• kunal (8/5): Good stay - Near to bus stop and has coop store next to it. Buses run every 5-7 min to luzern bahnhof and takes like 10min. Because of ma be weather or River outside . apartment Windows got spiders and mosquitoes if u try to open it , there were spider webs all around outside each window. That needs cleaning. This thing is almost entire Street on lamppost .

• Anupam (7/5): Away from center, yet quite near - It’s not very far from the town center. Just a bus ride away. The property provides guest pass so that local commute is free. The property is just a 5 mins walk from the bus stop. It’s a simple apartment with basic amenities. It works best for people who are going to spend the entire day outside and come back late in the evening to eat and rest. The host communicates very clearly and responds quickly to the questions. Right next to a petrol station which has a small grocery store. It’s right next to railway lines. So if u are light sleeper like my wife, u may have trouble sleeping in night. For me it was ok. A dish washer could have been a plus but we managed fine without it.

• Milena (8/5): Very good - Apartment was clean and comfortable. Few bus stops from the city center and having a Luzern card also free bus tickets. There is almost none place in the bathroom where to put toiletries.
• Ajith (10/5): This was the first time we were booking an apartment for a trip and we were very impressed. - The location of the property is excellent, right next to fluhmuhle bus stand where buses come and go every 10 minutes. The rooms were clean, spacious and properly arranged. The appliances in the kitchen and bathroom were working properly. Very impressive. Nothing.

• Riley (7/5): Really lovely city, so picturesque and locals were friendly enough. English language widely spoken - Quiet apartments and location was grand with access to an ample bus service. Apartment was very clean, beds comfortable. I would be happy to recommend. Heating was a bit hit and miss.. radiators on/off at random times. No sweeping brush and dustpan. The information booklet could be more detailed with an explanation of the Zone 10 area for bus/train passengers. More information on lical tourist attractions. A few cosier accessories would be a lovely addition. All in all a lovely apartment and served us well.
• Clement (8/5): Not a fancy apartment but adequately equipped and convenient location - The apartment was not fancy by any means but it did have everything needed for a short term stay except for a washing machine. It was only 7 bus stops away from the main train station on No 5 bus which came by every 7 to 10 min. The ride is free with the Lucerne card. There were two good restaurants within a 100m. There was no staff on site, the apartment manager asked for credit card information for deposit and parking fee by email or text. This can potentially post risk of losing credit card information.

• Theodosia (7/5): Comfortable , clean apartment,nice views, poor furnishing, strange rules... - Very clean, comfortable , bright apartment , offerring a good stay..... ----Location was wonderful for us..... just 200 m from the bus stop for No 2 bus taking you in 10-15 min to Luzern train station, bus and boat station, all are in the same spot... ----A COOP supermarket is just next door... ----Nice views from all windows of the apartment...( bedroom, bathroom, kitchen...) ----We loved the balcony which has a wonderful open view to the river and the forest opposite.....We enjoyed very much watching the flow of the river and the trains passing by... it was a very nice experience, a kind of ''attraction'' i would say !! The noise does not reach the bedrooms on the back and we could sleep well....The nights are quiet ... ---The kitchen provides everything you may need, lots of utensils, oven, microwave, big fridge, e.t.c, Everything is super clean.... ---Tea, coffee, sugar is provided , which is very thoughtfull.... ----Lots of space to store your stuff in the bedroom ... ---The area is nice and safe, nothing scary , we never saw any strange people around ( as read in other reviews), young ladies work alone in the beside supermarket which means that they feel safe. Even late evening we never felt any kind of threat.....everything is absolutely normal.... ----Staff is nice, replying fast to our messages . They send 3-5 days before arrival detailed information about collecting keys, the code and lots of other info .Plus a link to receive the ''guest card'' for free transportation in Lucerne before you go (( you can save it in your phone or even print it )) ---The living room is a dissapointment... very poor furnishing, very cheap, not inviting at all..... ---T.V didn't function upon arrival, they fixed it next day ---Very poor-cheap furnishing in the bedroom, too... Ridiculous lamps hanging on the wall over your head... they should be replaced urgently.... ---Pillows very thin and unfomfortable, no extra ones in the wardrobe... ---Bathroom needs total renovation, bathtube is horribly stained by years of use, you don't feel well to use it... ---The price of almost 200 euro per night does not match with the cheap outdated appearance of the apartment, even for the expensive Switzerland... ----Exagerrated rules for check out ( e.g. remove the bed linen before leaving..) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---Here is a copy of their message , before arrival, about the 100 CHF deposit :: ''''''''Please let us know your credit card number and the expiry date, so we can do a reservation of the amount mentioned above. ((( Of course we didn't send our card details as banks warn never give them to anybody, not even to the bank itself , pay only via secure chanels))) We consider these terms totally unprofessional , insulting for the guests and almost illegal because nobody is ''allowed'' to ''deduct'' any additional amount that comes to his mind from your credit card !!!!!! If these rules were mentioned on the Booking.com site we would never have booked this apartment!!!!

• James (8/5): Another great week in Lucerne! - Clean, self-catering, close to bus stop (12-minute ride to downtown, bus comes every 8 or 9 minutes during the day), very close to convenience store (Coop Pronto). It’s not a scenic or charming area. Trains can be kind of noisy.

• Tan (8/5): NA - Spacious, well-equipped kitchen, clean room. No cooking oil or seasonings are provided. There is always a smell of marijuana coming from the window. It is not recommended for single lady to stay here.

• Jenny (1/5): Appalling, uncomfortable for solo travellers and expensive for what it is. - On booking, the staff seemed very polite and responsive and arrival instructions were clear It was filthy, with broken furniture, rusted leaking pipes, peeling paint, holes in the walls where a headboard had been ripped off. The noise of the nearby train line is unbearable as the windows do not muffle it. I was not able to sleep, did not feel safe and ended my stay after 2 sleepless nights. When I asked for a refund I was mocked and gaslit by the staff.
• Jing (4/5): Not a good value. - Stuff: very responsive and helpful. Location: the apartment building is beside a COOP gas station and a major street. The area is basically not walkable. The room that shares wall with the street is very noisy. Not for a light sleeper. Safety: every afternoon there are 5-10 guys hang around the gas station and apartment building, smoking cigarettes and pots and drinking beer. The gestation stuff told me that they are mostly trouble free about occasionally do create troubles. We had to walk pass some of them every day when we come back. Some small talks, nothing bad happened but we were prepared for the worst. Facility: no dish washer and washer. Pillows are smelly.
• Erin (8/5): Comfortable accommodations, just a bit far from town. - There was an elevator! You had to climb maybe 5 steps to get to it, but it brought you right to the apartment door. The shower had great pressure and was hot. There's a nice couch in the living room to relax at night, and comfortable chairs around a table. We appreciated the view of the road, river and train which was fairly quiet. Thanks for having an ice tray so we didn't have to buy ice! It's a good 20 minute walk from the center of town. It was raining quite a bit during our stay so we spent a lot on taxi's.

• Gözde (7/5): Nice stay - Very spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, 1 minute walk to the bus stop, nice view. Train noise. Spider and spider web in the room and in the balcony. I can not say dirty but bathroom was not clean enough and there was a stain on one towel.
• Massey (7/5): Good - Location, close to the city via 10/15 min bus which came frequently. Only few minutes walk to the stop. Gorgeous views from windows and balcony. Great sized rooms and comfortable beds! Good shower and all the appliances needed for cooking and making your own food to save some extra money. Had a bit of a funny smell and spiders everywhere in the bathroom.

• Susan (8/5): Very good - Affordable, clean and with a kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. Felt like a real experience. Once you got a hang of the bus it was easy to get in and out of town in a few minutes.
• James (8/5): Great! - Bus stop very close by—only 10-12 minutes into the train station and center of town. Simply furnished, but very comfortable. It was great having the Coop Pronto convenience store right next door. Trains and traffic a bit noisy at times, but we got used to it. It’s not really a neighborhood to hang out in, but if you’re on a budget and don’t mind taking buses (which are free with the city guest pass that all overnight visitors receive), then it’s fine. The shower head didn’t fit tightly into the holder, so I basically had to use it as a handheld, but the tub was nice and big!

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment.

I think this is also the fault of Expedia, I have already make the full payment, don't understand why the property manager did not have our record.

• Alan. (8/5): Switzerland, from a UK point of view is an expensive country. This accommodation was good value. - Although a little out of town (30 min walk) the buses are regular & the bus stops close by (2min walk). The bus stops have ticket machines that can be used in English. If you live in the city & are used to city noise (traffic & trains especially) then you will be fine here. If you like a rural quiet setting then this apartment blocks location will take a bit of getting used to.

• Sandeep (10/5): - Property is well located near to Lucerne station and well connected by bus. Reception is available at least in office hours that is a plus point. Coop store at the nearby petrol pump can be used to purchase everything including vegetables and fruits. Rooms are spacious, kitchen is well equipped. Wifi used to get disconnected frequently, I think it was done deliberately by the management.Video download was blocked. A lift would have been desirable as the apartment was on third floor.

• surajeet (10/5): Great experience - Great experience. The apartment had plenty of space, the manage upgraded my apartment for free since I was traveling with family. He also found me a parking space for my car. Excellent customer service. I would definitely stay there again.

• JOE (6/5): 저렴하고 괜찮은 주방이 있지만 소음이 심한 아파트형 숙소 - 3박 했고 위치는 중앙역으로부터 버스로 10분거리라 좀 외짐 시설은 꽤 괜찮았음 주방에 전기렌지 오븐 마이크로웨이브 포트 등이 갖춰져 있었고 방 2개 거실 화장실 1개에 침대 3 소파 1개있었음 하지만 바로 앞이 찻길과 기찻길이 있고 창문이 비교적 방음이 안되어 낮시간엔 시끄러웠음 밤엔 차도 잘 안다니고 기차도 안다녀 수면엔 지장없음 스위스는 물가가 비싸 레스토랑에서 사먹으면 비용이 많이 드는데 괜찮은 선택이었음

• Verified traveler (2/5): - 방은 가족이 묵기에 괜찮았는데, 기차길 옆이라 너무 시끄럽고, 동네가 후미집니다. 너무 더웠는데 모기 등 때문에 창문을 열 수도 없었습니다. 방충망도 없고요. 그래서 3박 예약이었는데 1박만 하고 다른 호텔로 옮겼다는... 그런데 환불은 전혀 안 해주더군요. 24시간 전 cancel 가능이라 1박 요금이라도 환불해 달라고 요청했지만.. 하여간 여름에는 완전 비추입니다.
