LEONARDO (4/5): Não recomendo - Tem boa localização, próximo do Waterfront, a equipe é simpática e atenciosa. Bom café da manhã para o preço. Chuveiro excelente, com água quente e forte. Porém, não recomendo. O wi-fi não funcionou bem, a vizinhança é barulhenta (uma pizzaria e um bar) e o lençol da cama estava manchado e as fronhas tinham cheiro de usadas. Encontramos também restos de plástico deixado por outros hóspedes no carpete. Ou seja, a limpeza é muito ruim.

Leonardo (2/5): Não recomendo - Hotel com estrutura muito ruim. Uma casa velha com vários quartos. Banheiro sem privacidade. Os quartos não têm frigobar. Café da manhã fraquíssimo. Apesar de ser em uma boa localização, melhor seria ficar mais próximo do waterfront. Portanto, a não ser que não tenha possibilidade de investir um pouco mais na estadia em Knysna, não recomendo.

Verified traveler (2/5): Schlechtes Hotel in sehr lauter Kneipenumgebung - Ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, in dem viel gemacht werden müsste... Wir hatten das Zimmer zum Marktplatz und bis nach 2.00 Uhr nachts war es von dem angrenzenden Restaurant unmöglich laut!! Die Matratzen sind völlig durchgelegen und uralt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen. Es war auf unserer 3,5 wöchigen SA- Reise mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel.

Claes (6/5): An updated gem with memories of the past. - New management has updated and improved this classic hotel. The nearby pub is a disturbance unless you go there yourself. Good restaurants are not close by within walking distance.
Nicholas (8/5): Excellent value in Knysna - Very helpful lady on reception. Room was comfy but traffic noise could be a problem for light sleepers-ask for a room at the back. Breakfast was served on the verandah at the back which was nice. It was also good. Honesty bar in reception worked well. Would recommend.
