The rooms were not clean. Bathroom floor was filthy with a big gap of missing floor. Mould in the shower. Toilet was stained brown inside. Big stain on the carpet. Lots of cobwebs and dust.

• Juana (9/5): Muy bien - Todo la verdad llegamos súper pronto y nos dieron la habitación para poder descansar el lugar la ubicación y todo para nosotras fue perfecto cerca de autobuses y tren No hubo nada por decir algo quizás el desayuno que es muy limitado solo tostadas yogures fruta cereales leche zumo de naranja y mermeladas si querías algo más en plato lo tenías que pagar aparte y era caro

• Maldini (8/5): - Der Stil, das dazugehörige Restaurant hat eine unglaublich tolle Stimmung, die Lage ist direkt vor einem Bahnhof in einer sehr gemütlichen Umgebung Die Fenster lassen jedes Geräusch herein, zum Glück steht es sehr ruhig.
• FONT OBIOLS (7/5): - Ubicación muy buena. Habitacion limpia. Sólo hablan ingles y no hacen esfuerzos para entenderte. Pedimos un plato para cenar y nos trajeron otro mucho mas caro. Tuvimos la impresión que nos tomaron el pelo.

• shan (8/5): Lovely place to stay in a really pretty area of London. Amazing pub, lovely food. - Fab location. Staff are lovely. Pub is lovely and rooms are modern and clean. Bar closes when the pub does so residents can’t had a late drink. Room was a little cold.

• Josephine (10/5): Excellent - Room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent shower, toiletries and towels. There was a wide range of choice for breakfast. I ate with a party of 5 and we all enjoyed what we had. The staff were all very professional, friendly, helpful and attentive. This is a tiny complaint, but the room had an enormous window, covered by one, equally enormous curtain. I found this quite hard to open and close, and would recommend two separate curtains when you next re-fit the rooms.

Cam kapidan resepsiyon gorunuyordu ama kimse yoktu..yarım saat yol yorgunluğu üzerlmizde bekledik. Sinerlerimiz bozuldu. Yarım saat sonra gelen ve otel muduru oldugunu soyleyen kişi, aksıklık için özür dilemedi. Aksine begenmiyorsanız başka otele gidin dedi. Aksam saat 17 00 olmasa giderdik ama mecbur giriş yaptık

• susan (8/5): - Nice bright rooms, great helpful staff, good location for public transport, shower hot and plentiful, good quality linens the pub is very lively but you couldn't hear noise in the rooms, the immediate area is quiet at night be warned - on booking.com the double rooms say they are large beds but they are standard UK double size. we found the beds a bit firm coffee machines and pods not compatible some of the exterior of the building is lit all night so it's bright in the rooms at night despite the blackout blinds

Would definitely recommend and book again should the need ar - It’s close proximity to the station but you didn’t hear the trains while there. Had a warm welcome upon arrival and could book in on line before hand so only had to sign in and pick up the key card. Booking out was as easy as there was a post box in the small reception to leave the cards without finding staff as they also run the pub downstairs It’s stairs only to the rooms which could be a problem if you have difficulty going upstairs and carrying your luggage but we managed okay. The shower was very powerful which was great but the shower tray filled up very quickly as it didn’t drain very easily.

• Alison (9/5): An Excellent Stay in a Lovely Pub - Staff very welcoming and friendly, greeted with a smile! Lovely, clean room, nicely decorated and cosy with thick,fluffy towels! Food was really nice and well presented. The room was quiet even though the pub itself was extremely busy. I think the room and bathroom could have been a bit warmer on arrival, although there was a room heater to adjust, there was only the towel heater in the bathroom. I found the light on the radiator was quite bright during the night.

Big and comfy pub with lots of food offerings with little pizzeria across the road. The room was beautiful really cosy and clean with a super comfy bed. Great bathroom, pristine clean, excellent drink making and snack facilities. Free home made cake in my room nice touch. Excellent all round. Nothing

• paul (8/5): Loved staying at the station house, great location, I’ll be back ! - Very comfortable and lovely tasteful decor, shower facilities were excellent and the shampoo and shower gel were gorgeous to use, loved the complimentary brownies, I will be back Can’t say anything negative about the station house, if I was being picky I would say that the tea cups are too wide and tea goes cold very quickly so maybe some different tea cups !

Honestly I couldn’t find anything. If I was to be picky maybe a fresh coat of paint here and there but like I say that’s pretty minor.

Great bar downstairs and brilliant location, just a few minutes from the railway station. The stairs and landing could do with a lick of paint. The bathroom light wasn't very bright but other than that everything was fine.

• Ines (8/5): Repetiría. - La ubicación está genial porque hay una estación justo al lado del hotel que conecta directo con charing cross y London Bridge sin necesidad de transbordos para llegar al centro. En el hotel el personal es muy amable, la habitación es cómoda y todo limpio. Por las noches se escuchan algunos ruidos de la calefacción y otras habitaciones pero tampoco es nada que impida el descanso.

• Bianca (8/5): - O quarto é organizado, limpo, com camas confortáveis. As janelas estavam com espaços e batiam com o vento, mas nada que uma manutenção não resolva.

• Carlton (7/5): We probably wouldn’t stay at the hotel again, but we would happily go back for a drink in the pub. - The porridge at breakfast on day 2 was delicious. We both slept fairly well. Great tea and coffee selection in the room, including oat milk. The brownie left as an arrival treat was a lovely and tasty touch. Staff were helpful and friendly – they sorted phone charging and provided an iron without any fuss. The pub itself is vibrant, warm, cosy and spacious – a really nice atmosphere for drinks. Bathroom lighting was very dull, which made it difficult to get ready and do hair. Cleanliness was only okay – a big build-up of dust behind the wall-mounted TV was quite off-putting. Breakfast was inconsistent – the cooked English breakfast on day 1 was underwhelming compared to day 2.

• Helen (7/5): Wonderful location and building but could do with some tender loving care - Convenient location and beautiful period property Have stayed a few times and although generally everything is okay, every room had some niggles: leaking shower, worn out duvet, non working fan in shower and a window left open in freezing weather on landing affecting overall temperature of the room. While the duvet issue was resolved immediately by staff, the response to me expressing feeling rushed to use the shower after a workman turned up at 8 am with a 2 hour slot to fix the fan was dismissive and I was made to feel that I was being difficult Breakfasts are inconsistent in quality
