• guido (7/5): - El desayuno está muy bien. La ubicacion en un lugar que se llama las 600 hectareas que esta a unos 4km del centro. Pero dudo que si vas a Iguazu quieras ir al centro. Y a las cataratas si o si vas en auto. Por lo tanto, la ubicacion esta ok. El wifi no llegaba bien a nuestra habitación pero en el lobby andaba bien. Era mas una cuestion de alcance. La ducha tenia una mampara muy corta por lo tanto se mojaba todo el baño al ducharse. Tambien habia un grupo de personas muy ruidosas que se quedaban en el restaurant del hotel hasta altas horas haciendo ruido y la gente del hotel no les dijo nada. Tuvimos que llamar para quejarnos.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the pool area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of fresh options to start the day. What I loved most was the combination of comfort, great service, and the stunning jungle-like atmosphere.

So I expected the similar food variety and quality considering the short distance. But it was rather poor choice and almost no fresh fruits and vegetables
• MARIA PIA (10/5): Dentro de la selva con el confort de 4* - El entorno donde está el hotel es inmejorable! Estar dentro de la espesura de la vegetación lo hace único! Las habitaciones son muy amplias (tal cual se ven en las fotos), muy limpias y confortables, con servicio de limpieza diario. Todo el personal (administración, comedor, piscina, limpieza) soy muy amables y dispuestos a resolver cualquier requerimiento. La piscina y el sector de solarium es muy cómodo. Se ofrecen toallas y servicio de bar. El desayuno es excelente, muy completo con frutas , panificados, lácteos, cereales y fiambres. El restaurante tiene una variada carta y con precios justos. El hotel brinda sistema de traslados a la ciudad, al parque Iguazu, a Fox do Iguazu y otros lugares a buen precio y con amable atención. El único inconveniente que encontré es la mala señal de Internet en la habitación. Al informar sobre esto, intentaron solucionarlo pero no se pudo ya que es un problema del sistema. Nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación, pero el sector donde estábamos era más lindo y tranquilo. Como sugerencia a la administración del Hotel, podría decir que deben solucionar esta situación, porque además el sistema de TV funciona con internet y en ocasiones también se cortaba. Yo consumí los datos de mi plan por no tener wifi en la habitación.

• juan ignacio (9/5): Estadía muy linda, ideal para ir en pareja. - Todo estuvo muy bien La pileta siempre impecable, el restaurante siempre muy bien y con muchas opciones. Y el personal siempre fue muy antento. Ofrece late checkout que eso esta muy bueno tambien como opcion. Lo único que puede llegar a disgutar es la distancia al centro pero el hotel siempre ofrece traslados/taxis 24/7 por lo que no lo veería como algo perjudicial.

As acomodações são muito confortáveis, bem cuidadas e aconchegantes. Dá para relaxar de verdade e aproveitar o silêncio e a paz do ambiente. A estrutura é excelente e tudo é muito bem organizado. O atendimento também merece destaque: equipe atenciosa, prestativa e sempre disposta a ajudar. Com certeza é um lugar que eu voltaria e recomendo para quem quer descansar e se desconectar da correria do dia a dia.

Quiet and clean rooms, good sound insulation 3. Pleasant, green territory around the hotel 4. Nice pool area and a large restaurant on site 5. Overall, the room itself was comfortable and well maintained 1. The food in the restaurant was average and didn’t really match the high prices 2. A strange situation in the restaurant: we had our own bottle of wine and simply asked for a corkscrew, but were told it wasn’t available unless we paid a $5 fee for opening the bottle. This felt unnecessary and odd 3. Communication with the front desk was confusing at times. When we asked for a one-hour late checkout, we were told “yes,” but then they mentioned a time that had already passed, which made the approval meaningless 4. Prices in general (restaurant and taxis) felt very high and clearly tourist-oriented. Taxi rides to Iguazu Falls (about 25 minutes) were surprisingly expensive — comparable to large cities — and not aligned with the overall quality or local prices in Argentina 5. While this may be related to the location rather than the hotel itself, the lack of alternatives in the area makes the pricing feel even more unreasonable

• Marcos (10/5): Hotel muy bueno, rodeado de naturaleza. - Bellisimo hotel, muy bien ubicado si te gusta la naturaleza, ya que se encuentra rodeada de ella. Hasta se ven pequeños primates por allí. Lujosas habitaciones. Sensacional restaurant. Pileta muy buena. Los desayunos muy muy buenos. Algo viejas las pasarelas que llevan a los bloques de habitaciones, aunque justamente al retirarnos se empezaba a trabajar en ellos.

• Rafaella (7/5): Regular - Es muy linda y está bien distribuida. Tuve problemas con la primera habitación, con artefactos rotos (ducha y bidet). Me cambiaron a otra que también tuvo problemas. La limpieza no pasaba a menos que lo pidiéramos. Para la cena de fin de año que ofrecían dieron información errónea, mi hija terminó comiendo un menú que no era el ofrecido. Esa noche la comida tuvo muchos problemas de entrega y cocción. Lo que hay que remarcar es la buena atención del personal. Excelentes.

• Ayelen (9/5): Lindo hotel para disfrutar unos días en Cataratas - nos alojamos 3 dias, eramos 2 adultos y dos niños, así que pedimos una cama adicional ya que la habitación es triple, pero como era muy espaciosa quedo super cómoda para los 4. vieron monos y aves en el parque del hotel así que estaban muy contentos, el lugar muy lindo para conectar con la naturaleza. La pileta y la zona de juegos la disfrutamos un montón con los niños, el restaurante para cenar ahí y no tener que salir a la ciudad ( a 15/20 min de auto) muy bueno y con bastante variedad de platos. No hubo ningún problema, todo bien

People at the reception were super friendly and the restaurant has a lot of food. Rooms are big and coming from Buenos Aires you immediately relax in this hotel in the jungle. • Marie (8/5): Great place to stay, lots to do for families , friendly , helpful staff. Would definitely recommend! - Lovely atmosphere & looked great ! Staff very professional & helpful. Breakfast excellent. Pool area looked good unfortunately was too cool to use. Food overall great. Laundry service could be improved. Staff were helpful but we were given 3 different lots of information & one person in our group had to chase up her laundry as it wasn’t picked up. A better service would be a system used in other hotels with a sheet to fill out & left with the laundry.

El personal, en líneas generales muy bien, excepto el maltrato y la poca predisposición de una empleada en el desayuno el día viernes 26-09-25. La tostadora del desayuno tampoco funcionaba correctamente. El Minigolf, lo promocionan como tal, pero no tiene mantenimiento, sólo tienen una pelota cuasi rota y sólo dos palos de descarte.

• Anastasiia (1/5): - Muy mala experiencia en este hotel. 1. Queríamos cambiar las fechas de la reserva y, aunque la habitación estaba disponible, el hotel tardó casi un día en responder, rechazó el pedido y nos cobró el total igualmente. 2. Nos cobraron por un servicio que no recibimos (todos saben que los vuelos en Argentina suelen cambiarse). 3. En la reserva indican traslado gratuito, pero a nuestros amigos casi se lo negaron, después de discutir mucho finalmente aceptaron. 4. La infraestructura está en mal estado: la piscina sucia, el área de juegos infantiles en reparación y el gimnasio cerrado. No corresponde al nivel de servicio que promete.
• Pablo (6/5): Estuvo bien... Esperaba mas - La gente del servicio es extremadamente agradable y amable, la comida del resto EXCELENTE, la ubicacion es preciosa, tranquila. La pileta espectacular y todo el ambiente muy familiar Con anticipacion avise que mi esposa estaba embarazada y que el objetivo era descansar, nos prometieron una habitacion bonita. Era abajo (tiene 2 pisos) por lo que todas las noches y mañanas se escuchaban incansables pasos del piso de arriba (pedi cambio de habitacion pero no hubo caso), ademas, el hidromasaje de la habitacion no funcionaba. En las imagenes y descripcion del hotel destacan minigolf (totalmente descuidado), salon de juegos (clausurado) y senderos (no aptos para realizar solos, sin acompañante del hotel)

• Diana (6/5): - Buen desayuno y habitaciones amplias. Amé el transportador recomendado como guía, lo mejor del viaje. La zona de juegos estaba deteriorada, las habitaciones no tenían calefacción para el frío y el aire acondicionado era insuficiente para el tamaño de la habitación. Demasiado costoso para lo que es y poca variedad en el restaurante.
• ROCIO (10/5): - El lugar se encuentra ubicado en medio de la selva, a 10 minutos del centro, su hubicacion es perfecta, ya que por un momento te sientes desconectada de todo, me encantó el lugar, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y muy limpias. El personal muy atento. Si necesitas salir, el hotel te gestiona un taxi al centro y en el centro salen los autobuses qué van a cataratas. Todo estuvo muy bien.

• Natalia (10/5): HOTEL DE EXCELENCIA EN IGUAZU - Todo fue maravilloso. El trato de todos los trabajadores exquisito. La ubicacion una maravilla, ademas de tranquila y con vistas en la Selva espectaculares. Limpieza absoluta. La comida del restaurante muy buena, al igual que el buffet del desayuno. La perrita podia estar por todos los sitios, disfruto un monton. La piscina de 10. Ademas con seguridad en la entrada. Vamos un 10 sobre 10. No tengo nada negativo que decir del hotel.

• SANDRA (10/5): Una semana hermosa con una excelente atención y amabilidad y con todas las comodidades. - Hermosa propiedad en la selva con todas las comodidades y hermosas vistas Me gustó todo. El hecho de tener el restaurante- comedor dentro del hotel es una ventaja muy grande sobretodo para la cena, la atención de los mozos y camareras es excelente pero se nota una total desorganización dentro de la cocina en la elaboración. Los platos son ricos , pero tardaban 1 hora y frio , a veces crudo por ejemplo y las camareras teniendo que dar la cara ante situaciones que claramente provenían de problemas en la cocina. Es una pena que podrían explotarlo mas y mejor porque a los huéspedes nos conviene quedarnos a cenar ahí .

• Matías (9/5): Superb - Surrounded by jungle, we saw flocks of toucans in the mornings from the room's balcony. The swimming pool offered a fantastic place to chill and relax after coming back from the full-day long walks in the natural parks. On the last day, we used booked the jacuzzi for the time after checkout and before leaving for the airport (the jacuzzi had an extra ~€7 cost, but that's cheap I think), and left fully relaxed after a beautiful short holiday. The breakfast had tea, coffee, pastries and some fruits. We did miss a varied selection of fresh fruits (I'm being picky, the breakfast was more than fine). Because the hotel is in the "600 has" forested neighbourhood, we had to use taxis to leave and return from anywhere, even the city, there are no buases and walking there is not very practical. Fortunately, the hotel has an arrangement with a taxis crew who are always on rotation, we always had a taxi available within minutes of asking for it, and they offered discounted prices compared with the taxis in the city.
• Venette (10/5): - This is a nice hotel for visiting the falls. The restaurant is very convenient and the grounds feel very relaxing.
