• sophia (9/5): - I love the warmth of the staffs and the pets. Tofu, the cat, loves to spend time in our premises while we had a massage and lunch. The staffs are too helpful 🩵 Cynthia mostly. The snacks provided at the pantry is free. The interior is nice -.modern but for those who will bring small children, please be careful since the premises' design mostly is a 2 stories loft. There is no microwave in the room hence we had to trouble the staff for heating dishes. Water heater needs to be check for morning or night shower. Sometimes it is off.

• Peter (7/5): If you want to stay in a clean and comfortable apartment and party all night, this is the place for you - Very clean and comfortable the staff are fabulous. Great location although if you have a room at the front it’s quite noisy due to the traffic. They have put in fabulous double glazed windows that block 95% of the Sound.. the night club down the road is open seven days a week open until 6 am, it has pumping Base that you can clearly hear especially in room six. They don’t have a cancellation policy!

The sofas in the lounge were very comfortable and the window blinds were great to block out light and let in light. The staff were friendly. There was no cot set up, so we slept in the lounge on the sofas as the upstairs part of the apartment where the bedroom was, was not safe for children to walk or crawl around as there was a big drop to the bottom part. They offered to set up the cot the next day but only before a certain time so we just slept for 2 nights on the sofa which was comfortable but not ideal.

Right on the main street with lots of nice shops, restaurants and super close to the beach! Grab very easy to get. Potato Head, almost next door. I will only advice you to do something with the big window in the room I had, to avoid that guest and staff can look into your room. You can see everything and have to close the curtain for your privacy, which is a pity if it is not dark outside. Ans the set up of the room is so nice, that you want to have the light from outside coming into your room.

Room looks elegant, well-maintained and has all the essentials that we need. Small touches seemed to be missed out - stained bedsheets, old towels, rusty electric kettle, and so on. The second level has railing with wide gap so not safe for small children.

• Mark (7/5): Good - N / A The toilet was only opposite the shower by 1 meter and the floor was wet most of the time. Used towels to dry the floor after having a shower. Also the toilet seat was pealing. Needs to be replaced. Hot water wasn’t working 100% but overall the place is very good.
• Derrick (8/5): Nice enough and central. - Spacious room and comfortable bed. Good location. Facilities in a bit of disrepair. Needed to notify staff of problems with air conditioning unit, clogged toilet, and malfunctioning window shades. Limits to amenities also seem a bit petty. We were instructed that the coffee and tea that we had was all were were going to be given for the duration of our stay. Also, we were told that we only get two items of laundry complementary daily. For a family of four, I feel that this is barely even worth mentioning to a customer. It isn’t even one set of clothes. They should have a per kilo option similar to all the other laundry services in town.
• Zaxowi (6/5): Pleasant - The location was Perfect, the cost was the cheapest, and the Staff were very nice and helpful. The power wasn't working in my room, but they got it fixed later on. I had two rooms booked in two different places and I ended up sleeping at the second place that I paid more for a room. This place is good if you are on a limited budget, because you get what you pay for and you stay at a great location that's close to all the fun in Seminyak.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - I booked this property for 10 days, just got back. It was next door to a construction site, it was impossible to lay by the pool and relax because of the noise and workmen looking down on you. The noise started at 7am so no sleep in. Location great, rooms were good, pool area was very tired ( photo not true). Management offered us another resort to stay at an additional cost, which we took up. WARNING do not book this property for at least another 6 months. Expedia was no help.

It would have been nice to know there was a large construction site right on the perimeter of the pool area, I couldn’t really spend much time relaxing by the pool as it was just to noisy. I would definitely stay again once construction has finished next door.
• Linda (8/5): Good apartment for families, great location - Welcoming and friendly staff, great location just off the Main Street. They should have signage as the entrance is on Gg Cempaka. We stayed in apartment six, with 2 bedrooms, sofa bed and extra toilet. Aircon was good, but shower water pressure and heat could be improved; kettle was faulty; no microwave. Pool was small and not used much but with loungers and space to dine. No pool shower and it’s toilet was dirty and needs attention. Overall though, it was an affordable apartment in an otherwise expensive area.

Kitchen in the apartment has all the utensils you need to cook yourself a meal. It is walking distance to Potato Head and Ku De Ta (1KM walk or just Grab it). Guardian Pharmacy just across the street. Cosy, only 6 apartment loft and 1 studio loft in the property, each is different from the other.
• liz (8/5): Very nice apartment in central location. - The apartment itself was amazing. Check in was underwhelming. The lady (owner) didn’t smile once. We had a huge water leak in the living room which had people in and out and buckets and towels for days. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. The other staff however were very friendly. The apartment was super clean and cleaned daily.

Only 1 feedback: for the shower head, the water was too slow due to many holes were stucked. in fact, the water tap flows so much better than the shower head. I believe we will not be experiencing this in our next visit to Petitenget 501. Thank you for the pleasing stay!
