• Bhavesh (6/5): - A very basic lodging option. No lifts to the rooms and you have to climb 4 floors with all your luggage to get to your room. Room had actual metal key that needs to be deposited back to reception every time you head out of hotel. We had a handicap person in the group and it was a big hassle and wish they had clearly mention on Expedia. Location is good though. Lot of good dining options around.
• Jan (8/5): - Hotel Baudin heeft geen lift maar wel een mooi ouderwets trappenhuis waarvan de trap gemakkelijk te beklimmen en af te dalen is. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk & behulpzaam. De kamers zijn ruim, met goede bedden en een mooie parketvloer. Het ingebouwde badkamertje met wc is klein maar goed uitgerust. Het 12e arrondissement waarin het ligt is heel plezierig met veel horeca, winkels, een markt etc., en we voelden ons er meteen thuis. Eene geslaagd verblijf!

• Jose Ignacio (10/5): Hotel Baudin en zona Bastilla - Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Baudin fue muy buena. El alojamiento es un hotel antiguo, en la zona de la Bastilla (10 minutos andando), muy bien ubicado para moverse a zonas turísticas. Con parada de metro a 2 minutos andando. La habitación era grande, suelos de madera y decoración antigua pero bien conservada y muy limpio. Volveríamos a este hotel.

• Franck (6/5): Hôtel bien situé mais bruyant - Jolie chambre dans un Bel hôtel ancien Prévoir son petit déjeuner en dehors de l’hôtel. Il n’y a qu’une serviette de toilettes par chambre. Mon mari qui m’a rejoint pour une nuit a dû s’acquitter d’un supplément, chose que je n’ai pas eu dans les multiples hôtels où je me suis rendu.
• Catherine (4/5): Décevant - Hôtel très bien situé. En revanche, il y a plusieurs points négatifs qui jouent en sa défaveur. Tout d’abord la propreté : il y avait des cheveux et des poils dans la douche et dans les draps. Pendant nos trois nuits, jusqu’à minuit, il y a eu beaucoup de bruit dérangeants (marches qui craquent, cloisons fines qui ne filtrent pas les bruits de voisins qui ronflent…). La dernière nuit, nous avons même eu droit à des fortes odeurs de cuisine, émanant de la chambre d’à côté…

• Cyrille (2/5): Horrible, FUYEZ !! - Pire séjour de ma vie et dire qu’il a été court puisque j’ai réservé pour 4 nuits et je suis resté quelques heures avant de demander le remboursement et fuir ce lieu !! J’arrive le lundi soir déjà dans de mauvaises conditions (flocage à l’accueil, chambre qui ne m’inspirait pas confiance où il faisait froid sans possibilité d’avoir de chauffage, pas de couette mais un vieil édredon, une douche microscopique avec un rideau de douche etc). Après avoir passé une soirée à l’extérieur sur les coups de 23h30 en enlevant le sur drap je tombe sur quoi : UNE PUNAISE DE LIT (photo et vidéo à l’appui). Ni une, ni 2, je prends mes affaires, réservent un autre hôtel immédiatement et demande le remboursement. Bref, en résumé, FUYEZ !!!
• Lijian (4/5): - Like the location and convenience of the stay. But the facility is old with no elevator, you will find things that needs repair, lost power on wall plugs, plumbing issues. Facility is clean, and staff is welcoming though.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Room with a view - The reception is on the first floor. The lady at the reception was very helpful, spoke good English. I got a room on the 5th floor. The room had a balcony facing the street with a table and 2 chairs. The view from the balcony is very nice. Clean and comfortable rooms. The area around the Hotel has a lot of bars ans eateries and is very lively at night. Warning: The 5th floor is a bit of a climb. Not recommended for people with heavy luggage.
• rafael (8/5): Acorde a las 2 estrellas. - Es un hotel viejo sin ascensor, limpio en general. La señora que atiende fue muy amable con nosotros y atenta. Es importante recordar que es un hotel 2 estrellas y pues los servicios brindados están acorde con las estrellas. Está cerca del CHDG cerca del metro que te conecta, además poco se está en el hotel.

• Ellen Hui Sing (8/5): Lovely stay - The receptionists were both very friendly and helpful. We reached Paris early in the morning. And thanks to them willingly to let us check in first. Really thanks a lot as we were exhausted after long journey night bus from Amsterdam to Paris. Room was clean. Bus stop just right outside the hotel, metro station is few minutes walk away
• Jan (8/5): Aangenaam,charmant en vriendelijk onthaal. - Best aangenaam verblijf gehad bij dezer eindelijke mensen. Hotel is super goed gelegen vlakbij de metro en le place de la Bastille . Het is een oud simpel hotelletje ideaal om gewoon te overnachten punt uit.

• Manue (4/5): Pour séjour d'une nuit seulement - Mes attentes n'étaient pas très élevées et j'ai quand même été déçue. Une nuit m'a suffit. Je n'aurais pas voulu séjourner à cet hôtel plus longtemps. Le confort y est minimal. Si vous êtes à Paris pour le travail et que vous n'allez à l'hôtel que pour dormir, ça peut passer, mais autrement non. Un coup de pinceau ferait du bien. De nos jours, c'est possible de décorer simplement, avec goût sans dépenser une fortune. Il faut éviter les chambres du 4e étage car pas d'ascenceurs. À moins que vous voyagiez très très léger. Ce sera mon seul et unique séjour à cet hôtel.

• Scott (8/5): Budget Hotel in 11th Arrondissement - The location was good, being close to two metro stations in the 11th Arrondissement. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, our room was on the 5th floor of the hotel, which meant we had to climb six (yes, 6) flights of stairs from the street to get to our room since there was no elevator. We were aware of this possibility when we booked the room, so we weren't surprised, just be ready for it. It did have a narrow balcony which was nice. The shower was a little odd, but our bathroom was nice overall.

• Jonathan (10/5): Handy location, great staff and good pricing. - We were a couple staying for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel Baudin. Its location in the south east of the city made a change to places in Paris I've stayed before. In either 5 minutes on a bike or a 15 minute walk we were at Notre Dame along the Seine. We walked or cycled everywhere so couldn't give an idea on bus or metro timescales, but there is a metro stop right by the hotel. There are many brasseries and eateries in the neighbourhood so you don't always have to travel far. Chinatown is in the 13th arrondissement a few kilometres away which is handy if you don't want to venture too much into the very centre of town. The room was very good; nice comfy bed with room for our belongings, clean bathroom with shower and a nice corner balcony (we were on the fifth floor) which came in handy in the middle of summer and was good for a relaxing evening in eating our dinner whilst watching the nightlife below. There's free wifi available and you leave the room key at the reception when you go out, but the reception's open 24 hours a day so that's one less thing to carry about with you. All the staff we met were very courteous and friendly, but a special mention must go to Liliane who was extremely helpful both with the original booking and pre-stay (visa issues etc) as well as from check-in right through to check out (even small things like travel plug adaptors). Nothing was too much for her and we were very grateful for her hospitality.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel close to metro and McDonald's!! - Really friendly staff, large room, convenient location and an overall nice experience. First time visit to Paris allowed us maximum coverage of tourist sites through staying at this location, along with the convenience of McDonald's in the evening (which is 24 hours)! Had a nice little balcony which allowed a view of outside Paris which was a nice added touch. The price is affordable and the room has its own antique look which we have never come across before. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit Paris as we had a fantastic time at this hotel!
