• Barbara (9/5): Very pretty roomy suite. - Great location. Pretty cute cozy cottage like suite. Staff very friendly and nice. Very clean. Nice set up of furniture. The door to porch blinds let in too much light at night. Could of had more comfortable pillows. I guess should of brought my own.

• tracey (10/5): My granddaughter pop pop has health issue. And I wanted them to have beach trip for the memories. And it succeeded. - The location, made it easy to downtown and beach. The lady who checked us in her personality could have been friendlier.

TV's were nice as well as the furnishings throughout. The room was very quiet even with lots of children staying on our floor, closeby. Parking was very limited, and spaces were small.

• Susan (9/5): - Your staff in charge of the pool area was exceptional. Very clean space, friendly and respectful staff. Interacted with guests but also kept working. He was definitely in the business of serving people and enjoyed what he was doing. No stairs to get to your rooms. Had to wait for elevator evertime you wanted to go anywhere. Elevators were very small esp when trying to fit with the bellman cart with all your baggage.

• Janice (10/5): We had a great vacation at Biscayne Suites. - The facilities were wonderful! Loved the pool! Everyone was very welcoming! Liked the fact that we could opt out of room cleaning when we felt it was not necessary to do so! I strongly recommend making more than one parking space available if staying in the Presidential Suite. We had two complete families coming from two destinations. When we stayed in a suite at another location, we were given two spots as we had two cars.

• S (8/5): Good but bad ventilation - Fantastic Location steps from the boardwalk. The front door is unlocked leading to a lobby where the elevators are. On our last day the bathroom started smelling of marijuana. The smell was overpowering, and we had to leave the suite. We notified the front desk and we were told the smell was coming from outside. It was clearly coming from the room above us. We checked out earlier than anticipated after paying for a late check out. Makes me wonder how their ventilation is hooked up.

• Kathy (10/5): - Enjoyed our stay at Biscayne. Room was clean. Housekeeping refreshed our room while we were out for the day. We didn’t get the chance to try the heated pool. Hotel is not far from the boardwalk. It was nice that there was onsite parking however the spaces are very small.

• Denise (7/5): Decent, clean place and more affordable than most "suites" in the area. - very clean. No dirt/dust anywhere. THAT is the biggest plus. Front desk ladies extremely kind, open, friendly, and accommodating. The pool is wonderful and the whole areas around it very nice, The room furnishings are outdated, old, but in good shape. Walls thin...can hear voices, babies crying, but that stopped in the late evening. The sofa bed in our room was very uncomfortable.

• Michael (10/5): Bad 1st Impression - Our hotel was great except for check-in. We arrived at 1:30 and our room wasn't ready. That's acceptable, but the woman at the front desk wasn't very accommodating and she never called us to let us know that our room was ready. Finally, I went back in just before 3:00 and she said I forgot to call you.

The houses across the alley can see directly in your room especially with lights on. You have to make sure you close the blinds. The mattress was soft but okay..

• Marianne (8/5): - Nice clean quiet hotel located 2 blocks from beach. Will consider returning. No parking fee which has become a pet peeve of mine.. I like to ulitize stairs going up & down. Only able to use stairs to exit the hotel, not able to use stairs to go up. No microwave in room. These were my only negative experiences.

Indoor entrance to room. Bathroom with bathtub. 2 tvs. One in the living room with sofa bed. Ice machine, vending machine and washer/dryer nearby on the property. Highly recommended.

• Melissa (8/5): - The resort is perfect for our family of 3-great area, close to the beach and boards. Lots of walkable restaurants. We had a 4th floor room-it's a little noisy if you are next to the doors but nice views.
• Watkins (8/5): We would definitely stay here again. Location was great & the suite did suit our needs as family of 4. - Great Location. Nice sized suite for family of 4 TV tech is outdated. We would’ve appreciated a smart TV, only because traveling with kids. Beds / mattresses could have been more comfortable. Coffee pot was very small. Rooftop pool was cold.
