Richard (1/5): disappointing - Main pool area was nice we checked in to a villa the villa was not as nice as expected and the outdoor area was untidy the private pool took up all of the outdoor space so relaxing around the pool was not a nice experience. we were booked in for 7 nights, on the 3rd day the hotel decided to close the main pool and all facilities without notifying us. in general our stay was very poor and I would not return to this accommodation as I believe we have been mis sold, the accommodation was very average even though we paid a premium price. The villa also backed on to a road, not to a grass area like the image shows above
