Buffet was had loads of variety We booked the hotel for the children play facilities and the opening hours of the play centre and pool were not great. There also seemed to be a lack of staff. We had to wait a long time to be served or attended to.

- Martin (10/5): Exceptional value - Incredible breakfast, staff and hotel room. Beeautiful view from the balcony. Every evening there was a program - live music, theater, magicians. Also for kids, there are many places to play including animators. The water in the pool was freezing in April. However, in summer it must be fine.

Hemos estado con 3 niños de menos de 4 años y estuvieron muy entretenidos los 4 dias que hemos estado alli Tambien la ubucacion vale la pena si te gusta la playa Lo que menos me gusto fue la comida. El desayuno y cena han estado bastante bien y variados pero a la hora de la comida muy escazo. Hemos tenido all inclusive y la comida en el bar de la piscina era bastante mala. Hemos encontrado melon estropeado, ensalada de pasta igual en mal estado. Eso no es normal par a ningun hotel mucho menos para uno de 4 estrellas. La carne de la pasta a la hora de la comida tambien tuvo un sabor peculiar. Lo peor ha sido que en la habitacion(apartamento con 1 dormitorio) hemos tenido una puerta compartida con los vecinos. Estaba cerrada pero se escuchaba absolutamente todo. Para nosotros no valio la pena viajar 10 horas en coche para hacer este viaje. Tambien en el ultimo dia en el desayuno nos toco una camarera no muy encantada de atendernos. Ponía muy mala cara y parecía que la molestabamos al pedir algo.

- RodrigoLG (9/5): Magnifico hotel para todos y especialmente para ir con niños. - La infraestructura y el personal. La piscina cubierta no tiene el agua atemperada. En caso de que el tiempo no acompañe, como ha sido nuestro caso, no hay posibilidad de disfrutar del baño con los niños. El cambio que haría es calentar el agua de la piscina cubierta.

Parque de bolas, cine , monitoras , actividades varias , camas elásticas, gimnasio, show por las noches. Súper ambientado y personal de 10.

Die Angebote für die Kinder vom miniclub über Disco und indoor- Spielhalle mit klettermöglichkeiten waren super und haben allen gefallen! Das Essen war super! Wir haben spontan verlängert , weil wir nicht wegwollten Nichts zu beanstanden

La limpieza y el olor tan agradable en todo el hotel,es la tercera vez que voy y seguiré visitándolo. Solo una pega he tenido ésta vez y son las almohadas y aunque me las cambiaron seguían sin ser cómodas y los horarios de la cena deberían de ponerlos hasta un poco más tarde. Pero aun así es una pasada.

- Jose Manuel (1/5): Sin más - El buffet Para empezar se nos dió una habitación delimitada por una puerta entre otra, escuchabamos todo pero todo de las otras personas de al lado, hasta cuando se reian, los pasos etc, y claro pedimos 1 cama de matrimonio y nos cambiaron y nos dieron dos separadas. Después la limpieza del baño no era muy buena, en la ducha nada mas llegar se vio un par de pelos por la pared.

- Bianca (8/5): Perfect family hotel! - I think this hotel is perfect for families; it has loads of activities for kids of all ages and night entertainment for adults. Outdoor and indoor pools, and even a kids club with an extended program. A lot of families, even in april, so it is not a hotel you will go if you are looking for peace and quiet. The food was not great, very basic, not many options, and the indoor pool was not warm and the curtains did not fully black out.

- Briones (8/5): muy buena repetire - en las fechas que hemos ido hay mucha gente como nosotros que nos alojamos por el gran premio de jerez , el cual no hacemos uso de desayuno bufett caliente, puesto que son tres dias o dos mas fuertes deberian de entrar algun cocinero para atender a esas horas , lo digo porque si no no entiendo para que quieren que nos apuntemos para los desayunos
