• Trek11664895844 (6/5): Bad stay in this hotel - The hotel room is not comfortable. The property is not well maintained. There are 2 small cockroaches in the room. In our opinion, the room is not clean. The toilet faucet is broken and difficult to turn. Overall, this hotel is not recommended for those who need cleanliness.
• Richard (4/5): Poor management practices. - Low cost, not in best location. Main problem with hotel is many families with children running in hallway during late nights and early mornings. No parents correction of children and hotel acceptance of situation.

• robertavalyte (2/5): Dirty - First of all, I was not expecting luxury and I do not mind basic simple hotels which we were looking for. However, this ‘hotel’ simply lacks hyhiene: dust on the floor and all shelves, stained bedsheets etc. After complaining about stains on bedsheets we were shown into another room, with worse stains on the bedsheets. Eventually they changed our sheets. The staff were extremely kind but the maintenance is terrible.
• esa999 (8/5): Hotel dekat Pantai Kuta - A comfortable, clean budget hotel. Strategic location, very close to Kuta, Legian, Seminyak Beach, can reach by walking. Friendly staff. Some food counters around hotel, including food halal can find near hotel. Recommend for business trip and family vacation

• vincentius-krisna (2/5): Not recommended budget hotel - Lack of staff in breakfast area. Always hard to find someone to cook me an egg. The staffs in breakfast area is very unfriendly. Really hate staffs in breakfast area. They ran out of food before the time closed. They also have small pool than another in class. The wifi is sometimes hard to connect. Bad management, not professional for Santika's Brand Group
• rhiiyy2106 (8/5): Good hotel and not far from Legian District - Staff are welcome, nice and clean hotel. breakfast good. hotel has small pool, it's good for kids. Location is not far from legian district just about 3mins walk, however you will not heard a loud music from the clubs in the night.
• andihakim15 (6/5): Just so - so - Stayed for 3 nites with friends. Located in narrow n crowded alley, walking distance to d beach, clubs, restos, n gift shops. The room was very basic, narrow bt clean, no tea maker, wifi worked so well. Had an issue with aircond, soo noisy. Bathroom with standard toiletries n no shower curtain. The staff were friendly n always greeted us very warmly. For breakfast, lack of varieties.
• NeoKnights (8/5): Best hotel with affordable price - The hotel located in a quiet side street just off of Legian Street. You can take a short stroll to the heart of Bali, the Legian Street where some of the best bars, restaurants and pulsating nightlife glamoring the night street. Oh and a little bit further you can meet the famous Kuta Beach. For a hotel that rest in the heart of the city, the fare is not expensive, yet they offer a nice 24 hour service. The pool is not too big but quite cozy and clean, well consider it as your huge bathtub LOL.
• Carmen (8/5): Good location - big rooms - Grosse Zimmer und perfekte Lage. Betten waren bequem und Aircon war gut. Nicht super sauber am 1 Tag. Nachher wars aber dann immer gut.
• Natalie (10/5): Cozy, Clean, and Comfortable - This hotel is great for budget travelers. I teach and have a long holiday at the moment, so the price suited my needs perfectly. The room is small, but the bed is comfortable, and the hot water and AC worked without issues. Its also nice and clean. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops around and its a short walk to the beach. The hallways were a bit noisy at times, but seemed to quiet down by about 10:30-11pm each night, so the walls and door are kind of thin. There is a safe in the room, but no fridge. There isn't much to watch on tv, but that doesn't bother me because I watch tv on my laptop. All in all, it was a really pleasant stay and a great value. I have no real complaints.
• Sherlyna Rizki (4/5): Small and quiet hotel - When we arrive, we didn't know that the place road to the hotel will be that narrow and that the hotel was placed in a pretty deep alley. The room is clean and quiet, but that's it. The pool was super small, we thought it was fish pond at first lol. The breakfast buffet is okay though there aren't much choices. Well, it's up to the price, really... but if you need bigger space and more comfort also luxury, don't bother coming to this hotel...

From here it's about 15 min walk to kuta, but around this hotel you can find many places to eat as well. Beach is a 5-10 min walk

• JacquiK842 (8/5): Conveniently located & Standard quality - Stayed in the Amaris Hotel for 8 days and found it to be a good hotel. All staffs at checkin were friendly and welcoming. They speak little English but still manage to communicate fine and they are really helpful. For the price we paid, we found the hotel to be reasonable. Don't expect luxury, but this is a good hotel to stay in. The buffet breakfast was decent, with a pretty good variety for the cheap price. It is very conveniently located near the beach, walking distance to many restaurants, stores and the beach. I had booked the wrong hotel location, Manager Mr.Mahendranata helped me to solve the problem with out additional charge. Thank you again!
• Christina (6/5): Cheap and nice location - We had many ants in our bed but after speaking to the friendly staff they got rid of them. Shower curtain was dirty. Free breakfast nice but selection was limited.
• peppi (2/5): backpacks hotel - cockroach in room, no were to hang your cloths in room shower curtain's in bathroom dirty no fridge in room, fishpond for a swim pool on sun can get to it under the concrete slab off the hotel no sun bed. I stayed one night and checked out the next day will not stay there again.
• NurulR127 (8/5): Good Hotel - I stay for 2 times (2015 and 2017) and always have a good experience. The price is average. Breakfast was good, room was clean and the staff are so friendly. The hotel also not too far from Kuta Beach. Feel comfort and and happy to stay at Amaris Lebak Bene. Whenever i came to Bali, this hotel will be my first choise. Thank you.
• spidaveman (8/5): Good Budget Hotel - This a chain hotel of Santika Group Indonesian. The hotel category is for 2 star hotel which is a popular for budget. Hotel are still in good condition, i think not more than 5 years been built. Rooms is small but quite good for low cost. Staffa were nice and helping. There also parking lot for car and bike. Breakfast is a standard Indonesian Menu like fried rice and chicken fried with addition on bread, it is good enough for 2 star hotel in Bali.
• grikan (8/5): Very Nice And Welcome Hotel - Definitely want to stay in this hotel in my next visit to Bali. Located near from the Kuta Beach and shopping area, i just can walk from hotel. Surrounding by many restaurants, we can choose it from low to high budget. The room is clean, and the space is enough for the three of us. The bathroom is clean too and the heater is on. This hotel provide free drink water from water dispenser (cold and hot), so you can refill your bottle or make cup noodles. Another thing that i like from this hotel is they prepare coffee, tea and cookies from after noon until 19.30 pm. What a Great Service ! ☺. Keep continue this service. Thanx Amaris Lebak Bene.
• FiyeroTX (8/5): Comfortable, low cost hotel - Amaris Hotel is in a good location in Kuta, close to restaurants and stores. About 20 min. walk to Legian beach. The room was clean and decent, not too big but enough for two people. Bed was comfortable. The room smelled a bit like mildew due to poor ventilation. AC worked great. Breakfast was decent. Wifi in the room was a bit slow but worked ok for the most part. Staff are very nice and friendly but not helpful if you have special requests since they don't understand English very well. Overall we had a nice stay, and for the price of about 22USD per night I think this hotel is a great value. I would recommend it if you are looking to stay somewhere comfortable and don't want to spend much.
• ohjuliaohjulia (6/5): Convenient location, not service oriented - I stayed at the Amaris Hotel Lebak Bene on Bali with a friend. We chose the hotel because of its convenient location and the fair pricing. When we arrived everything went very smoothly, we could even check in before the official check-in time. The room was clean and just big enough for two people. The bathroom was clean as well. We weren't 100% happy with the room service though, as they removed our used towels but didn't put new ones in the room. The same thing happened with the toilet paper. The breakfast was okay, they offer a choice of warm dishes (that are only warm if you are the first person to get to the breakfast buffet) like noodles, fried rice, chicken or tofu and vegetables. You can also get a variety of egg dishes, but we didn't try that. Other than that there is a choice of water and some really sweet drink, coffee and tea (the coffee didn't look attractive at all). You can also get toast, something like butter, some sort of jam and sometimes fruit. The service at the front desk also didn't really convince us. The people working there don't really understand English and can't speak it very well. We asked them to send some postcards, for example, they said they would do it. Two days after that happened they gave us the postcards back claiming they don't know where a post office is. A really nice thing to do was that they kept some of our luggage for free for a week, even though we didn't have a room there when we came back. All in all this is a hotel at a very good and central location, lacking some motivation in service.
• Shorey27 (2/5): Stay here at your own risk - Dirty, Unhelpful, Rude, Uncaring and Disgusting are just 5 word how to describe this hotel, I have seen some bad hotels in Bali but this takes the cake, Staff would rather text on their mobile's than help me, I have photos of the 2 security guards across the road talking to their friends without any care what was happening in the hotel. I was on a budget and I know this is a budget hotel but it's also a modern hotel and I cannot believe that the rooms do not come with a fridge, one morning I was the first to have breakfast they had an egg bar and I asked for some fried eggs they pulled out 2 pan's from underneath the stove and are absolutely filthy did not look clean from the day before I asked him to clean the pan's and they refused they said it was clean by their standards, I tryed to explain to them so this is how people get sick but they didn't seem to care what a joke this place is.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Someone's hair found in my room, disgusting ! - Plenty of someone's hair found in the bathroom corner and dirty stain on the sink while we checked in the 1st day. After room cleaning the next day, the hair and stain still there saying hello to us. Disgusting! Cleaning was not thorough obviously. Other than this, everything were great for the price. Warm, helpful and polite staffs, delicious buffet breakfast, pool is great because no one use it so we could use it as if it is our private pool :) Location is ok, spa, restaurant, shops, beach are all within 10 mins walking distance but beware of motors since all road and alley are narrow nearby.
• jaysantosph (6/5): Stayed during Nyepi Day - Very convenient location. Price per night is very affordable. The Nyepi Day food package was very cheap; nothing fancy. The hotel offered good line up of movies. Our room was cleaned every day. However we keep noticing that a certain smell, our guess was sewage, sipping through the room. The air-conditioning unit is leaking as well. We were out of the room most of the time so we're not bothered that much. A good stay. Again, nothing fancy.
• addygunadi (8/5): Small doesn't matter - It is a new hotel near a kuta beach, is around 7-10 minutes by walk, not difficult to find this hotel, first find pullman hotel last hotel on jalan pantai kuta, turn right, follow the road until find T junction turn right (100 meter from pullman), after turn right is round 300 meters, i find this hotel, The hotel have a breakfast, small pool, small room but clean and the air conditioner is good (cool), but is difficult if bring a car, cause small space for parking and i can't parking on the street. The staff polite and harmfull, keep the hospitality.
• apri (6/5): overall nice! - Nice hotel,good location,value of money but the room cleaniness must be improved..when i checked in the floor a bit dirty and there is a spot on bedcover..hotel staffs are friendly,,especially "Linda" she is nice and always smile when she is talking..
• yennid2015 (8/5): Amazing service - We had amazing stay here and the service was beyond expectation. Check in was smooth and no need for deposit. The location is in narrow alley so be careful if you wish to rent van. But within short walk you will reach legian red district area. We love to stay close for partying but stil far enough from the noise. So the location is a big plus. On our second day there were bunch of girls and boys. And they were very noisy. The way they talked and run and banging their friends door really disturb our stay. And the next morning when they had breakfast the way they cut the line and the noise really a big turn off for us. We had to bring our breakfast to room. I have asked a request for quiet room but they still gave me a room in same floor with those students. So we just took our bag and move to another hotel. It was a great stay but please took your customer request seriously.
