Mary Ivy (5/5): Don’t stay here. Not safe - I dont like the property no personnel on the reception area. Someone entered our room. Unlocked the door then suddenly said and ask about our water supply. Scary place for tourist.

Princess (6/5): It’s still okay. The breakfast being served was not hot. It was cooked beforehand I think. But they could have just preh - The locations is good. And they have a parking area. You’ll notice the room is old and no longer that spotless clean but of course you cant expect much because the room rate is cheap.

Kacy (4/5): Unfortunately wouldn’t stay again - The location wasn’t ideal the road is busy and not walkable so we had to get taxi everywhere. The road was still loud at night and we could hear serval police cars running through the night. The bathroom also didn’t have a pleasant smell. The room is quite run down but is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The staff are so friendly and welcoming which made our experience.

Christopher (5/5): Give this one a miss - Location wasn’t too bad. Sheryl, one of the staff, was amazing. She helped sort a few things like room issues, taxis and other admin My room had not been cleaned when I arrived. My sheets were filthy. The toilet flush did not work properly and the bathroom had a weird smell. One of the bedside lamps was missing entirely. The room did not have proper curtains so nothing to stop the light. In general I would say the room was dated and in poor condition.

Noah (9/5): Good, comfortable, no frills hotel in the middle of Cebu - Very attentive staff, central location - walkable to many places, good quality breakfasts. Shower was inconsistent, but water was always warm if not hot. TV didn't work (but no big deal for me).
Michael (1/5): Not somewhere I would stay again. - there was no refrigerator, the water in the shower was cold, there was a terrible smell in the room & when I asked for some air freshener, none was supplied, the elevator was broken for a time & had to go to the 4th floor by stairs, the breakfasts were very small & not very appetizing, there was only coffee available at breakfast no tea.

My wife ask a guy staff in the bar counter if they serve any other eggs other than a CHILLED boiled egg that is clearly a left over. He just simply answer NO. Then after 3 minutes they serve a freshly cooked scrambled egg to a foreign guy on the other table. I ask the waiter why, he couldn’t find a straight answer. the only thing he clearly said is it’s because the foreign guy paid for it. What about us? We are also willing to pay if he said so. The worst part is he didn’t even bother ask for apology.

There was a foul smell coming from the bathroom pipes causing the whole room to smell very badly, even when you shut the door. For the included breakfast the option was between a hot dog and corned beef with no other (vegetarian) options.

Location is in a busy place. Bed is uncomfortable. Thin blankets. Building needs renovation and facilities needs to be redesigned as it is quite old already.

We had breakfast free that's nice and it was Filipino breakfast and it was for us wonderful. We found Travelbee at Booking.com normally price was 1480phpand we get it for 1000 php coz it was under deals at booking.com. Great value for price. We get 2 rooms for 9 nights for only 18.000 php. In Europe you can't get that price for big family like ours. Location was only 1.5 kilometers from center and that was great. Was first time in Cebu and we recommend Travelbee and we will come back again that's for sure. In some things travelbee needs invest in lamps on side of bed and water in toilet doesn't go well but all together was good.
