It was such a perfect chapter to close my days in Kingston. The building is beautiful, decent both from outside and interior. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Chris helped me a lot! I really appreciate that. The buffet is small amazing dining area with beautiful scene. No hair dryer

Die Lage ist sehr gut um zu Fuß ins Ausgehviertel zu kommen. Check-Inn völlig problemlos über pin code, der per SMS zugesendet wurde. Am Abreisetag konnten wir die Koffer in der Unterkunft belassen, um den Tag zu nutzen. Parken an der Unterkunft "first come first serve" aber die Eigentümer haben auch angeboten auf eine Parkplatz in der Nähe zu parken und sie hätten die Kosten übernommen.

• Sasha (10/5): Cozy stay in Kingston - I was only in town for a few days, but this was exactly what I needed. The room was spotless, quiet, and cozy. I slept like a baby. When I first arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a pleasant smile. This was a great choice and I felt kinda bougie staying there LOL It was within walking distance to DT area (maybe like 5-8 minute walk). Couldn't have been happier! I really can't think of anything. Maybe a list of recommended areas? I can't remember if this was provided, so if it was, then no complaints. Many thanks!

• Jessica (8/5): A pleasant stay in a great location - Great location, gorgeous heritage building! The breakfast was lovely, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The bathroom featured a rain shower with good water pressure as well as wall jets, and the bathtub was very roomy! Would have been perfect for a bubble bath. The water from the taps took a bit of time to warm up to a comfortable showering or hand washing temperature. The neighbourhood was lively, so the sounds of people having a good time could be heard late into the night (wasn’t much of a bother to me but if you are sound sensitive, consider earplugs or white noise audio).

That bothered me so I asked the staff if there was any chance of having a room with larger windows . They changed us to an amazing room with a huge & beautiful window and a fireplace. • Gayle (10/5): In all the location of the Inn makes getting around downtown Kingston to explore quite easy. - The inn is beautiful (as well as historic) and staff so welcoming. It was our anniversary and they had left a small bottle of champagne in our room to welcome us! What a nice surprise! Breakfast the next morning was great before we headed back to Ottawa.

Housekeeping could be a little more thorough, especially things like the air conditioning vents. I know we're not using air conditioning in the winter, but still the vents could have been dusted. Housekeeping when they came in were fantastic but they did take away all the cups and all the glasses. So I had to go looking for more. There was a note stating it was something left in the refrigerator yet there was nothing but then when we got it it was so sweet. A beautiful little bottle of champagne loved it. There was an issue with the baseboard heater for the kitchen. It was not working but that's okay. The fireplace did its job. Maybe a few more instructions on how to work, the thermostats, the fans, etc. But other than that everything was great. The chef in the mornings for breakfast. Wow, I did himself so many fantastic choices today. I love the mole biscuits... I would definitely stay again. Even though the hot water takes a long time to get to the outbuildings however, those private buildings are worth every penny There really wasn't much that I didn't like that isn't in the upper portion about the baseboard heaters not working in the kitchen. The instructions for the fan and fireplace could be more involved and housekeeping could be a little more diligent in the dusting situation. I love the games and stuff that were left in the in the room suggestion. Throw in some dominoes or two-person games.

The offer of fresh eggs was appreciated. The property and house are lovely with an inviting and well-appointed parlour. Rooms are spacious, blending old and new with considerable thought and style. Music at breakfast did not, unfortunately, suit the environment or vibe of the Inn.
