• Dennis (9/5): We had a great time and caught up on our rest. - Very nice accomidations. Easy to find and get around the area. Accomidations were very nice and clean. Easy walking distance to many things. We thought that we had booked a room with a kitchenette, that wasour mess up during registrarion. We got along ok with only a microwave and fridge.

• Dilovan (10/5): A very comfortable and well-located guesthouse close to the beach, with a friendly host and great local tips. - We had a really great stay at the Seahorse Guesthouse and felt very comfortable throughout our time there. The location is excellent – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach, which made it perfect for relaxing and exploring the area. The room was clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a longer stay. The host was very friendly and always available for questions, tips, and local recommendations. We really appreciated the helpful advice and felt well supported during our stay. A big plus was that beach chairs and beach towels were provided by the accommodation, which made our beach days even more convenient and enjoyable. Unfortunately, we had to leave very early on our last day, but the key drop-off was simple and convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): OK - Great location across the street from the beach. Pool area and room both clean and neat, and amenities are good, unfortunately the air in the room was overwhelmingly heavy with mold and I could not stay.

• Thompson (7/5): - Rooms were clean, check-in was easy, pool was clean, the owner was a very nice gentleman. Also there is a public beach access about 75 ish feet up and across the street with a rinse shower for the sand/salt. There is a really cool lighthouse you can see just right up the beach as well. The window air conditioner was pretty loud while running, and had to stay running pretty much never shutting off to maintain 70 degrees. A/C may be a little undersized for the rooms, and in one of the two rooms we rented, the a/c didn't work good and smelled kinda moldy/ musty.

Omdat we in laagseizoen zaten meteen upgrade naar grotere kamer. Strand is werkelijk op loopafstand. Helaas geen wasvoorziening bij guesthouse zelf.

• Angelica (10/5): - I did the reservation for my mother and she said that Seahorse Guesthouse is a quiet and safe place. Darren and Phillip are great hosts, and they were always checking if she needed anything. The pool was super clean and the included beach chairs and towels are appreciated. The beach is across the street and there's a library like 4 blocks away.

Location was perfect. The Pompano Beach circuit made it easy to get to where you wanted to go. Nothing it was perfect.

• Anastasia (10/5): Nostalgic, clean motel close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. - The rooms were well kept, clean and most importantly, quiet. We heard no noise from the next door rooms. It was across the street from the beach and had a lovely pool on site. The in room coffee and the one ply toilet paper (easily solved by a stop at Publix to buy our own to use).

• Madeline (7/5): All and all, I would stay here again. - For the price, it was a good value. No luxuries but most everything you need. I’d love to see a vending machine on the premises. Also, I’d like larger bar soap or liquid soap and better water pressure in the shower. Darren, the owner was really nice and you could contact him by text if you needed something. That was very comforting especially if you are traveling solo.

• MELISSA (8/5): GREAT location, kind staff, but parking stressful. - The workers were all very kind and accommodating. They even provided my husband and I with beach chairs to borrow before we walked across the street to Pompano Beach area, which was wonderful just FYI. It was such a short walk to the beach and the price was very affordable! The ONLY issue I had was parking. IDK if the customer to spot ratio is off or what, but there were 2 nights where my husband and I came back to the guesthouse and all the spots were filled. It was very stressful because the owner of The Palms on Ocean & Foodmart across the road (don't stay there, just trust me, looks alone were "eww"), who had AMPLE parking (due to lack of customers I'm assuming?) will watch the lot like a hawk and have your car towed if you park there for 2 seconds. If I was GUARANTEED parking I would stay at the Seahorse Guesthouse every time I went to Florida. They're proof that customer service and genuine kindness goes a long way!
• Deb (10/5): A gem of a find! - This sweet boutique motel/guest house is a great find. Simple, clean, efficient, and quaint. Adults only and very relaxing! We stayed in room 3. Comfortable, firm king bed with a kitchenette that was great for making light vacation meals. The pool and courtyard were perfect, the palms and plantings provided sufficient privacy. The motel was right across the street from the beautiful Pompano Beach. Beach chairs and towels were provided. Darren and Phillip are gracious hosts. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

• Janine (10/5): - This place is so cute! They have kept mid-century charm of an old school motel and made it so much better. The entire property and rooms are immaculate. The owners were so nice and accommodating and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay pleasurable. It's super centrally located if you want to do the pier dining and shopping and Circut runs there and back no problem if you don't want to walk. We have family that live a few blocks away and will definitely be staying here every time we visit.

• Verified traveler (2/5): A dump on the beach - Check in was fine. The owner was very nice and accommodating...until we got there. There was no parking and Tow Zone signs everywhere. We walk in the room to a tiny a.c umit that was not on and once we turned it on after a few hours intil 3am it still was hot and humid in the room. Also the toilet pressure was so low we had to use bottle water to make the water level high enough to actually flush. Also the tv wasmt working it powered on but had terrible picture quality and lept making a clucking noise. So we had no parking, a.c, tv, and the toilet not flushing was enough for us to leave. We drove too many hours to not be comfortable. We jus wanted basic needs. When i contacted the owners about the issues. They said theyve never had a complaint about the room and basically said we were lying. Mind you they live in the motel and have a designated spot right in front probably looking out the window. Didn't offer to change our room or give a discount. Total waste of money i would'nt suggest this motel to anyone..also the tv didnt work and they said we lied about that too...
