- Tarkan (6/5): Fiyat uygun değilse kalınmaz - Konumu güzel Diğer misafirler o kadar ses gürültü yapıyorlar ki uyumak imkansız
- Daniel (8/5): -
- Nick (8/5): Overall it was a good stay...location and staff - location was perfect water in the tub kept running
- Regina (4/5): It was convenient - The staff was friendly and there was a constant presence of housekeeping, cleaning the parking lot, the room was pretty clean and it didn’t reek of cleaning chemicals, thank God I didn’t care for the maintenance guy, trying to drill the door next-door to my room between seven and 830 at night when I was trying to doze off, and there’s no bathtub stoppers I had to create one out of a plastic bag, the pillows, and the mattress was very hard and the girl that checked me in did not tell me about the hundred dollar hold on my card otherwise I would’ve switched credit cards at any rate….

- Jessica (10/5): -
- Robert (6/5): Clean room, nice staff, but noise & TV non-op were significant negatives! - Location was convenient…easy to get to, but… The street noise—revving of car & motorcycle engines on purpose—was SO loud until after 2am. Clerk said it was like that every weekend. Ridiculous that city would allow this. Impossible to get a good night’s sleep unless you bring ear plugs &/or ANC headset with you.
TV remote was extremely difficult to use., buttons did not change menus or change channels. Very frustrating…so only 1 or 2 channels were accessible Clerk said system was being upgraded, but not yet implemented
- Jeison (1/5): They steal the deposit. - Nothing They didn't return my deposit.
- Steve (6/5): - Broken bed/mattress
- Kameron (8/5): -
- Mike (9/5): Best place on a budget - Close to where I had to work. The lady that checked me in on Sunday evening the 12th was very professional kind and beautiful. Some of the homeless people around.

- Winfrey (2/5): It was by far the worst two nights I've ever spent in a hotel. - The location was very close to UNR campus and wasn't a casino which is why we booked this location. The mattress was rock hard - I like a firm mattress, but this one was painfully hard, like sleeping on the floor. The room was dirty and dingy. The lampshades all looked as if they had been in a recent fight. The toilet wouldn't flush and there was no plunger. There were still bits of dried tp stuck to the base of the toilet, evidence that it had overflowed at some point before our stay and all the mess was not cleaned up. We spent most of our trip away from the hotel and avoided using the toilet, but there was an urgent need to use the facility at 2:30am, we had to request maintenance. The desk attendant said he would call maintenance but we couldn't wait so we left to find another option. Ended up using the facility in the lobby and then asked to cancel the maintenance request until the morning. Got a call at 3:45am waking us up after finally getting to sleep that maintenance could come up. No thank you! And the very worst, which admittedly is not the fault of the hotel, was the noise. The walls must be paper thin and the neighboring parking garage at Circus Circus plays deafening music ALL NIGHT LONG. Plus every siren, loud talker, obnoxious drunk, and drag racer in Reno seemed to be operating right outside my door. Are there no noise ordnances in Reno?? It was by far the worst two nights I've ever spent in a hotel.

- Lorenzo (8/5): - I book on line it said $53 is & total came $60 & when I went to check in at the desk I was charge $160? Why
- Ingrid (10/5): Perfecto - Muy bien Todo me gustó
- Sandra (8/5): -
- Hugo (1/5): Would never return. - Nothing crackheads smoking drugs in the rooms nearby and coughing all night. Staff who refused to deal with it. Random cars doing doughnuts / burning rubber outside. Extremely thin walls.
- Stevenson (10/5): Great people working together - Nice and clean
- Steven (10/5): - Location and view
- Michael (10/5): -
- Mikayla (7/5): -
- The Middle East (1/5): - Very expensive and dirty
- David (3/5): The facility is poorly maintained. - Low maintenance Tv repair took five hours for maintenance to show up by that time I was asleep!
- Sheri (7/5): -
- Sheri (8/5): - IT was clean room and people in the office did not give out my room number. I think they should check if we have coffee and clean towels too. The screen on the tv is about go out
- Gen (8/5): -
- Mikayla (7/5): It was comfortable and safe inside the room. - It was right where we needed to be. It was kind of in a bad spot. We woke up the cops at our door and ambulances both mornings we were there.
- Jason laurita (1/5): If you like horrible spells bed bugs and bad music played all night long in the parking lot. Go 4 it - I can't think of anything that I liked When I got there they put me in a room where there was somebody smoking some drugs right outside of it because it was kind of hidden. Then I try to put my food in the refrigerator and it was leaking a red substance like rust. The smell overwhelmed me. Got into all my clothes I spent all day Sunday my day off. Washing all my clothes cuz I was traveling for business. It's still in my pores. The scent was so bad when I went down to ask them they gave me another room in about an hour. I still have not received my deposit. I'm cutting up my Wyndham rewards card because neither booking.com nor the people at the front desk asked if I had them. And when I went to check out I was greeted by a lady what I told her the story. She said isn't that funny. I'm thinking no it really wasn't. It was the worst place I've ever stayed ever. I don't give replies back to anything bad usually. But the fact that they charged me then on the 1st of March hit me up with a double reservation saying that I was there from Saturday and I was staying till monday. When I'd already checked out and I was there that whole length of time. The reviews about the Wyndham downtown right now or horrible. I didn't think it could be that bad that I kind of needed to be in that area. The fact that they even charged me blows me away. Also the fact that the music in their parking lot was going to midnight Latino music just blaring
- Sanchez (10/5): - Lo centrico
- Alfonso (8/5): -
- Michele (7/5): - That particular area has a lot of noise at night, cars playing music at the decibel of a rave. When I called the informational police line, they were rude.
- Kassandra (10/5): -
- Oleg (10/5): Overall, for this amount, this is the best that could have been - It was actually very nice, there was a place to park the car.In general, there is enough parking there. Not far from here I could walk to the museum and other parks, which is very good. 1. The refrigerator was in the closet, and I didn't even know it, but the next day I accidentally saw it I wish there was at least a sticker saying that the refrigerator is located there.2The heater worked well but it was very dirty, there was dust inside, which made the air it emitted unpleasant.Plus, it looked like it was torn off, there was a gap between the wall and the heater.
3. There was a chip or crack on the sink.Of course, there were cockroaches, as there are everywhere, but they are still everywhere, there is nothing really wrong with that.Something looked broken but it worked, that's my only concern.Because they didn't take my deposit back, which I left because there were already these cracks and chips on some of the furniture.
- Suheyl (6/5): Rooms need a dire overhaul, specially bathrooms. - Convenient location Bums everywhere. There was a guy laying by my car when I was checking out. Considering minus temperatures, most likely he was dead. Litter and trash everywhere.
- Tuttle (6/5): For the price it was decent. I’d do it again. - Location. Majority of the staff were nice. The driveway/parking lot were iced up but with some maneuvering it wasn’t terrible. The floor had a lot of debris in my room. Old school fluorescent ceiling lights in the room weee kinda harsh
- Liles (7/5): Not again - The room was clean The room was shabby and and needed a face left. Electrical plugs loose, panel on the ceiling and it was coming apart, the bed was hard and low on one side. When I called the front desk nobody answered either time I called.
- Gustavo (2/5): The check-in was great the check out you have to make sure that you don’t get the room dirty because you’ll get charged - Far as a price and the deposit is great that’s why I have mixed feelings about Which I don’t understand I work construction so I come back from work. I sweaty interview from outside the moment I sit on the bed or lay down bedsheet pillowcase setting with white towel will get stained and dirty and they’re so quick to charge for us for using the stuff like did you take a shower to get clean so things are gonna get dirty might as well just say bring your own towels, bedsheets, and pillowcases, and second of all the facility isn’t the top not of it you pay for what you get just so many things wrong when you walk into that they just paint over fix over fix it real quick, which cost less money but have no remorse and will charge you if there’s handyman can’t fix the fire alarm and it falls down behave if the boat needs money not bad just raise the price. Don’t try to get the people for a little things after it. It going that they might as well just go move the parkway.
- Charles (8/5): - Friendly staff Nosey person wasn't staff fault
- Brittany (1/5): -
- Elmo (8/5): -
- Lew (6/5): -
- Oscar (6/5): - La ubicacion muy bien Tenia un olor no muy agradable le falta mas limpieza
- Bustos (8/5): good night's sleep - The location The noise from the traffic
- Destiny (1/5): I should’ve stayed in my car - Close to Circus Circus Property was very dirty a lot of drug paraphernalia laying on the ground very very loud. A lot of people trying to bomb money.
- Gustavo (7/5): -
- Gustavo (8/5): -
- Todd (9/5): -
- Karen (6/5): Great price for a weekend. - I like that there was an elevator in the building to go up to our 3rd floor room. there was way too many people passing by the room at all hours.
- Kimiko (2/5): 大学に歩いて行けた。ゴキブリが出ました。 - 大学に近い ゴキブリが出た。毎日出ました。
部屋は清潔なのでゴキブリ駆除をして欲しいです。
- Gustavo (8/5): -
- Bueno (10/5): -
- Montejo (3/5): - Nada El olor del cuarto no era agradable. Se veía limpio pero muy desagradable estar en un lugar donde el olor no te sientes bien
- Yesenia (10/5): -
- Brandon (3/5): -
- Devin (9/5): I had a amazing stay. And I will definitely be back. - The location was amazing. Close to downtown and the Casinos. As well as the breakfast. No complaints, I enjoyed my time. And got rested, before I start my new job.
- Tom (5/5): -
- David (7/5): -
- Franco (9/5): -
- Michael (1/5): Roku TV sucks - I didn't have ESPN or CNN because you have Roku Nothing because you have Roku on the TV and I didn't even have ESPN or CNN it's a motel that I paid for and I didn't have CNN or ESPN that's terrible
- Ignacio (1/5): - nothing i didn’t like anything about it
- Cristian Camilo (1/5): No me pude hospedar - No me pude alojar No pude ingresar
- Isaac (1/5): -
- Tom (5/5): -
- Noble (1/5): Bugs in room - I I WAS TAKING A SHOWER AND SEEN A BUG ON SHOWER CURTAIN.
Packedup and went to office to see what they can do.they told me to get off premises or they will call the police.
Waited and they never showed up.
They did not want to do anything.
Place is not customer service friendly and not professionals.
You want all the riff raff people and not a good place for kids to see what that place is about.negative place as a whole.
- Lester (3/5): -
- Danielle (5/5): - Nice staff lady working night shift Tv and cable struggled coming on lot of yelling and noice bed sink in a lot
- Kelly (1/5): Do not stay here - Too loud, beds hard, floor sticky like from a Swiffer mop, paint peeling from bathroom walls, no tv remote so no tv to drown out the outside noises, very loud outside, not enough Parking, had to park across the street. Gun shots in middle of the night and screeching tires..... definitely wished we HADN'T spent $216 on that misfortune.
- Lewis (1/5): I should’ve driven the hour and a half home. - The 24 hour coffee was the only plus First room, they put me in, didn’t have a working heater in the heart of winter. In the second room they moved me to , Found roach bait next to the shower , burn stains on the edge of the tub and on the table in the room in a non-smoking room. They said my deposit would be back in my account the next morning and I still don’t have it. The wood paneling on the ceiling and the floor was either falling down or Lift it up on the floor. There was crumbs and dust everywhere in every corner, burn stain on the bed. Just a complete wreck with crack heads everywhere and sirens going off all night. Woke up with bites on me so it probably has bedbugs completely not worth your money or time.
- Penne (1/5): - We ended up getting stuck out of service, majority of area going there has no cell service. Unable to call and state we would be late. Upon getting there, they had canceled our stay for no call and wouldn't let us stay our 2nd night that was paid for. We did put arrival time, unsure at beginning because we knew it would be late. Also, don't be fooled by photos. This is very near the homeless population and from what we seen, cleanliness is not a priority.
