• Christine (2/5): Don’t try your luck. Better off sleeping in the car - First room was never cleaned and 2nd room had no knobs to work shower and a white trash bag as light cover. Asked for a coffee machine, asked for a cup of coffee. And again went to front desk to get a cup of coffee cause I read sign saying breakfast till 10am. But at 8am all put away. Never got a cup of coffee . Could not work tub. Found out after 3 calls/no answer so waiting till 1130 pm oh yeah desk change. You look.Guy got me the one missing knob and I shoved a towel like to plug other missing knob. Sealed in black , garbage bag covered light in the ceiling, and three times trying at front desk just for a cup of coffeee. First room has fridge filled with some one else’s old expired food

• Sherry (5/5): Wasn’t up to our expectations for what you paid for - Location Wasn’t clean, mold in the shower, mold in the drip pans under refrigerator, hair in the drain of the shower, and broke lamp had exposed wires. Couldn’t get clean towels and wash clothes.

The room was dirty , trash on floor , lamp broke, and looked like it hasn’t been wiped down in months surprise the bed sheets looked clean. We had just traveled, it was late all I wanted to do was laid down not complain.

• donna (1/5): Never stay at this very subpar and careless hotel I shared enough pictures with the property - Nothing at all. They booked me the wrong room. The room still had a pile of dirty towels in the corner. The bathroom was absolutely foul with urine and hair all over it. The tub that was supposed to be a hot tub made my tub at home look like a hot tub. If had a ring of black around it. The hair dryer was all sticky it looked like what was like all over the wall behind the trash can the microwave had never been cleaned and the facility has the nerve to give me an 11 dollar refund for this heinous service. If they finally do what's right and fully refund my money I won't be posting this across all social media. But if they don't. Thousands of people will see how careless they are.

You get what you pay for. - The location was close to a few different restaurants, which can be convenient for people who are looking for a quick bite to eat. There's a mixture of fast food and sit down restaurants. I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room. It was really dusty, and there were stains on the wall. The soap looked like it was already used, but repackaged. The bed had some black flakes of something, and I wasn't sure what it was. I wasn't really comfortable sleeping in it, and I didn't end up sleeping very well because of it.

• Lauren (4/5): - Got woken up at 5:30am to the fire alarm blaring - ran downstairs and asked the lobby attendant what was going on... Was told "someone's probably smoking in their room" like this is just a normal occurrence. One of the beds had definitely been laid in after being made prior to our arrival, bedding was stained and had several stray hairs. Luckily, we got to spend all of 4 hours there.

The refrigerator freezer was caked with mildew. And a liquid oozed from the bottom of the refrigerator. There was no reference guide for the television channels. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide a tv reference guide. We stayed one lamentable night. This place needs to be shut down by the health department.

• Karen Farris (10/5): - I had a excellent stay here for one month. I originally had plans at a different hotel and once I arrived it was horrible. I called super 8 and explained happened and Leah at the front desk told me to come right over and she gave me a great room , the price was very reasonable and the hotel gave me Hilton vibes. Very clean updated and pleasant. I will definitely recommend this hotel and if I could give 10 stars I would!

I have the confirmation confirming three rooms but hotels.com messed that up on their end. The hotel itself was not anywhere near as nice as the photos. Doors had holes in them, stained sheets, hair on pillows, not enough towels, not very clean. Overall I wouldn’t stay again.

• Cheryl (5/5): Lovely and responsive staff, good location: safe, adequate stay for the night - I love the location. We were less than 10 miles from the Blossom music center. I love the price, we chose to stay here because it was almost $65 cheaper than another place we had booked in Cahoga Falls. I love the comfortable beds, we both slept like a log. The hotel was quiet, and our room was dark. I love the staff. Especially a young man with curly dark hair who was so personable and kind. The woman in charge of the breakfast buffet was also very kind and hard-working. I like that there was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. We stayed on the super eight side of the hotel. The room definitely needed some repair. The stopper was broken in the bathroom faucet (so I manually took the stopper off so that the sink would drain), the tub was all marked up (it was hard to tell if it was dirt or chips), and the bathroom door was falling off of it Hinges and was difficult to close and open. There were some dirt on the floor in the bathroom and a Fruitloop right under the bed. When I picked up the telephone to call the front desk, the phone did not work. I received a text asking if everything was OK and to respond, but when I did respond, nobody responded back! My message was about the lack of coffee maker… There was no coffee maker in the room, and when they brought one, the pot was too little for the maker! And when they brought the coffee maker, they left no coffee. I had to go and get that. The breakfast buffet was just adequate. They did have waffles, however, no other hot food. You had a choice of cereal with cows milk, which I don’t drink, yogurt, and bagels, instant oatmeal and waffles. There was bananas. I would call this a continental breakfast. My friend got lost all the time so maybe a few more signs in the halls ways coming from the second floor would be good.
