Lo malo fue que nos dieron la habitación a un lado del restaurante e inician a trabajar muy temprano y se escucha totalmente todo, estábamos desvelados y no pudimos descansar por todo el ruido, parecía que estaba la puerta abierta que entraba todo el sonido, muy mala experiencia sobre el ruido del restaurante. Recomiendo que no les den habitaciones a un lado del restaurante.

No entiendo como siguen dejando en la cama una sábana y un cobertor súper ligero en el closer para que uno se tape. Que cuesta mucho invertir en colcha? Definitivamente ya no me hospedaré más ahí.

Within walking distance of the Cathedral; walk another 2 small blocks and you are right in front of one of the most beautiful churches Ive ever seen El Santuario de Nuestra Señora de Guadalue. You can walk to all the little shops downtown. Good breakfast included with your stay at their nice and open diningroom Mayra at the front desk is so sweet and nice. In fact theyre all relly nice. I dont know when yet but Im definitely coming back
- Sven (8/5): One of the Many Hotels - Downtown - CONS: On my long stay phone never worked, Wifi super slow and sometimes wouldn’t work. Poor quality on tv channels, some things around my room like they were needing maintenance. Like chipped door or paint. PROS: close and pretty much walking distance to many good places around downtown, Breakfast was awesome, Room always clean, felt very safe. Architecture and location it is awesome.
- Irly (6/5): Too much noise from the inside! - We went to a wedding in Zamora and stayed 2 nights in Concept Hotel, we expected to sleep pleasantly due to the location of our room, but it was a disaster... We could hear all kind of noise from other rooms, hallways and the worse the elevator we could hear all the electrical movements from it. The bed was good, rooms too small we pay a junior suite with king size bed so we expected more. Very disappointed, next time we will choose other options.
