- Shizuko (10/5): - 何度か利用しましたが、今回が一番状態の良い部屋でした。ただし、バスタオルが端のほつれたボロボロのもので残念でした。家でも使わないような程度の悪さです。 いわゆるウィークリーマンションのようなシステムなので静かです。キッチンがあるのも便利。ただし、バスタオルの交換はありません（ボロボロだったので交換してほしかった）。洗濯乾燥機があるので自分で洗う必要があります。トイレやバスルームなど部屋の掃除サービスもありませんので、自分で掃除する必要があり、ごみも自分でマンションのごみ集積場に捨てに行く必要があります（分別も細かい）。両替やコンシェルジュ的なサービスもありませんので、ホテルのようなサービスを期待する人は止まらない方が良いでしょう。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。日本語も片言なら通じます。

- Humphrey (8/5): Taipei extended residence. - CK is not a hotel. It is a serviced apartment and as such certain things are to be expected. They declare this at check in as well. No front desk, check in is by appt during extended business hours but not 24 hrs. Door key is given and service is light housekeeping daily, extended (big) clean and sheet change weekly. Large fridge is nice. As is washing machine. The decoration is not an open plan and felt constricted but allows for a lot of storage in a small space. Full sized bath tub for those who need it. Pool available for small charge. Overall a VERY CONVENIENT location between Qingguang market and Local night market foodstalls. 6+ convenience store, small super markets within 5 min walk. Lots of bus stops and 7-10 min walk to MRT. Car traffic is tough. Underground parking is for long term residents only. Nong ‘An road is narrow and tight except at nocturnal hours.

- T_mo (10/5): - 全体的なサービスとしては非常に満足しました。 設備も非常に良く、近くにコンビニなども多かったため、生活しやすかったです。タオルの交換等も日々行っていただき、全体的な清潔感という点では保たれていたと思います。 一方で、コバエや蚊がこの時期でも数匹出てきたこと、ベッド脇の棚の上が少し汚れていたことが少し気になりました。 総じて満足できたので上記の点が気にならない人にとっては良い滞在先だと思います。また台湾に行く際は利用したいと思います。

Both of them are too soft and the sofa looks old. However, I would definitely going back to the same building when I have a chance visiting Taipei again.

- qiong (10/5): 值得推薦 - 對於有嬰兒的小家庭有小廚房非常重要。地點很好，雖然距離捷運站有約不到10分鐘路程，但附近食店、超商、藥房、夜市小吃都有。附小露台品確保空氣流通，比有窗但無法打開通風的酒店好。除了發現有小螞蟻外，尚算整潔幹淨。雖沒有酒店大堂，但工作人員細心週到，與酒店無異。非常值得推薦。

- 馬鹿 凡人 (8/5): - 基本的にはレジデンスなので、1階の受付は愛想がない。長期滞在にはうってつけの施設で装備も問題ない。ただし、冷蔵庫の配置はいかがなものか、 使い勝手が非常に悪い。

- NAO (10/5): - 良い点:駅近、夜市近、スーパー近、ベランダでタバコ吸える、着陸する飛行機見える、収納多い、バスルーム広い、でっかい冷蔵庫。 要改善点:バスルームが少し下水くさい、電気がつかない部分がある？(スイッチに反応しない所がある)ちょっと暗い、なぜか水回りにちっちゃなアリが出る。 LINEで連絡すればチェックイン前後も荷物預かってもらえるし、体重計などの貸し出しもあり。 MRTはイエローラインとレッドライン両方近いので行き先に寄って使い分けが楽。 バスもいろんな路線が発着しているので、ほぼほぼタクシー使わず動き回れる。 また利用したい。

- erica (8/5): - 宿泊は他の予約と合わせると4日しました。 施設のロケーションが最高です。空港からのバスも徒歩10分以内の場所で下車でき、台泥大楼のバスで中心街にアクセスもできる。MTR民権西路駅も7分くらいでその間にカフェ、市場、夜市、パン屋、駅の近くには安くて美味しい包子もあり、帰国も台北车站駅からバスで空港に行けたしタクシーは一切使いませんでした。 口コミでチェックイン時にトラブルが多発していたので心配していましたが、LINEで英語か日本語で対応あるので問題ナシでした。 滞在中はサービスデスク直通の電話で日本語対応もあるので部屋から人気レストランを当日予約してもらったり、プールの間に部屋の掃除をしてもらったり、LINEでもやりとりしながら細かいサービスがあり、滞在中の両替の相談に乗ってもらったりと、過剰なサービスはありませんがサポートも厚くしてもらえて、一人でも動きやすかったです。 屋上プールからは台北１０１も見えてキレイです。夜景も楽しめたはずですがビル風が強くて昼間でも寒く日光の出ている間泳ぎました。 掃除は日によってベッドだけそのままの日があったり、窓が開けっ放しになっていたり、ばらつきがありましたがタオルはきちんと変えられてました。 サービスレジデンスタイプなのでこのくらいで十分です。 滞在中住民か、中華系の滞在者がエレベーターで豆乳をこぼして靴にかけられてしまい慌てて部屋にもどりましたが、このような時はトラブルに巻き込まれる可能性が高く、ホテルではないので安心とは言えないと実感しました。 それ以外は何も問題ありません。 台北で滞在先はここ以外を考えられなくなりました。また近いうちに滞在したいです。

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 22時以降到着となり、事前に宿泊施設から提供されたLINEで時間外チェックイン方法のやり取りはしておりましたが、この建物名が「基泰之星」となっており、入口にはホテル名を連想させる表示がなかった事と、1Fレセプション担当者に予約確認書を提示しても「？」となり、少々待たされた時には正直焦りました。しかし問題なくチェックインできましたし、封筒に丁寧な案内が記載されており、部屋の中にある使用マニュアルにも日本語で説明書きがあり、非常に安心しました。部屋自体は多少古さやキズ、汚れはありましたが気になる程度ではなく、毎日のハウスキーピングも丁寧に行われておりました。困った事があっても、LINEで日本語対応していただけるので非常に助かりました。海外旅行のホテル滞在で、コンシェルジェサービスやレストランでの食事、豪華な部屋設備といった要素を期待・必要する方にはこのホテルはおすすめできませんが、ホテル周辺には夜市やレストラン、スーパー、コンビニもあり、何よりも冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・簡易キッチンがあるので、台湾リピーターや旅慣れた人には最高のホテルです。唯一今後の期待として、部屋備え付け食器にワイングラス（コーヒーカップと洗面所には歯磨き用プラコップがありますが…）などあれば本当に最高です。

- Tsz Him Gary (8/5): Good value for money - The price is good considering it can sleep 3 people , with a double bedroom and a small single bed area . The toilet has good size and the apartment truly feels like home . The location is a bit far off from the city center area so we took taxi mostly and cost about NTD 200 a trip . I was not able to find the gym . And we were told we only get one day of water and we need to buy our own water on the second and third days .

- Runi (8/5): Good for long stay but need better cleaning - The best thing is location. Lots of local foods, drinks, bakeries. Convenient for long stay. However, inside room needs more thorough cleaning and disinfections. My room always have small ants and little bugs flying around, regardless there was an open food or not (and I didn't cook in large scale- only instant noodles). Some rooms still have food smell left (possibly previous guesses cooked a lot). Very limited cooking tools and utensils. I bought some more necessities at nearby store (which was not bad after all since the store sells a lot of things).

The position is great. Surrounded by all sorts of useful shops and very close to a street food market. A ten minute walk to the amazing Maji Square and two different MRT stations. Communication with management was done through WhatsApp and they replied almost immediately. They also arranged the journey from (and back to the airport) good service.

The bathroom is clean, spacious with a hot tub con shower. A balcony overlooking the city, washing/drying machine, microwave etc are all there.

- Anne (8/5): 地點很好，房間寬敞！ - 房間沒甚麼可批評，一切都很好！ 可惜游泳池沒有開。若果有開就更完美了! 最好有些基本的茶包和咖啡供應，這樣就更好。退房的過程有點問題，因店方叫我放下鎖匙在房間即可離開，但電梯卻要鎖匙的感應才可啟動(下行也要鎖匙)，我試了好幾次也下不到樓，結果要勞煩替我收拾房間的工作人員替我啟動電梯才可以。這個退房的安排和電梯的設計實在不合理，望能改善。
- dannymcl (6/5): Nice apartments but a few basics missing if you want to live here. - I stayed in two separate apartments at this location during my stay in Taipei. Both were Deluxe apartments, the first on the 14th floor, larger with a great balcony. the second also Deluxe but smaller and on the 11th Floor. These are nice places in a residential building with a nice kitchenette and washing machine. The problem is the lack of equipment if you intend it to be a home away from home which is why you would pay for a kitchen facility. No frying pan, no toaster, no place to hang clothes to dry - indeed in the first apartment no coat hangers to hang any clothes. No knives at all! Not even a knife to use with a fork! On request I got a frying pan sent and a small table top oven to do toast with but these should already be available. The lack of knives, scissors, tea towels, iron or ironing board reduce the place to not more than a basic hotel room which is a shame because they are nicely designed living spaces with a comfortable bed. Good fast Wifi, a great team looking after the apartments and theres a pool on the roof, though you'll need to wear a cap. Location in Taipei is fantastic adjacent to great shops Family Market, 7/11, and a street food market. MRT just a few minutes walk to the South West. The other annoying thing about the apartments is the total lack of adequate provision to eat or work. There was no suitable table or desk in either place and the second one had an awful deep backed settee that was simply too uncomfortable to sit in or work.

By the way, it was a bit far from the train station. About 600m to walk to the mrt every time we want to go out. And it was far from WanHua District, we need to travel every time we want to go out. so it’s abit inconvenience as this district is quite quiet.

- Jennifer (8/5): Great place to stay - I stayed at 2 places in Taiwan, but this one was definitely better than Ginza hotel. It was very roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dirty. When we walked in, there was a strange brown liquid on the floor, and there was mold near the sink which was gross. The girl who greeted us was friendly and accomodating. The pool isn't free, but it wasn't a big deal to pay $3 to use it. It was a bit far from the MRT so I just ended up cabbing it everywhere. There is a small night market nearby. Not much to see, but at least it was close.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location, nice space for a family of four on - It was our first visit to Taiwan, and a friend recommended Zhongshan as a good central location for site seeing. I chose this property based on the price and excellent value for the dollar--conventional hotel rooms cost about the same, and this gave our family of four space to spread out. Two adults and two kids in one hotel room can get a little tight, so we were grateful for two bedrooms plus a sitting room. The property description repeated that this is not a hotel, but the reception desk helped us with basics like reservations, directions, and so on. For anything directly related to the reservation itself we called a service number, and it was easy.

- Nancy (8/5): Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Price! - This is a terrific hotel in a great location, it is located near some of the main tourist attraction in central Taipei. It is near the Taipei Botanical garden and Taipei Expo and Taipei Art Museum. The hotel is next to a market and one can get fresh fruit and snacks. It is safe and secure place, the hotel guest are given a sensor key to use when one enter and exit the hotel. The room is well decorated with great kitchenette, and washer/dryer. I was very impress with the hotel service representative who will show you the room and answer all your questions. She was friendly and helpful.
- Mark (10/5): Serviced Apartment not really a Hotel - This was my first stay in a serviced apartment instead of a hotel in Taipei. The experience was great. facilities of the apartment was really like a home apartment not a hotel stay. Very new building and well done. Great kitchen had a built in washer/dryer. Only a few dishes, glasses and utensils, but enough. Made the stay seem more like moving in to a condo other than the checkin to provide me the key I never saw anyone, but they did take out the trash. I have stayed in 4 star hotel nearby and this was great also.

Comes with microwave and huge fridge and also a dishwasher & washing machine. Good for those who will be staying longer in taipei. One thing that bothers me is the dust build up on the top area of the closet and the cupboards. Location, honestly not for those who do not want to walk more than 10min to the MTR. 7-11/family mart around the corner.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Mountains view apartment with all the convenience - We booked this place last minute and it turned out to be pretty cool. The neighbourhood is bustling with lots of food and extremely convenient. Our apartment is on 13th floor, 2 rooms all have it's own balcony. We wake up with the mountains greeting us on the other far away side. It is really a spectacular view. It also comes with a small kitchen, not much utensils but I guess staying in Taipei means you don't cook as often. The 2 bedroom apartment is pretty spacious and it comes with comfortable beds and pillows which is a plus. Overall, we will return again.

Had to plug kettle into socket on the floor as no socket on counters. Difficult to use air conditioning / washing machine as all instructions in Taiwanese.

- B (8/5): Centrally located bargain - Being an apartment, not a hotel, it doesn't have restaurant, front desk, or meeting rooms. This translates into lower rate for properties of its quality. Room is spacious, clean and modern. Plenty of restaurants around, not to mention a night market about a block away. MRT is about 5-7 minutes walk. Taxi is easy to get.
- Juraimi (8/5): Apartment that feels like home - Person handling the check-in was expecting us. Do ensure you get the check-in email which contains comprehensive instructions to get to the apartment as well as contact info (LINE, WeChat, Facebook Messenger, Skype call etc) to let them know 10mins before you arrive so they can wait for you in the lobby. Room was on the 2nd last floor with a security door that uses a token key. Inside the room (Deluxe apartmt), there was a microwave, kitchenette (1 cooking pot & 2 ladles, no knife or chopping board etc), set of plates, fork & spoon/chopsticks and cups for 2 pax. Also equipped with washing machine and dryer. All were in working condition so good job with the maintenance. Walking distance to FamilyMart, 7-Eleven and MRT station. Nearest is Minquan West Rd Station - probably 10 mins walk from apartment. Easy access to other places in Taipei as Minquan is the intersection of red and orange MRT lines. Our room had a balcony outside which has a great view overlooking the mountains and the occasional flights landing at domestic airport. Overall, was a good stay given the price and amenities and location.

- AP (10/5): Great location to street food and markets - CH is close to street food stalls running from morning to evening and awesome markets for clothes, shoes and accessories and also for sweets and snacks to bring home as souvenirs. It's also very close to 7 eleven and Burger King if you need a break from asian cuisine. Everything was pretty much walking distance and a good location for exploring. Enjoy!
