine. An additional benefit was they had a washing machine that we could use, which took the stress away of looking for laundry or spending additional 💰. There is the most beautiful beach only 15 mins walk from the property and the town with all the bars and restaurants is also 15 mins away. We absolutely loved our stay and experience. Además el dueño tenía preparado un dossier con fichas sobre todo lo que se podía hacer, restaurantes a los que ir, etc. Nos facilitó mucho el viaje, mil gracias.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, exelently equiped with a nice sea view from both balconies. The apartment was super clean and cozy and also located in a quiet area so we could really relax and enjoy especially in the hot tub! There was nothing here to mention as everything was perfect.

Très propre, très grand, très confortable en termes d'équipement (literie, cuisine hyper équipée, balcons, climatiseurs dans toutes les pièces) et avec une vue splendide. L'hôte et sa famille sont également très sympathiques ! Absolument rien. Pensez à prendre la voiture pour aller au centre-ville, les marches peuvent devenir fatigantes, l'appartement étant un peu en hauteur.
Ana Filipa (9/5): - Everything! Hosts amazing. All Hvar is on an uphill. So you need to walk up almost everywhere, and the hosts came to get us at the pier and left us. We were also able to do our laundry. Although it seemed standard for the house hosts, all the little things made us feel at home for these 3 days. T1 fully equiped and super tidy. 5 stars Although only 15-19 mnts from the seashore, you have to go a bit up and down to get from pier-house-pier. BUT if you like exploring and this is not an inconvenience (as it was not for us) we HIGHLY recomend this stay.

Byrne (3/5): Poor - The apartment was clean and spacious. Very good facilities. As a group we were being watched by the people living upstairs, these people were relatives of the owner. We felt very intimidated and it definitely made our time in hvar less enjoyable. We were highly aware of all the “rules” that the owner had for the apartments and felt like we were always watching what we were doing or thinking about noise. We were told by the people upstairs to “be quiet” , this was said from the top balcony down to ours, this was not during the “quiet hours”. There was also a window that allowed the owners to see into the back yard with the hot tub in our apartment, and we were watched in the hot tub aswell.

Clean and spacious with air con in all rooms and en-suite bathroom in master bedroom. Hosts offered to pick us up on check in and drop off luggage around ferry departure, which was extremely helpful. Hot water didn’t last long in main bathroom. Situated up a few hills. A closed-top bin for food waste and another bin for recycling would be good.

Hlaci (10/5): Everything was fine - The accommodation was absolutely fine, as the pictures show. It was clean and huge, with two bathrooms and two balconies, in fact we didn't use half of them. The host Josipa was very nice, she informed us about everything, what and where to find in the area, how to get there on foot and by car. Hvar is beautiful, but I recommend it only for fit travellers, because there are a lot of stairs and big differences in levels to walk to get from A to B. It was a pleasant heartache to walk back to the apartment every time. The area is quiet and peaceful and we could see the beautiful sunset from the balcony every day. In the main bathroom, the drain next to the toilet had a slight sewer smell and the Wi-Fi signal could have been stronger, but it was tolerable and everything else was fine.

Monika (10/5): The best in Hvar! - Josipa (the host) went above and beyond to make our time in Hvar at the Apartment comfortable, welcoming and enjoyable. She is kind, reliable, friendly and helpful. Her service was second to none from the moment we arrived to the port in Hvar. Josipa picked us up and drove us back to the Apartment so we didn’t need to cart our luggage in 30+ degree heat. The property had everything we needed. A great size bedroom, aircon, large bathroom, living area, kitchen and outdoor patio. We had access to washing and drying facilities 24/7. Josipa gave us great tips on places to check out whilst there… we truly felt at home and welcome! The property is tucked away from the hustle but only a short 10 min walk and potentially quicker if you are not geographically challenged like us to the old town. Don’t let this deter you for at night the walk is 🤩 you don’t hear a thing from down town other than gorgeous kids playing in the streets. The beaches are within walking distance and there are many to choose from! For full disclosure - we have no links or personal biases to Josipa or the Hotel! They truly deserve 11 stars not 10 for how they treated us! Thank you! We will be staying here again without thinking twice

Appreciated being able to use the washing machine too! The apartment is about a 15-20min walk up hill from the old town and beaches. Ross (9/5): Superb - We had an excellent stay at Apartments Pera. Josipa, our hostess, was extremely helpful and efficient. The two-room apartment was spotless, well-decorated, and comfortable. The access to a washing machine was particularly appreciated. The neighborhood in which the apartment is located is very quiet and peaceful. And, best of all, the price for this apartment is very reasonable for what you're getting. The only downside of Apartments Pera is its location, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from Hvar town center. It's also a bit uphill. Josipa offers pickup service to guests from town when they arrive, and drop-off in town when they leave, so moving luggage is not a problem at all. I suggest anyone looking for a place to stay in Hvar not be dissuaded by the location; for us it was a minor factor.
