• Badmintonclub (4/5): Not for us - Our Deluxe room was small and you could bearly sit 2 on the balcony, room was cleaned every day by lovely staff, Breakfast is basic and no food available after 4.30pm. The hotel is very near the beach, restaurants and the shopping strip which makes the hotel noisy at night. Being at the bottom of a hill the hotel floods during the rain and leaves smelly brown mud outside, We won't go back here..

• annwN8425VA (10/5): Wonderful - Have only been home 4 days & have already ready booked for next year. This, myself & my two daughters absolutely loved it. It was our first time in Olu Deniz & we were so glad we chose the Blue Star. It is perfectly located just back from the front We found it to be spotlessly clean, fresh towels provided every day,pool towels on request, more than adequate buffet breakfast, excellent bar & great staff. Would highly recommend.
• sunSussex (10/5): Great gem of a hotel - What a wonderful hotel, so pleased we found this little gem. Bedrooms / shower , immaculate and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Pool area washed and cleaned down and sun-beds washed over. Cannot honestly fault this hotel. Barman Caner worked tirelessly always so helpful and cheerful. Everywhere was decorated to a high standard and as coming to end of the season our room was still as fresh and clean as it it had just been decorated. Walking distance to beach literally few minutes. Lots of lovely places to eat near hotel. Thank you Blue star for a lovely holiday.
• 918tracyl (10/5): Beautiful hotel and experience in soul Deniz. - This is our second time at this beautiful hotel, it’s absolutely stunning. Lovely staff, maids and of course Mars the dog! This place is faultless, clean, well maintained and for our first week and a half very quiet, which we loved. It got busier over our three week stay, but was still not over crowded or too noisy. My only criticism is the lovely evening restaurant was closed this year. I was really looking forward to eating there and enjoying the ambience around the bar on the evenings. Unfortunately this wasn’t operational this year, but didn’t take away from our experience. Keep up the good work and hope to see you next year. Richard, Tracy and Daisy xxx
• IanB3401 (10/5): Small family run hotel - Excellent family run hotel, rooms clean and modern. easy reach of the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice stroll along sea front to the Blue Lagoon. Service at breakfast, pool area, and bar was excellent. sitting on the balcony watching the paraglider's landing on the sea front was great.

Beyanımız sonucunda kontrol edelim dediler ve skt si geçmiş sadece 2-3 adet olduğunu söyleyip özür dahi dilemediler. Hizmet ve kalite anlayışı kötü bir işletme olup, sonrasındaki tavırlarıda rahatsız ediciydi. Oda kliması sabit sıcaklık verip ayarlama yapmaya izin vermiyordu. Yazın sıcaklığında klima sorunsalı ve skt si geçmiş ürün ile hizmet sunarak konforu yeterince düşürüp sağlımızı riske atmış oldular.
• RugbySpencer (10/5): Excellent as always - Another fantastic stay at the Blue Star, normally go in Sept but celebrated our 25th anniversary there this year so July it was. Excellent family run hotel where nothing is too much trouble for the owners, management & staff. Great rooms, breakfast superb and many lazy days spent relaxing around the pool & of course the location. Quiet away from the main drag and beach bars, but a couple of mins walk and you are on the main beach front. Until next year...
• Yunus (10/5): Biz Çok Beğendik - Hem denize yakın hemde uygun fiyatlı bir yer bakarken denk geldik ve bayıldık. Kaldığımız oda çok temiz ve ferahtı. Personeller çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Otopark sorunu var bence ama kapıda duran kişi yardımcı oluyor park yeri bulup aracınızı oraya çekiyor. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve isteğinize göre omlet/yumurta yapıyorlar ve gerçekten çok başarılı. Oda balkonu da ferah. Jakuzili oda tutmuştuk jakuzi yavaş doluyor ve belki su püskürten yerleri arada bir değiştirmeleri daha iyi olabilir. Ilk açıldığında paslar da geldi çok hoş değildi. Yinede biz çok beğendik sahile ve ölüdeniz çarşıya çok yakın. Tavsiye ederiz.

Owners kids wete a nightmare causing trouble witk other children and because of me complianing about thier behavoir i was asked to leave the hotel by the owners who then got the police to come. Avoid like the plague
• M5814ORgarys (10/5): The jewel of Oludeniz! - This beautiful family run hotel is fantastic! It's in an ideal location, probably a minute or so walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms are lovely, the staff are absolutely superb - really polite and helpful. The pool and surrounding gardens are so inviting and there's no stressing over sunbeds here!! If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing, family friendly break then this is the place to be!

• DayTrip12848468480 (10/5): Fantastic hotel - What a great little family run hotel. Been to Olu Deniz a number of times and have to say this was up there as one of the best. We just wanted to chill for a week and the hotel was spot on. Special shout out to Toulonhay (I have probably spelt that wrong) I remember it means full moon in English he was especially helpful and friendly. All staff and owners were great - would recommend 100%.

• nicolah12 (10/5): Fab little gem of a hotel - Been coming to blue star for a few years now and simply love this gem of a family run hotel. The family are super lovely and will always make sure any needs are catered for. It's in a wonderful location just off the strip and a 5 min walk to the main beach. Rooms are tastefully furnished and modern also cleaned everyday ..... fresh towels daily and Small bottles of water are complimentary and replenished daily. Breakfast is included and plentiful with cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit , preserves ,bread (toaster) , cake and biscuits. Cold meats,cheeses, olives and salad. Hot choices differ daily with omelettes and eggs cooked to order. You also have the option to pay for a full English. There restaurant offers lunch and evening meals to hotel guests and outsiders, the menu has a great choice of meals with the food being plentiful and of a fantastic quality. The bar has a good choice of beer,spirits, cocktails,soft drinks and milkshakes. There is also a pool table, table tennis and a lovely pool. Many people including myself return year after year,this is testament to well run hotel.
• LindaBarry10 (10/5): Always the best - We are frequent guests at this hotel which is an absolute gem. We are always made welcome and always feel totally at home. Begum, Melike and all of their staff are amazing and can’t do enough to make your stay as perfect as possible. The rooms are kept beautifully clean, if you need anything extra like pillows, blanket etc, you only need to ask and it’s available for you. There are many returning guest which is an absolute compliment to the hotel, our family joint us for the final 10 days of our holiday, they were made so very welcome. For anyone who says there is a lack of Sun loungers, you only have to ask, they will make sure you have one. Breakfast is good with an assortment of cold meats, salad, fruit, omelettes and lovely fresh bread. Thank you all for the best stay, we look forward to seeing you all again next year. XXX
• SHANAZ (4/5): - The front desk staff had a very poor attitude. We had booked a standard room so they gave us one on the top floor - literally an attic room! No lifts in the building and we are seniors. So we asked for a room on a lower floor and the answer was - too bad. You booked a standard room! Later that evening we asked for one teabag as the room only had coffee packets. Their answer: we do not give teabags as we have too many British visitors and they all drink tea" ???!!! Even at breakfast, they had premade tea in an urn which tasted like motor oil. Even the staff in the breakfast area looked miserable - no one smiled or acknowledged you. We've been traveling in Turkey for the past few weeks and so far everone has been friendly, helpful and welcoming. Too bad as it put a damper on our visit to Oludeniz.

• rebeccaw765 (10/5): Great little gem - This is a great little gem of a hotel in the perfect location. Family run hotel with a chilled atmosphere. Rooms are clean and spacious. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and also great bars and restaurants. If your looking for a relaxed holiday then this is the ideal place.
• Lavenderblue218 (8/5): Hotel 3.5 - Booked through Jet 2 and paid extra for a Deluxe double room( see picture) room looked nothing like this. Room 201 can only be described as small with a balcony view of opposite building. Spoke to blonde lady on reception who was not at all helpful and told me that if I wished to move I would have to pay extra!!!! Jet 2 eventually got us moved.. Cleaning staff, gentleman who maintains ground, pool & other areas and some of the restaurant staff Excellent 👏👏. Pool is starting to look tired & is in need of some TLC. Stairs down to pool toilets are dangerous and need anti slip strips. No courtesy room for late flights asked if we could keep room from 12pm till 6.30pm too be told we could move to another room but cost would be approx £142.00. Breakfast is OK.. limited fresh fruit, only Oranges, apples & watermelon, juice is from a machine and is watery and cheap even staff stated that it's awful. 1st week no towel wars 2nd week a lot of long standing returning guests and you struggled to get a bed. Situation is great everything on your doorstep we will definitely go back to Oludeniz!!!! Would only consider Blue Star for accommodation if certain things were changed.

• paullQ2779OV (6/5): Great location. Great food. Just a couple of things let it down for us. - Just returned from staying at the blue star hotel. Our personal preference of the hotel is as follows We arrived at 2.20 mid day. On arrival at reception we were told the room was going to be 1 more hour ? Check in was supposed to be from 2pm. We did notice at particular times of the day and all day sat and Sundays there was a very annoying dog barking constantly and a shrieking noise of a child.Not that we are against animals and children but we came on holiday for peace and tranquility. There was one waiter called Nico that constantly said I do long hours and seemed to be nice at first then seemed offish. We work 12hr days all year round and worked hard for our holiday. Rest of the staff were great. The size of the rooms are misleading on the brochure pictures. We had new neighbours arrive at 3am one morning and the woman was shouting and slamming doors. She was clearly not happy with the size of their room. In fact she stated the room was the size of a Wendy house! Positive’s were. Cleaners did a fab job and the food was lovely.

As ever a fantastic time, this family hotel is superb, rooms great, pool excellent and great bar & restaurant. staff as always good fun and will help you out in anyway. Great breakfast from the excellent restaurant plus the odd lunch and evening meal , location is probably its best point, 1 min from beach front but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. • Sarahjayne2022 (10/5): Great hotel and service - Amazing holiday again, we love this hotel, it's immaculate and well looked after, the food is first class and the whole team are wonderful and so friendly. Thanks to the lovely gentleman who mows the lawns and does the maintenance jobs he was always there with a smile And special thanks to Alperen who looked after us so well during our stay and even came in on his day off say goodbye when we left. Otelin kendi restoranını şimdiden özledik açıkcası ☺️ yemekler çok lezzetli, servis çok hızlı, çalışanlar çok ilgili. Açık büfe kahvaltı çok zengin, her şey çok lezzetliydi. Ufak bir feedback olarak kahve ve meyve suyu seçeneklerinin daha iyi olabileceğini düşünüyorum. Bunun dışında konum ve ulaşılabilirlik açısından çok rahat bir yerde. • sennsational (10/5): Lovely hotel! - Lovely little hotel. Great location, 3 minute walk to the beach and lots of bars, restaurants and mini markets close by. Very clean rooms, grounds are well maintained and above all else the staff are amazing. Pool is good and most people head to the beach so usually pretty quiet most days. Breakfast was simple but nice, hot options and continental buffet. The restaurant is also nice for lunch and dinner. Would highly recommend!

We are loving every minute of it, the hotel is wonderful the staff are so friendly, happy and helpful. The food in the restaurant is second to none. I am going to be so sad to leave this little gem. Niko and the staff are wonderful. Thy all work so hard, but with a smile on their faces and show so much love to their customers. Mars the beautiful dog is amazing, love him. Booking g for next year as soon as we get home.
• Y1920EZgemmac (10/5): Recommended - What an excellent hotel this is. Clean, comfortable, friendly, quiet, well located, great food, perfect selection of drinks and great low key entertainment. The staff are very accommodating and work extremely hard day and night. The pool area is clean and well maintained and rooms have everything you need. All you have to do is relax and enjoy the sun. Ouldeniz an expensive and busy little town these days (we went over 15 years ago and were shocked to see how much it's grown in that time). However, the people who live and work there are wonderful and we didn't find one bad restaurant during our 2 week stay. We recommend the restaurant at the Blue Star Hotel, the Oyster Restaurant, Mimosa Cafe and the Secret Garden (but wear insect repellent at that one as the plants attract little bitey things). We paid 600tl for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for the day. We thought that was reasonable. Make sure you keep your receipt for proof of purchase.

The food and drink was great and cheaper than a lot of other places in oludeniz for the quality. Bloody Mary was a winner 🏆 The staff, however, we're the stars of the show. The restaurant, pool and bar staff were excellent, fim, friendly and attentive and made firm friends of my kids even teaching him Turkish phrases and words which he loved. Can't recommend the blue star enough.

Our room was very comfortable, the food at the restaurant was very good and their was a nice pool and garden. Our hotel was at 2 minutes walk from the beautiful beach Belcekiz/Oludeniz. We recommend definitely the hotel.
• D4402RDrichardr (10/5): Great family meal - we ate at The Blue Star hotel on our first night in Olu Deniz, been there several times before, and I may slightly biased because the owner is a very dear friend of mine all the food was delicious and the portions were very generous, service was very efficient, yet unhurried. special mention for the cheesecake we had for dessert, just divine go and treat yourself to some great food at a not too expensive price.

• 347kerriee (10/5): Another fantastic stay. - Another fantastic stay at Blue Star. As always no complaints. The rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean. The cleaners come in every day and leave bottles of water and fresh towels. The pool is a nice size and always clean and the pool area is cleaned every evening when the pool is closed. Breakfast is good with a great variety. The restaurant also has a good menu with lots to choose from for an evening meal. The bar is well stocked with beers, spirits and cocktails. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Already planning a return visit.
• Andrew (10/5): Lovely stay - Our stay at the hotel was great. We arrived very late after delayed flight and staff quickly checked us in. Rooms are big and have all you need. The grounds and pool were well kept. Breakfast was great with freshly made omelette and eggs made to order. Staff all so friendly and helpful. Great value. Central to everything but didn't hear any of the night life.

• squonk40 (8/5): Great Stay - Most of what i had to say was covered by (Yvonne B wrote a review 23 Jun ) and i agree with all she has said I will add that the manager does have to look at the also to address the selfish people who put towels on sunbeds at 6am and either go back to bed or decide to go out for the day, a notice around the pool may help stating the towels will be removed. Now the positives. the hotel was clean and the staff were great and we had a great holiday. the rooms were spacious and we had a walk in shower. they also had a kettle and a fridge and supply two bottles of water a day free. air con and safe are included in the price of your booking. if you have not been to Tukey for a while the prices have gone up by 70% If you go to the main strip its 200 lira for a large bottle of efes, cider was 260 lira a bottle, english breakfast is about £9 there are bars off the strip that are cheaper. I have been going to Turkey for the last 20 years and the price increases have certainly made an impact on the main bars, the ones we went to in the afternoon only had a few people in. i hope this review does not put you off going to Turkey its still a beautiful place to holiday. I would certainly return to this hotel but with a few tweaks it could be a lot better. Hope this review helps
• Jeanette Anne Jeanette Marie (10/5): - Fantastiskt boende, fina rum med allt man behöver. Bra sängar, bra frukost. Ren och fin pool.
• JIAH (10/5): 추천 - 일단 위치가 아주 훌륭합니다. 욀루데니즈 해변과 무척 가깝습니다. 숙소 컨디션도 깨끗한 편이고 조식도 훌륭합니다. 가족여행에 추천합니다.
• Turgay (10/5): - The hotel is ran by a very kind family, the pool is great and the location unbeatable !
• Ganesh (10/5): - The only bad experience was that water and coffee were not being replenished by the housekeeping staff cleaning the room and we had to ask for it at the reception for each day of our stay at the hotel. Otherwise the stay was splendid and very enjoyable.
• Amrin (10/5): Budget hotel - Good if your out most of they day. The shower was tired and zero pressure. Very different to the room we saw on the website, we were in the dorma room. Gets hot and the walls are super thin. We could hear ‘everything’ in the room next door. Breakfast wasn’t great but staff are wonderful which makes it good!
• Seyfullah (10/5): - War alles sehr schön, jedoch war es nachts bis 1 Uhr sehr laut im Zimmer, durch das Musik von drausen Im großen und ganzen war es ganz schön.
• aisha (10/5): - Very clean, helpful staff and close to the beach. Around the hotel you can find everything which is market or tour company's and restaurants.

• Deepak (10/5): - Excellent location, only 3 mins walk to the Oludeniz beach. Lots of restaurants. Lively ambience. Pubs with music around the area, still quiet neighbourhood. Feels safe to walk everywhere. Food in the Hotel's restaurant is amazing and fairly priced. Good variety. Breakfast is fresh and healthy. Staff is super polite and helpful and hardworking. Hotel is very well maintained and beautiful, looks new. Very nice pool. Needs some improvement in soundproofing. It would always be our first choice for stay near Oludeniz beach.
• YILMAZ (10/5): Ölüdeniz’in incisi blue star - Temiz ve rahat bir otel. Odamız biraz küçük olmakla birlikte yeterliydi. Kahvaltıyı çok beğendik. Otelin konumu harika. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü.

• Onur (10/5): Bir daha gitmek isterim - Bayram haftası jakuzili odada kaldık. Küçük bir isteğimiz vardı rezerve ederken hiç çekinmeden yapmışlar jesti. Garson arkadaşlar, resepsiyon,temizlik görevi olan arkadaşlar herkes sorunsuz çalışıyorlar. Kahvaltı çok doyurucu, akşam yemekleri de kaliteli. Ortam dingin, genç yaşlı herkese hitap eder. Odamız şık dizayn edilmiş ve minimalist idi. Otel şefi hanımefendiye de çocuğu yanında iken bile yaptığı naiflikden gözleminden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum. Ben bir daha giderim. Güzel tatiller
• Marie Helene (10/5): - Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l'hôtel Bue Star L'hôtel et la chambre étaient très propre et le personnel très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner était très bien et varié .L'hôtel est situé à quelque minutes à pied du lagon . Nous le recommandons sans hésiter !
• Verified traveler (4/5): Would NOT return - I had to ask to change the room because of the sewage smell in the bathroom. They initially told me there is no other room they can send me to. Then five min later, I was given another room. The second room did not have the sewage smell problem but the shower head did not work well;( but was clean. The balconies are nice and so are the furnishing. The room was clean and modern; generally well maintained and new. The room was very noisy at night due to some nearby bars w live music. Breakfast is OK but no fruits. Staff were helpful in giving advice and booking trips. Their partner agencies are not necessarily the cheapest in the market (and they tell you up front and are transparent about it at least). I had an issue w withdrawing cash and asked if I could pay w a credit card and if they could return the cash ( I had paid for the room earlier). I do not know if there are credit card fees that they do not want to pay but the owner flat out said no and did not even bother to explain or give excuses. I was flexible earlier and tried to accommodate their preference for cash earlier. Obviously, once the cash is in the owner's pocket, it becomes a different story. Disappointing. Lesson learnt: do not try to be flexible w the owners because they may not reciprocate. Left a bad taste about the business management sense, and would not return due to the owner's attitude despite a wonderful location and nice facility and staff. They really need to fix the sewage.
• Yana (8/5): Great stay - Nice, clean small hotel. Everything is fresh. Super location.
• Verified traveler (8/5): some good some bad - It's a very clean hotel. Although the sheets didn't look like they were fresh, I found hair on the pillow, so asked the maid to change and she did nothing. So I went to change the sheet and pillowcase myself as the linen cupboard was there. Aircon worked in a strange manner, rather didn't work. Wi fi was good but kept asking to log in daily and only one device for some reason. Safe was locked had to ask to unlock it. Breakfast was very good and the chef was putting items on a plate himself behind the glass divider, so hygenic. Didn't use the pool,but it was cleaned daily. Would stay again because of the location. Three minutes to the beach, you can hear music from pubs nearby too.

• Sehriban (10/5): - super schönes, gepflegtes Hotel. Sehr Preiswert - auch das angebotene Abendessen a la carte ist super lecker!- wir haben jeden Tag dort gegessen und haben somit kein anderes Restaurant suchen müssen… Die Lage ist auch ausgezeichnet mit 200m Fußweg zum strand, direkt dahinter ist die berühmte Stadt mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gerne nochmal! Aber bucht direkt über die Website des Hotels- ist um einiges günstiger

Ac started making weird noice after a day Shower head is old and water goes around instead where you pointed Toilet has stains on it and very old. Service is more like money oriented instead of service oriented. I stayed at 4 hotels at my this trip in Turkey . This was the worst service one. Stuff is not friendly at all. Wi-Fi is not working. It disconnects after a minute. Didn’t able to use internet at all. Reported the problem nobody didn’t care. Breakfast menu is very poor. The only good thing is it by the beach hotel. You have very easy access to sea
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Kalmaya başladıktan sonra diğer otelleri de inceleme şansım oldu. Seçimimizin ne kadar doğru olduğunu gördüm. Otelin lokasyonu mükemmel sahile çok yakın. Onun dışında blue lagoon'a da kolaylık yürünüyor. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, kaliteli ve yardımseverdi. Otopark hizmetleri bulunmamasına rağmen yardımcı oldular.Check out konusunda da yine birazcık geç çıkmamıza müsade edip yardım ettiler. Açık büfe kahvaltı kahvaltı biraz daha geliştirilebilir belki ancak bu haliyle bile yeterliydi. Ödediğim paraya göre ise aldığım hizmet çok üst seviyedeydi.
