- Philippe (7/5): - Très calme. La maison est magnifique mais la chambre est dans une extension dans le jardin. La vue sur le jardin est belle. La chambre est humide, la chasse d'eau marche mal.
- Deborah (10/5): Excellent!! - I received a very warm welcome when i arrived. My room was lovely and the bed comfortable. It was close to where i needed to be. I would definately stay there again N/A
- Archini (10/5): - Lovely staff, comfortable room and cute building. Easy to find a car park.
- Johnathan (1/5): Uncomfortable beds old nothing decent - Nothing all old Nothing

- Jean-Marc (9/5): Good solution for a weekend in Hastings - Easy to find, quiet and clean. Car parked in the street, really close by the hotel

- Gerard (6/5): - The owner was helpful and friendly and there was access to a large communal balcony The shower and toilet were very shoddy, particularly the toilet, which tended to require several attempts before it would flush
- Jérôme (9/5): - Very cosy B&B, quiet atmosphere, low prices No private parking despite the description of the services
- Carole (2/5): - Very disappointing. 'Free Parking' means you can park on the road, if you can get a space, very crowded, not what I expected.
Shabby Guest House, not 4 Star.
- Christopher (8/5): -
- Rosebielde78 (8/5): - Freundliches Personal.
Gute Lage Der nächtliche Alarm in der ersten Nacht, allerdings konnte das Personal nichts dafür, da hat wohl ein anderer Gast geraucht oder so.
- Nicholson (7/5): Comfortable and good value but not the cleanest. - The room was a nice size. I'd booked a single but they upgraded me to one with a four poster double bed, due to availability, which was nice. The staff are relaxed and flexible. The house is in a quiet residential area so barely any noise at night. Really nice garden! The room wasn't filthy and bedsheets/towels were newly washed, but it really needed a deep clean. If your ok with slightly down at heel rooms that aren't immaculately clean, then that's not a problem.
For me it was fine for two nights.
- Neil (8/5): My one night
stay at Tower House. - A kind and helpful owner. Room provided all one expects. Building looked up to speed with doors self closing. Fairly good parking in the street. A quiet locality. Nothing springs to mind.
- y k (6/5): - Higher price breakfast is not available. At website it mentioned it's available.
- y k (8/5): - Higher price
No breakfast availability.
In The booking details it mentions as it's available.

- Chris (9/5): It’s always my first choice when I stay in Hastings. - Good location. Quiet, comfortable room. Nothing
- Leblois (9/5): -
- Balaji (3/5): - Nothing The owner lady was very rude.
My son and his friend were staying there. She said they were drunk which was an absolute lie as they were participating in a chess tournament and they were preparing for the game. They are a teetotaler indeed.
- Christopher (10/5): - Bed comfortable room was brilliant 👏
- Sean (5/5): Decent stay did the job - Funky little faulty towers stay, cheap and cheerful close to town. Though expect unsolicited expection from the manager. Said we were smoking in the room and the alarm went off - we weren't, and our room didn't even have a smoke detector! We were undressed and was quite weird :/

- John (10/5): Cosy little hotel. Great location. friendly staff. reasonable price. I would recommend. - A quiet little Hotel. I booked for my family. The room was rather cosy and comfortable and very quiet. The staff very friendly. Quiet nights sleep just what was needed. Location is great. Would stay again.

- Tamara (7/5): Worked out quite well for us. - Comfortable beds and helpful staff Quite a long walk to get to Hastings
- Caroline (1/5): Dirty - - I stayed here for one night because it had 4-stars on Booking.com and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience.
First of all I had booked and payed for a room facing the garden but the room turned out to be facing a busy road.
Secondly the room was not clean and the bin had not been emptied since the guest before me. It was dusty with cobwebs and hair in the bathroom and over all quite disgusting.
I was promised a refund from the owner that was never carried out.
I would recommend everyone to stay away from this place. Also Booking should verify the establishments offered on their platform to a much higher degree.

- Zuzana (8/5): - I love the comfy bed
- Paul (10/5): A nice place to return to after a hard days work - It was convenient for where I was working at the time & also free parking close by Nothing really it was all good
- John (6/5): OK for one night - The man that ran it was very friendly. Clean. Comfortable bed. Only bath. No shower. Could hear traffic from the road, Off-the-beaten track.
- Victor (3/5): -
- Thunayyan (6/5): A good place for summer, not winter - The location, the simplicity of the hotel, and the room. The lack of heat.
- Emma (7/5): - Warm house, great room, easy to find, very quiet and ample on street parking. The bathroom was the only downside, the electric shower was weak and the bracket holding the shower head was about to fall out of the wall, also the tray wouldn't drain quick enough.
- Sean (5/5): - I like the place, staff and breakfast The bed was too soft.
I could hear the neighbours and smell smoking

And lovely decor
- Remek (5/5): -
- Claire (4/5): Could do with an upgrade - Friendly staff. Generous room size Tired. Mattresses are either poor quality or very old. General air of confusion about some of the staff, although they were all pleasant. At those prices off peak I think they should include breakfast

- Lindsay (3/5): Just ok - Rather tired. Room was cold. Mirror unclean, could do with a new bed mattress with springs. Hotel felt deserted. I didn’t see any one person whilst there, even in the morning.

- Charlotte (10/5): Amazing value, comfy bed and wonderfully helpful and friendly staff - Room was great and bed was super comfy. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They let me get a takeaway and provided a warm plate, cutlery and a serviette plus a free can of coke. Lovely people. For the price Tower Hill was amazing. I stupidly didn't check there was a hairdryer in the room till early morning. I'm sure they'd have lent me one
- Rebecca (10/5): Good b and b - The bed was nice
- Willkinson (10/5): -

- Sara (5/5): A good stay for someone who does not need any extras and is not picky - The staff are lovely. The location is within walking distance to many things. Staring here is like staying at your great aunt’s house. The rooms are weathered and old. The toilet needs a special trick to flush. Pieces of carpet cover the carpeted floor. The staff hang their personal washing to drive down the hallway. And, there are no extras at all. It was a challenge to figure out a way to get some food rubbish removed from our room when we did not have a bag. The staff if kind, though. And, the price is fair all things considered.

- JOHN (8/5): Would stay here again. - Warm and comfortable.
- xiaojing (6/5): - 离海边很近,步行15分钟左右可以到达,酒店旁边有一个小公园。 房间有霉味,其他的都还好。
- Willkinson (10/5): -
- Bettina (10/5): - Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and gave tips on what to do in Hastings. The hotel had a very warm, lovely feel and we really liked the building and furnishings The shower wasn't working very well
- Daniel (10/5): -
- Paul (9/5): - Room clean and good size.
- Lea (4/5): Unsatisfactory and disappointing - Easy parking Room was quite old fashioned and canopy over the bed was very dusty. My friends and I were hoping to have a full English breakfast in the morning, but we were told that the kitchen didn't have enough of the ingredients! (no bacon etc). We were only able to have a small glass of orange juice each because there was no more! The lady who supervised the breakfast kept apologising but a little bit of shopping should have been done prior to guests arriving surely?
- Willkinson (10/5): -
- Gillian (8/5): Pleasant stay for our Anniversary - Lovely stay. Room was fine for us. Polite staff. 5 min drive to the seafront. Close to amenities and shops.
- Jennifer (1/5): Overall night very good or comfortable - Nothing It was very tired shabby worn not very clean could smell smoke in downstairs rooms. Was very cold in room no heating.

- neil (9/5): Excellent stay staff friendly very helpful - Location was excellent Nothing I didn’t like
- Elsa (8/5): A most enjoyable stay. - Good location with free nearby parking. The room was very pleasant and bed very comfortable.Breakfast superb and staff friendly. No safety mat in shower or shelf for toiletries…more important for seniors.
- Fionnuala (10/5): - Easy to find No concerns
- Eşref (9/5): -

- Michelle (9/5): Decent guest house in St leonards - The room was a good size. It had a comfortable bed.
10-minute walk downhill to the ocean.
I didn't get breakfast, but its good to have it available downstairs. However, I ate out with friends nearby. Annoyingly, I was woken the first morning by the staff saying they needed to check my room for a leak. No leak was found.
- Paolo (9/5): - Quiet area.
- Dylan (7/5): -
- Sarah (8/5): - Breakfast was great N/A

- Love (10/5): Perfect. - Lovely clean, quiet rooms. I stayed for 3 days and couldn’t fault it at all! I was a little bit dissapointed the breakfasts were so late in the morning, I was up and gone for 7 each morning so didn’t get the change to experience it.
- Seamus (1/5): terrible - good location noisy room due to pipework and water tanks filling very close to the room during the night.
noisy extractor fan from room downstairs very early in morning, plus noise from guests leaving at 4am in morning.
mattress was hard and lumpy so not comfortable, pillows poor quality.
broken floor tiles in bathroom and large cracks in sink in the bathroom.
- Mini (10/5): - the location, room, and decking where perfect.
- Jon (7/5): Comfortable - Comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Slightly quirky hotel.
- Felix (10/5): -
- Felix (10/5): -
- Rosie (8/5): Exactly what I needed. Quiet and no fuss. - Very welcoming staff. Nice quiet room, that met all my needs. Nothing was too fussy. Nice to have the option not to have breakfast as I was here visiting friends so had my breakfast with them. A bit down at heel, but I didn't care. I just wanted a quiet single room in this location, which was perfect for me. I found it very relaxing.
