This is NORMAL practice to allow late check-out for free or for reasonable price for guests convinience all over the world.
This kind of attitude creates lack of hospitality and disrespect to guests needs.

They tried to charge us for our breakfast even though it clearly says it is included.
The room smelt very damp and musty like it had not been used, the bed linen did not smell fresh.
The bathroom was decaying as was the room.

Our package was included with breakfast but they didn’t serve it. Nothing on the name of toilrtories except one soap.bed sheets and towels are as dirty as curtain was. Just waste of money

1. There was no one at the airport, when we specifically requested for it.
2. We arrived at the right hotel listed on their website, they redirected us to another hotel, this was at 2am with sleepy children
3. Rooms were horrible, not water bottles ready, very unhygienic beds and bathrooms.

- Kiran (2/5): Worst, it would be better to stay in a lodge...... - Worst...Anything superlative than this word if in grammer. coffee Cups in room not clean, Milk powder expired, they charge extra 700 per guest, if guests comes to meet you in room for more than 1/2 an hour, food not served for guest in room. Hotel charged me 2100 INR extra because my friends were just with me for 1hr over a dinner. Thye never mentioned this at the time of booking the hotel, it was only told once I ordered for dinner. Very bad experience, donot recommend to stay.
- M (8/5): Does the job. - This hotel does the job. It is in a pretty downbeat and very very dusty area but the hotel itself is fine. Reception staff were ok but did not ooze charm. The room was clean and in fair condition considering the turnover airport hotels have to cope with
We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was good if quite spicy even by Indian standards.
We had a very early flight the next morning and a basic breakfast is available to help yourself even at an unearthly hour. The airport transfer is free one way and efficient.
Overall it is probably as good a choice as any for a Chennai airport hotel as long as you aren't hoping to see anything of interest in the noisy and dusty local area.

Non respect du contr - L'hôtelier m'a conduit dans une autre hôtel, un soit disante filiale, au prétexte que les clés de la chambre que j'avais réservée avaient été perdues par le client précédent. Bizarre. L'hôtel de remplacement était vraiment sâle, aucun confort, ambiance sordide, quartier douteux. Pas de serviettes, ni de savon dans la salle de bain. Clim ne fonctionnant pas. Pas de petit déjeuner le matin, alors que j'avais tout payé d'avance.
