• Armanda (10/5): Heerlijk hotel - Alpenland is een geweldig hotel, locatie midden in Gerlos en tegenover de Dorfbahn gondel. Super vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooie kamers, wij hadden kamer aan de rivier zijde met een terras waar de hele dag de zon op scheen. Heerlijk zwembad en wellness. Echt een aanrader en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!! Helemaal niets!!

• Anai (10/5): Fantastisch verblijf! - Wat een fantastisch hotel zeg! We hadden de junior suite geboekt en we moesten even twee keer kijken zo luxe was het. Prachtige badkamer en groot. Heerlijke stortdouche die ook nog een goede waterdruk had. Het bed lag heerlijk, fijne donzen dekbedden. Bij het ontbijt was er zoveel keuze en heerlijke broodjes, heel gevarieerd eten en voor ieder wat wils. Als wij terug gaan naar gerlos hoef ik niet twee keer na te denken over welk hotel wij boeken!! Alles was erg schoon en werd ook netjes elke dag schoon gemaakt.

Der Dorfbahn (was ich schon mal vor 3 Jahren sehr gut nutzen konnte) Reichhaltiges Frühstück und ein sehr stylisches, großzügiges und ruhiges (zumindest war unseres im 4.OG) Appartement. Parkplatz im Parkhaus der Gondelstation ggü. - tiptop

• John (9/5): Et rigtig lækkert ophold med en masser gode oplevelser og fuld valuta for pengene. - Morgenmaden var rigtig god og der var rigeligt af alt ting. Betjeningen på hotellet var super god, meget venlig og imødekommende. Deres wellness område var flot, ren og så spritny ud, alt hvad hjertet kunne begære. Værelserne var pæne og velholdte og der manglede ikke noget. Jeg vil gerne anbefale dette hotel til andre. Området omkring Gerlos er super skønt med mange vandre- og cykelruter, og er kun få minutters gang til lifte, som kan bringe dig op det nærmeste bjerg. Og med hensyn til lifte så havde hotelbestyreren tilmeldt os et områdekort med gratis adgang til liftene og busserne, så det sparede os for en hel masse penge. Så stor tommel op for denne service. Vil ikke sige ikke kunne lide, men mere sige at hvis jeg skulle ønske mig noget. Så var det at der var mulighed for at kunne købe nogle simple retter til aftensmad på hotellet. Så når man havde været på vandretur eller lignende hele dagen og var godt brugt, så skulle man ikke bruge den sidste energi på at finde en restaurant for at få noget at spise.
• Matthias (9/5): Fijn hotel voor een nog fijnere wandelvakantie! - Mooie kamer, heerlijk ontbijt, zeer mooie wellness ruimtes, incl zwembad, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel We vonden het jammer dat er alleen ontbijt mogelijk was. Half pension aanbieden zou ons nog beter bevallen. Als die avondmaaltijd half zo goed zou zijn als het ontbijt dan waren we al tevreden!

Moreover my mother forgot her swimsuit and jacket in the room and the owners sent them to her at their own expense, which was a great attitude on their side. Simply great. I can only recommend staying at this hotel to everyone and I'll be sure to return back again. That's very hard to say, even weather was great...

The room was exceptionally comfortable and spotless, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. The spa area was a fantastic bonus, offering a truly relaxing experience after skiing. The location couldn't be more convenient, situated directly across from the gondola, making access to the mountain effortless. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and for dinner, the hotel’s own restaurant across the road was a great choice. Another added convenience was the Spar supermarket located directly under the hotel—perfect for any last-minute needs. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again! Vi fick även goda tips om utflykter och bra matställen i byn. Rummen är rymliga och väldigt fina. Städningen fungerar oklanderligt. Spa-avdelningen var uppskattad efter dagens aktiviteter. Det finns pool, och flera olika typer av bastu. Vi kan rekommendera hotellet till andra.

You can hear the hallway noise and people above us walking around more than we can usually can in a hotel. The spa area and ski room are a little small for the numbers of guests.

The hotel is extremely well located - just two min by walk to the ski lift, very central from all bars and restaurants, there is food shop also in the same building. I liked also the room - spacious and clean. Facilities (swimming pool , sauna) were perfect. I liked the opening time for swimming pool from 7 am to 8 pm. Breakfast was one of the best that I could experience in ski resorts’ hotels in Austria- lots of variety, fresh and tasty. And the most importantly of all - staff of this hotel. • Verified traveler (10/5): One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had - This hotel is a hidden gem. I literally booked this on the same morning upon arrival for a 5 night stay of my solo travels. The hotel ended up blowing me away. The service of the family who runs is it simply impeccable. Every interaction from arrival until check-out you could truly feel the love and passion they have for this place and their guests. I got a big room with a double bed (although I had booked. a single room, which was nice touch). Huge balcony overlooking the mountains, big bathroom and very comfortable bed. The restaurant area is very cute and an amazing brunch was included. During the sunny morning you get to enjoy breakfast on the terrace right next to the river overlooking the mountains. Since I stayed during the summer period, I got a lift card for the gondolas + bus ticket card included in my stay - amazing service. There's also an amazing spa and sauna area in the basement which all looked very new. Location is excellent - bus stop right outside the door and a supermarket in the ground floor of the building. Overall a 10/10 stay. Already looking for an opportunity come back!

After the first night I complaint about the size of the bedsheets (about 160cm in length). The staf didn’t solve this matter at all, resulting in 3 days of terrible sleep. Only then somebody was willing to take a look at the bedsheets and changed them for the normal sizes. Never heard any apologies.

Das Hotel war mit sehr vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, 3 verschiedenen Saunen, einen sehr schönen Pool mit Massagedüsen und einem Wirlpool, dazu gab es auch noch einen kleinen Fitnessraum. Das Zimmer war erste Sahne. Dankeschön für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Es leuchtete bis spät in die Nacht ein Licht in unser Zimmer., es ließe sich leider nicht verdunkeln. Jedoch alles andere Super!!! auch der kleine Spa Bereich einfach spitze. Die Mitarbeiter sehr sehr nett und haben uns sogar persönlich das Zimmer gezeigt.

• D Mark (10/5): Great Hidden Jewel - It’s a beautiful facility nestled into the heart of a world-class ski region. The service and facility were both outstanding; not a huge facility, so, therefore, not overcrowded like other spas. I would highly recommend!
