Hotel: Perfectly located for exploring the island's main beaches (whether in the north or the south). It is incredibly well-kept, clean, and decorated—no details left unattended or in need of repair (and I am very picky). Service: Jens and Pedro are extremely attentive and provide the best, most personalized service, from check-in and housekeeping to travel tips. Room: New, spacious, and spotlessly clean (I’ve stayed at many hotels, including well-known chains, and I’ve never seen a place as clean as Hyperion). The beds are comfortable, and the decor is soft and harmonious. Breakfast: Delicious! Every bread is so tasty (especially the sweet potato bread) that it’s an invitation to a snack or just some butter on the electric griddle. • Martin (9/5): Superb - I liked the cleanliness and the owners attention and helpfullness. The location is pretty good considering how difficult it is moving around in Floripa by car. Being close to the Randeiras street made it easy to just walk to restaurants in that street. Hyperion is close to everything but the north of the island so I would even visit shopping malls in the city in 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself was comfortable and the beds were soft. Internet was perfect on 2 different rooms I stayed. The breakfast was varied and had some delicious cakes but most important, the coffee was really good. I would return for sure when visiting Floripa again near Lagoa. Noise soundproofing and light blocking could improve. It didn't bother me since I think I was alone for most of the stay but the last day other guests arrived and I could hear noises. I use earbuds to sleep anyway but it might bother some. The only other thing I would improve is the TVs, bigger and smart.

It’s about halfway between Praia Mole and Praia Joaquina, which are both beautiful so it is in a good location. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a place from which to visit Floripa beaches and the Lagoa.

• Maicon (10/5): Sensacional! - A estadia foi muito boa, do começo ao fim. Antes mesmo de chegar, precisei de uma ajuda da equipe do hotel e o Jens (dono do hotel) foi extremamente prestativo. É um local muito aconchegante, desde a recepção já é possível sentir que será uma experiência diferente. Foi uma das primeiras vezes que me senti em casa em um hotel, os móveis são muito novos e confortáveis, e a decoração é bem bonita. A cama é bastante confortável. A limpeza foi excelente todos os dias, e o café da manhã é muito saboroso. O ponto alto é a equipe do hotel, todos são muito simpáticos e tornam o ambiente muito legal. Além de tudo a localização é ótima, muito perto da Lagoa da Conceição e o centro da lagoa, e das praias Mole e da Joaquina. Recomendo muito o local, definitivamente pretendo voltar.

They were excellent in terms of providing advice about the area and different beaches and other attractions to visit. They were also very helpful for arranging a laundry service to pick up and drop off our laundry. The hotel itself is quaint, although it does not have a great curb appeal. The room was clean and comfortable. The area is great, with close proximity to Praia Mole, which was our favorite beach of all the places we visited on Brazil. There is also a great little shopping area just across the bridge by the Lagoa. The only downside is that the traffic in and out of the area where the hotel is located was horrendous, especially during the summer busy season. So much so we couldn't even use our rental car but rather had to walk everywhere. Overall tho we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and
