- Verified traveler (10/5): Posizione ideale per visitare tutto il sud sardo - L'ho scelto per la posizione, Capoterra, non lontano dal mare (Pula/Nora 30 min.) ed a metà da entrambe le coste ovest e est e 20 km da aeroporto Elmas. Mi sono ritrovata a casa. La famiglia Usai ci ha veramente accolti come fossimo parenti. Colazione varia e abbondante, pronta ad esaudire tutte le richieste. Sempre accolte con sorriso nonostante la tarda ora dei nostri rientri. Il suo cane Orso è stato educato a non avvicinarsi agli ospiti se non in presenza dei padroni, quindi se lo chiamavo si allontanava. Ma quando c'è Monica è davvero un super coccolone. Ciupitto è un gattone bellissimo e discreto. Consiglio ad amanti animali. Spero di tornarci.

- Anais (10/5): - Monica est très accueillante et sympathique. Suite à un changement de dernière minute, j'ai eu droit à une très grande chambre au lieu de celle pour une personne. Chambre décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble.
- paolo (6/5): molto Bed ... ma il Breakfast??? - Giunti sul posto (conoscevo già la zona essendoci vissuto per 4 anni) troviamo molto gradevole il mini appartamento a disposizione (2 camere, cucina soggiorno ampia e bagno) ed anche molto pulita, poi 4 yogurt un po' di frutta e 4 cornetti confezionati, 4 confetture monoporzione, 4 bottigliette d'acqua, una busta di latte e le bustine per il the. E lì è finito tutto .... abbiamo dovuto chiedere gli asciugamani (forniti 2 a fronte di 4 ospiti), la carta igienica, non abbiamo voluto chiedere la pulizia giornaliera (del resto non abbiamo sporcato molto) e non abbiamo voluto chiedere neanche l'acqua .... Dimenticavo ... quanto elencato sopra non era la colazione giornaliera, bensì quella fornitaci per l'intero soggiorno (7 notti) e due asciugamani per quattro ospiti in una location umida, quale Capoterra, è come non averli ... risultato sempre bagnati e dopo due giorni puzzano (ne abbiamo comprati in loco) Ho forse alloggiato in un B&B diverso da quello delle altre recensioni????!!!!
- Tripat (2/5): Large Clean Room, but Bad problems! - The Advertised Private Bathroom is in the Hall. They have a portable Privacy Screen to shield you from the other 3 Bedrooms! We only chose this as other reviews were so good! room large and clean, but scaffolding at the back. Told off for speaking at normal volume at 8 am Breakfast time, as it may disturb others? Surely a Joke? Breakfast was really poor with only stale old packaged rubbish! No Bread excuse, was that Bakery is Closed! shocking! We placed 2 provided small 100ml Orange Cartons worth 10p each, in communal Hallway Fridge to drink at Beach, and they took them away!!!!! Incredibly stingy penny pinching beyond belief! Also cannot come back too late, as no outside Gate key provided, nor House Key, just room Key. Very difficult to find in small village with narrow roads. On initial Face value, Family seem nice and friendly, and english Is just rudimentary, but adequate. Sorry to say, we would never contemplate staying there again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Tranquillità - Sono stato accaparrerà con la mia Famiglia.Consiglio sicuramente il noleggio auto per potersi muovere liberamente e visitare spiagge diverse .le più vicine sono a venti minuti di auto le più caratteristiche a circa un'ora. Al rientro si può godere della tranquillità dell'appartamento e della piacevole accoglienza dei proprietari Monica e Giacomo.

- Ales (10/5): first night in sardinia - this is a top choice for a price. owners were very kind. their dog Orson is funny and you have a very big, clean and ice room with a joint terace.

I don't stay at hotels to be pampered, but here was the exception. I can't say enough positive things about this house and service. Next time I return to Sardegna I will come back here.
