• mohammed (1/5): staff help, room was a pigeon hole, paid for my booking.com 3 months previously and upon arrival was - parking ok, i had to pay again for my rooms as they stated booking.com has not forwarded any money to them...location was not where i had presumed it was....................will never stay at this hotel again.........................staff were so confused in matters of detail and talking to them was a waste of time.... staff help, room was a pigeon hole, paid for my booking.com 3 months previously and upon arrival was told i had no bookings?........had to pay again, even though confirmation was with me............................its not easy talking to emptyheads.

• Rubel (5/5): Not bad considering price. Excellent Wifi! - Very close to the haram. Helpful staff. EXCELLENT wifi. The wifi took me by surprise as more premium hotels don't give such high speeds. Generally a decent hotel considering the price. Beds were bad quality. We switched 2 rooms, both had beds that were slanted to one side. These were mainly the single beds. The beds are not of good quality. The lobby is always congested full of people and luggage everywhere. A lot of outside noise comes through into the room so if you are a light sleeper, this place isn't the one for you.

The fact that the dont really responsive on bookingcom message or email. Bathroom style is not designed to be dry bathroom, when you took a shower the water will be all over the floor

There was loads of amenities and shop around everything at walking distance The hotel is very busy and the lifts are very very so you end up having to wait in a long time sometime longer than 10 minutes just to get a lift

When I arrived early morning in Ramzan to check in, she said my booking has been cancelled. It was soo stressing...later on the manager spoke to me over the phone and apologised and then I got checked in after nearly 2 hrs wait.
• shadab (3/5): It was pathetic and bad, only respite was that it was near to masjid nabawi ladies gate - The location was good I was not allowed to park my car in the hotel parking in basement although they claim parking available for guests. There was no staff available to carry our luggage when we checked out. As I had parked my car far away due to parking not provided by hotel I requested staff to arrange for a Taxi for which I would have paid obviously but they simple were not ready to help.
