- Amritpal202025 (6/5): Family trip - We travelled with family... overall stay was pleasant with few improvement areas like ac and room temperature was a constant problem for us ...Ac was controlled centrally which used to shut down every day and temperature was fixed to 25 and since no other ventilation in room ,it disturbed our sleep. No ala carte dinner option in restaurant ,it forces you to take buffet only...gym and spa is third party managed .Room mirror lighting needs big improvement...it was quite dull to get ready...location of property is good as it is bang on highway and that is the big plus for this property...I am used to a very good experience at Delhi and Gurgaon Country Inn properties...this one needs improvement in service standards. Staff was friendly and helpful . I was offered an upgrade to suite which is appreciated. I hope management will work upon few inputs to improve guest experience
- Vintravel1234567 (6/5): Average stay at Country inn, Zirakpur, Chandigarh - The hotel is on the side of highway. Front office experience was ok. Checkin was quick. No welcome drink was offered. Rooms are ok. Infrastructure is old. Sofas and curtain are worn out. Cannot be called a 4 star hotel but a lower 3 star type. However, housekeeping was good. Staff especially Kuldip was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Regarding facilities, no garden or kids play area. Gym is good. Since it is winter, outside pool is not usable. There are no other activities one can indulge in the hotel. I mean not fit for staycation. Morning breakfast buffet was ok, though there are limited choices in comparison to other Radisson hotels.

The property is modern, well-maintained, and very welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping team does an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The hospitality of the staff stood out the most – they were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The buffet breakfast was a delight, offering a wide spread of delicious dishes to suit all tastes. The restaurant and room service were equally impressive.

- Mansoorahmadp (2/5): Unpleasant and unexpected - I arrived at the hotel around 2:00 AM for check-in and was assigned a room that had a strong and overwhelming smell of fresh paint. Upon entering, I immediately noticed wet paint on the doors, which triggered a severe headache. When I contacted the on-duty manager, he appeared completely unaware of any painting activity and offered no satisfactory explanation or immediate solution. At that hour of the night, I had no choice but to return to the reception and insist on a room change. The issues didn’t stop there. The room I was given was unhygienic — the linen was old and had an unpleasant odor, the bathroom floor was leaking during showers, and overall cleanliness was severely lacking. The carpets in the hallways looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, if not longer. Walking on them felt like stepping on unkempt fabric. Frankly, I regretted choosing your property. I opted for this hotel under the Radisson brand expecting quality, value, and professionalism — all of which were absent. It appears the property is being run under the Radisson name but does not uphold the brand's reputation in any meaningful way. There are far superior accommodations available in the city for the same price, offering better hygiene, amenities, and customer care.

Staff in restaurant, housekeeping were all very polite and caring. Only feedback would be if there is some variations made in the main courses of buffet breakfast considering guests who stay for multiple days. Other than that, I’ll surely come again.

I have been to this hotel a few times earlier as well and the experience had been okay however, this time around it was just terrible. My ordeal of three days started with a poor experience at check-in where I was made to wait for almost an hour and a half despite arrive well beyond the usual check-out hours. The service in the rooms was unprofessional and hygiene absolutely lacking. The bathroom amenities were low quality and h housekeeping below par. Disappointing stay.

Sachin and Palak at the front desk made the check in and check out process quite smooth. The stay came in with a complementary breakfast, which was not too fancy but decent. The hotel also has a small secluded pool and a functionl fitness room as well. All in all, a cozy and comfortable stay.
