Brenda (1/5): Customer service was very poor. I received no help in trying to resolve this situation. - I booked a reservation with booking.com for this hotel. When we arrived, there was no reservation. They took the room fees from my bank account . Was at this facility for an hour and a half with no resolving the problems before they told me that they had no rooms available. I had to go somewhere else and book rooms on my own now no one will answer my phone calls from booking.com. Needless to say very, very disappointed.

The walk in shower was fantastic, with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good, had little cheese omelettes. Great value for the price. No complaints at all.

Shower was barley lukewarm on full hot on first morning. Second morning was hot, but I took it at 5am. Shower head needs lime build up removed. Very small tv for how big the room was. Also, no Netflix, YouTube or Disney plus that appeared to be avaliable. Apparently not yet avaliable since hotel switched to Dish Business.

I spent over an hour waiting in “the chat” with 2 different hotels.com representatives for resolution to my situation. I did ultimately get a room at the same hotel and my stay was great. I very much miss the days that you could actually talk to a person at hotels.com and not be in limbo wondering if your chat was dropped. Hotels.com did make it right in the end and I didn’t have to change hotels.

The lady said if we’d stay in our room, she’d give us a discount at check out. The next day there was a guy working the front desk. He told me since we booked through hotels.com that we’d have to contact them for the discount. So I did, and then when Hotels.com contacted the comfort suites, comfort suites denied the duscount. Won’t be staying here again.

Chance (8/5): - For the most important things, it was an excellent stay. King bed was clean and super comfortable. The place was quiet and the bathroom and shower were clean. Plenty of breakfast selections to choose from in the breakfast dining area. Downside included just a couple of issues. TV in the room had been unplugged at some point, but not a big issue. Don’t know if it works as I did not plug it back in. Biggest bother was the coffee maker in the room had not been cleaned. Someone had put coffee grounds and creamer into the area where the water was to go. Coffee is my am go to, so I took the time to clean it out and run hot water through it several times. Other than that, great stay.

Staci (6/5): Not this time - This was our 2nd time staying here from a longer trip. The bed in this room was not comfortable at all. And an alarm from another room was going off all night. They only time I could sleep was when the AC kicked on in our room to drown out the annoying sound. They have a good breakfast and a large dining area.
Foote (10/5): Highly recommend - Our request for a top floor room was granted and it exceeded our expectations in every way! We found it to be clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was generous and kept well-stocked. The jet tub was a last minute idea as this was the end of a month long road trip and so we really needed to rest and unwind. The room was quiet (except for some nearby July 5th neighborhood fireworks!) and well-appointed. We had nothing but great experiences with Comfort Suites during this trip. I will make a point of booking Comfort Suites on all of our future trips. They were consistently great in all locations we booked. Thank you! The fireworks so close by in the neighborhood were loud and percussive.
