• Marco (4/5): It was a bad hotel and would never stay here again. - It was in a good location (near a Subway station) and it was cheap It was extremely dirty, stains and hairs on the beds. There was a hole in our room covered with wrapping paper. The bathroom had mold, laundromat was awful (smelled like food waste). Overall we didn’t feel comfortable in this hotel
• Gisela (6/5): Not a very good experience - There are a lot of nice cafes, a bus stop and a train station nearby, which make it easier for tourists to navigate around the city. They also provided free slippers. The female receptionist speaks fluent English. She is also very kind and helpful. When we first arrived in the hotel, there was no receptionist, despite the fact that the mini notice sign mentions that a receptionist will be available from 9am. The rooms are unclean and it seems the staff didn’t clean it properly. I still see hair strands in the toilet. When there was someone taking a bath inside the toilet, I occasionally saw water leaking from the toilet door. The space of the bed room is also very small for 3 people, making it hard for us to organise our bags and luggages.
• Lina (1/5): Worse accommodation ever! - There’s nothing that I like about this place beside the location of it. This is the worse place I’ve ever stayed at. It is not a 2 or 3 * hotel as it so aptly describes on Bookings site as because I’ve stayed in those kind of places and none of them are like this. It is more like a hostel, but a very bad one. It is dirty and uncomfortable. The bathroom /toilet has mould everywhere (the ceiling, wall, basin) - this is not just in a small area. There is no ventilation in the bathroom at all, hence you smell dampen mould when you are in there. It is very unhealthy for anyone to breathe in the mould smell. In addition to that, we could tell that there is no cleaning done prior to us checked in to the room. That’s because we saw a use soap in the shower soap holder and strands of hair on the toilet seat. The bed sheet on one of them is covered with dust on the side against the wall when we were doing bed bugs inspection. There is a small hole on the side of the double size mattress. There are wet patches on the walls in the room as well. The only ventilation is the little open window in the room and the air conditioner. It is noisy at night to get a well rested sleep due to the noises from the outside. Beside all the above, there is no staff manning the place regularly unless you contact them via WhatsApp and then someone will come from who knows where. Overall this is not a place I would recommend anyone to stay in for health reason.

• Raymond (2/5): Fooled by the reviews...so disappointed! - Apart from the location, the hotel rooms looks and feels run down. The reception was not on location when we arrived at around 10+ am, had to call him by phone to arrange for left baggage. The property has no elevator, so good luck if you are assigned to the upper floors, and you have heavy luggages. The few rooms we were shown were in poor condition and smelled. The room we settled for in the end had bedbugs as all three of us had to scratch our body throughout the night! We booked the hotel for two nights, but ended up checking out after the first to another hotel. We just could not bring ourselves to stay there another night! So disappointed! Wasted our money!
