- Jinyoung (10/5): - 어린이가 있다면 이만한곳이 없다 사이판은 전부 오래된 호텔들이다 감안하고 즐기면 행복한 시간 보낼수 있다 그래도 가까운곳에 이런 낙원이 있다는거에 즐거움을 느끼자 투숙인원이 많지 않아 시간별로 수영장을 운영하는게 아쉽다
- KOH (6/5): - 1時間に一便バスが目の前のバス停から出ており、何度か日本人の方々と一緒になりました。バス停の近くで野犬らしき犬が数匹うろうろしていたため、待っている時間は少し不安でした。 ホテルは韓国や中国の方が多く、深夜廊下で大声で話す声でなかなか寝れませんでした。
- Yunosuke (6/5): - 総合的に普通のレジャーホテル。 コスパを考えれば良い方かと。 悪かった点だけ以下に箇条書きで 記載しておきますのでご参考までに。 ・隣同士の2部屋を借りたにも関わらず 部屋を繋げるドアに施錠が。 この施錠を開けて繋げることを リクエストした結果、ただ鍵を開ける だけなのに50ドルかかるそうです。 頭悪すぎて話になりませんでした。 ・18:00までプールの爆音ミュージック がエンドレスに部屋まで流され続けます。 お部屋の中でゆっくりしたい方、日中 一睡もできないでしょう。 ・部屋の冷房、ものすごく寒いです。 防寒着を持っていきましょう。 ・夜中はお湯が極端に温くなります。 恐らくボイラーを調節して経費節減 してる模様。 そんなとこでしょうか。 サイパンはもう生涯行くことない でしょうから特に追記することは ないです。

If I would like to say, I know most of the guest are Korean but I prefer to add a bit more attention to non Korean guests For instance, this message was send in Korean . Also while mi kid was in school academy, teacher was from Korea all kids as well except mine. Language was in Korean and not a good time for mi kid. This would be an improvement such as allocating an English oriented person. Although, it was a good time in PIC and we already planning to go to PIC Guam

- Rebecca (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt but I wasn’t excited about the extra fees you charge for early check in when I checked out hours earlier than your usual check out time. The pool bar staff were very friendly and excited to greet guests and were enthusiastic in preparing your drinks. Housekeeping rules were not laid out so it was confusing to come home to no towels and trash to find out the rooms are not kept daily. A trash can in the elevator area would have been helpful for guests could rid of their own trash but being told upon check in of your rules would have been a better way to relay this information. Over all it was a comfortable stay and the staff were friendly. Yes we would stay again Saipan def has a better hotel than Guam. Thank you

- Verified traveler (2/5): Would not recommend - Finding out only one pool is open from 8 Am to 8 Pm was a major killer, Since your website states the whole water park is open from 8 to 8. Two pools open at 9 Am then the rest of the park opens at 14:00 till 17:00. Then the deep end pool closes at 18:00 leaving only one pool aria. The rooms are only cleaned every other day. We also where not too keen on the glass inside of the ice cream, and your staff acting like it was such a major inconvinence when we asked for it to be taken away. Then act as if nothing is wrong when some one is having a medical emergancy and when asked what are the ingreadents in something state just whats on the menu. Your manager should have been out and appologizing ASAP not those who have no power to fix a proble.

- Brandon (10/5): Great time at PIC - Customer service was excellent: from reservations, F&B team, and poolside. The room was clean and big. The food was delicious at the Magellan restaurant. We are there for dinner and brunch. Our family had a great time during this 2 night stay.
- Gunwook (10/5): The best choice for family with children - I and my wife and 2 sons had a truly joyful time at this resort. Each restaurant was really good for Koreans(especially barbecues at the Beach Side restaurant) and all attractions are very great for children.
- JungHwan (8/5): 방 배정 외 모두 만족 - 오래된 시설대비 아주 청결했습니다. 음식도 정말 맛있었습니다. 다만 꽤 오래전에 예약한것 같은데 (최소 3주~4주 ) 예약 요청사항에도 높은 층 전망좋은 방으로 요청했는데, PIC 에서 가장 먼 동 거의 끝방 전망없는 1층같은 2층으로 배정 주신 사유가 먼지 어떻게 된 일인지 프론트에 바꿔줄 순 없는지 최소 5번은 문의 한 것 같습니다. 리셉션 보시는 분도 보통 요청사항 남겨놓으면 반영 되는데 이상하다고 하더라구요. 전망 포기하더라도 메인 빌딩에 다 모여있는데 식사하는 것 포함 걸어다니는데 너무 많은 시간 썻습니다.

- JIN IL (2/5): 서비스가 너무 실망입니다. - 우리가족이 이번 여행을 하면서 PIC 워터파크 공사로 인해서 여행의 1일을 손해를 봤습니다. 안내데스크 조차 사람마다 차이가 있었다 PIC에서 캔싱턴까지 픽업드랍을 해준다는 약속또한 안지켜지다보니 개인적으로 택시를 타고 이동을 했다. 셔틀버스를 타고 이동을 했다면, 3시에 캔싱턴에 도착해서 우리는 아무것도 할수 없었다. PIC를 여러번 방문했지만, 이번처럼 제한적이고 이용할수있는게 없어서 너무 실망을 했다. 저녁에 원주민 쇼도 없고 워터파크도 이용안되고 6시 이후에는 그냥 숙소에서 쉬는게 다였던것이 아쉽다. 우리가 하루를 손해본것에 대해서 난 클래임을 할것이다
- Kim (10/5): - Our recent stay at PIC Saipan was memorable! Although the property itself shows signs of age, the bathroom in our room was renovated, which was a nice touch and made the stay very comfortable. The hotel offers a ton of activities and amenities within the property, from a water park to a beach bar, BBQ spot, and even a gift shop with snacks and drinks. The all-inclusive meal plan was a standout – not only was the food delicious, but it also meant I didn’t have to spend a penny on meals, which made the stay even better. The staff was incredible, especially with children. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. The only downside was that housekeeping came every other day, though they ensured we had essentials like towels and toiletries when needed. One small wish – it would have been nice to have a cafe for a quick latte fix! But with all the free food, I can’t complain. Overall, it was a wonderful, satisfying stay, and I’d happily return! 스태프 분들.. 말 많은 저희 아이와 대화도 잘 나눠주시고, 한국음식도 너무 맛있고.. 정말 우기였는데도 저희 가족에게 최고였어요! 또 가고 싶어요~
- Christopher (6/5): - The good: The water park is excellent. If you have kids, I highly recommend the kids club. The staff at the water park and kids club are excellent. The bad: Rooms are a bit dated and in need of upgrading. Also, there isn't much to do within walking distance of the hotel so if you plan to eat and shop elsewhere you'll need to either rent a car or get a taxi. The ugly: They definitely cater more favorably to visitors from Korea. The front desk staff will nickle and dime you to death. They wanted to charge us $59 per room to check in at 1pm. We had 2 rooms next to each other, I asked if we could get the doors between the 2 rooms unlocked and I was told there would be a charge to unlock the doors. I've never experienced that before.

However, the very outdated room conditions, especially the air conditioning system, make it difficult to give the highest rating. Nonetheless, the meals and various cultural events made the stay in Saipan wonderful. If I visit Saipan again, I would choose PIC again.

- charina (4/5): - The hallway going to the room stinks , i hope they can do something to remove the bad odor coming from the carpet.....though the room is ok but going out really smells bad..also another complain is the operation of their pool for kids..we are required to check in at 3pm but the kiddie pool is only open until 5pm..we were hoping the next day my daughter can spned more time in the kids pool since check out was 12noon, to our dismay they open the pool at 9am but the kiddie pool is not available till 2pm bec. there were not enough life guarda

Most children are Koreans but she managed the language barrier very well and had so much fun with friends and teachers!
