- Mohammad (10/5): N/A - My name is M. Hoque, and I found this hotel to surpass my expectations in every respect. The service was exemplary, the facilities were modern and stylish, and the attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities were of the highest quality. I would like to particularly commend the waiter, IDDER; the barman, ABDUS SALAM; the receptionist; and the security team — all of whom were genuinely friendly and professional. Previously, there was a night-security guard who was tall and skinny , he was quite rude , but I believe he has since changed. I also hold fond memories of another waiter MOSA, now retired; I often miss him. Overall, everything is now to a very high standard, and I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience. I would certainly return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious stay. N/A

La chambre double vue piscine est superbe et vraiment très spacieuse avec de fait une tres belle vue sur la piscine. La piscine top également avec beaucoup de transat a disposition. Seul petit soucis, on entend très fort dans les chambres a côté et les couloir également. Et les femmes de ménage sont entrée a deux reprises sans même toquer entre 9h30 et 10h15 donc bien placé le petit mot ne pas déranger sur la porte. Nous avons fait passer le message et il a été bien entendu donc je pense que c'est quelques chose qui ne se reproduira plus. Dans l'ensemble cet hôtel est bien ☺️

- Tala (1/5): My stay at Hamilton Agadir was disappointing due to poor service, lack of privacy, and constant disturbances from staff - I stayed at Hamilton Agadir with my friends and unfortunately had a very negative experience. Firstly, guests are not allowed to bring food into the hotel, which was never clearly explained beforehand and felt extremely restrictive during our stay. The biggest issue, however, was housekeeping and the complete lack of privacy. The cleaner repeatedly entered our room while we were sleeping and woke us up multiple times. When we complained to reception, we were told it was because we didn’t put up a “Do Not Disturb” sign — but we were never given one or informed about it at check-in. Even on our checkout day, despite paying for a late checkout at 4:00 PM, the situation continued. The cleaner came into the room at 3:30 PM to collect towels and woke me up again. Then at 3:59 PM, she knocked once more, followed by multiple knocks right at 4:00 PM while we were still calmly packing and preparing to leave on time. It felt rushed and very uncomfortable. Overall, there was little respect for guest privacy, poor communication from staff, and an unpleasant end to our stay. I would not return or recommend this hotel based on this experience.

Cela rends le séjour plus « rassurant » très gentil et bienveillant. Chambre coté route trop bruyant. J’ai demandé à changer et Ok côté piscine. Les serviettes de bain mériterais d’être renouvelées.

- Wiktoria (10/5): Would 100% reccomend loved my stay here. - The location of the property was amazing very close to a lot of sights and only about a 10 minute walk from the beach, many food places around it also. The staff were amazing at reception very helpful and sociable. The manager was lovely bumped into him every morning at breakfast and he ensured that everyone was okay and enjoying their stay which made it very pleasant, breakfast had a lot of options also and was very tasty. The rooms look amazing and the beds are very comfortable. The elevators took a while to come down but there’s also the stairs option which was quick.

The cleaners don't clean your room and the towels look like they have been used for the last 20 years so worn out and stink! They didn't even top up the toilet roll so had to go to to reception for some! The lift used to always take ages coming and going. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at would never stay here again! The staff at the reception not accommodating at all. Im surprised they haven't shut down! STAY AWAY!

- Houdo (1/5): Nightmare stay - The view was nice, The size of the room and lighting in the room was good. The staff were very unhelpful, especially Yonis. Our bags were left in the lobby for several hours and no one helped take them to our room. We eventually had to go downstairs ourselves to ask about them, only to be told we should carry them up ourselves. The same happened again at check-out. The hotel also claims to have a no-smoking policy, but the smell of cigarettes hits you as soon as you walk into the building. There were two lifts in the hotel, but only one was working. It stopped on every floor, meaning we had to wait a very long time each time we used it. The lift was usually full as well, so we often had to walk up and down the stairs from the 7th floor. To make matters worse, tools and a grinder were left unattended near the lift area, which was incredibly dangerous and a serious safety hazard for guests. Housekeeping was very poor. Our room was not cleaned properly, there was often no toilet paper, and fresh towels were not replaced. On two occasions, staff removed our towels and did not bring new ones back for several hours. no access to the safe in the room. The bathroom was constantly wet and not cleaned properly. The toilets were dirty inside, and the bedding looked like it had simply been turned inside out instead of changed. Overall, it was a nightmare experience.

I woke up with lots of bites on my legs. The bathroom flooded every time we took a shower. We booked a room with three beds: a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. Instead of the sofa bed, we got an old, completely wobbly sofa without sheets and filthy. We had to share the single bed between my two children. For a family of four, we only had one old, worn-out towel that we had to share. We arrived in the evening, and it was impossible to change room, and no cleaning staff were available to provide more supplies. It was room 101; in case they give it to you, don't accept it under any circumstances. As for us, we won't be coming back,

The room had such a strong smell of smoke despite requesting a smoke free room. The pillows were so big that they were so uncomfortable to sleep on and hurt my neck every day I woke up.
