- Yelena (8/5): Условия проживания для 4 нормальные - Номерной фонд отличный, большие номера, чисто, ежедневная уборка проводиться. На завтрак приходить надо рано, иначе можно было остаться голодным Предоставлен номер с видом на море и проезжую часть. Было сильно шумно от проезжающего транспорта. Пляж расположен далеко от отеля и шло его благоустройство. Бар тоже далеко от пляжа.

- Kevin (8/5): Good, relaxed atmosphere. - The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They wanted us to enjoy our visit and made every effort to accommodate us. The food and drinks were varied. Large room with balcony and the hotel was well maintained. Needed more shade around the pool. No tonic water at the bar

- Maida (8/5): Very good - Room, cleanliness, pool and beach were nice. Staff was helpful. Food was pretty good. Reading other reviews I expected nobody to speak English, but at least receptionist spoke good english. There were no many guests, it was quiet and nice for relaxing. The seasonal renovations were going on during our stay, but I guess it has to be done. Beach could be cleaner, there is lovely dog but nobody cleans after him. I suppose during full season the beach is maintained better too.

- Melissa (1/5): Bad - I did not like anything about the Hotel. It is one of the worst Hotels I have been to. The rooms were filthy, dirty, and we also had ants in the room (in the bed and everywhere else). When I asked to change the room, I was told that there is no room available and that ants would be normal and that it is unusual that I do not have ants at home. The food was also awful. If something is left on the open buffet, the hotel would take it and put it for multiple days and not even think about the hygiene aspect. The room cleaning service told me that the hotel does not clean sheets and that they charge people extra for broken stuff that was there before. The person who is working at the reception at night is extremely rude and does not know anything about the tourism industry. When we complained about the ants, he was on the phone and would stay on the phone while talking to us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

- Peter (3/5): Well below expectations - The Room was ok and the beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was half empty, dirty and had loads of rubbish in it. Also a trough near the pool had no covers on it and a lady tripped into it one evening and hurt herself. The only drinks available on the all inclusive were beer and wine. The wine was very poor quality and the beer ran out on the 2nd Evening. I had a word with the manager and he promised it would be available on the next night which it was. The pool bar was not always manned, so we had to chase around to get a drink. We also went to the shop and bought a bottle of wine and whiskey to get a decent drink. The bar on the beach had beer, but they would not include it. Only thing available was coffee and water. The food was mediocre.
