- Chia-hui (9/5): Superb - The location is 2km from downtown, but it's very convenient to take bus No. 2 to get there. The bus runs about every ten minutes. Since there's no supermarkets around the neighborhood, we bought food and drinks from downtown Coop. We like it clean and quiet, easy to cook, and easy to do the laundry. There is only one toilet in the apartment, so we have to take turns to take a shower and use the toilet. If there's an emergency, really have to hold it.

Slightly noisy with windows open - needed in the summer as property doesn’t have AC. 4th floor not a problem for us but with no lift could be a problem for some.

Next day I followed the same, but there were still a lot of bugs. There is no elevator. Not sure if i missed this information from my end while booking. But 3 rd floor apartment with 2 small kids and 3 check-in bags is no fun to navigate without elevators.

- Stephanie (8/5): Very good - Apartment was clean and had a good location on a main bus line into the city center. Kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the laundry machines down stairs. Not a dislike but just we aware the apartment has no AC, and you don’t know what floor your apartment is on until you arrive. It got very warm during the day as we were there during a warm week, and even with the fans and windows open at night it didn’t cool down much for the next day.

- Xinia (10/5): Great Stay - It is a very quite neighborhood, rooms were very spacious, kitchen had all we needed, we had fans in our rooms but we didn't need them, it was chill when we went. We loved our stay. Bathroom with a tub was great to rest our feet. having only one bathroom was a little bit difficult, but if you coordinate, it can be done. There is nothing that the place can do about it, so you just deal with it.

Floor height going into bedrooms from hallway is uneven by probably 3 cm so two people almost broke toes going back into bedrooms at night.

- Jemma (7/5): Great bolt hole for exploring Lucerne - The property was clean and quiet on the edge of town. Lucerne provides visitors with a complimentary pass for travel, and we made full use of this. The buses all around town run regularly and reliably, and make getting around easy. While this property's location is not much in itself, it is so well connected (just 10 minutes to the city centre) that it wasn't a problem and well worth it for the quiet nights. It's set back from the main road and rail line, so neither disturbed us. The kitchen had everything you would need for a few-day stay. The bathroom has been recently decorated with a comfortable bath and a separate shower. The space was airy, having a second floor and a balcony, although we didn't use this due to a lack of time and inclement weather. The rooms were a decent size with space for a suitcase and to hang clothes. We had been warned that the apartment was on the 4th floor, but do note this if mobility is an issue as it was a steep climb with a suitcase!

- Kuan (5/5): We will not return - It’s spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The property is well heated too. The living room and the kitchen are quite well designed with modern furniture. The bedrooms however were furnished with old wooden wardrobes and desks. The property is a short bus ride away from the city. However, we were not comfortable to be in this area of the town. It’s secluded and rundown with beer cans strewn all over the streets. When we returned to the property after sundown at about 5pm, it was very dark and we struggled to open the external door in the dark. There were however motion sensor lights the moment we entered the building and along the staircase all the way to our apartment. However it was not a pleasant experience for us. Not having a lift in the building is also a huge pain point for us. Those travelling with young kids and heavy luggage will struggle like us.

- Andrew (9/5): Great stay in Lucerne! Close to the bus stop and very clean! - I had two units during my rental. Very close to the bus stop and easy access to the rest of the city. The units were on the second and third floor. My mother and father stayed in the second floor unit and were very happy with the apartment. My wife and I were on the third floor. She commented that the bath tub was the cleanest one she had seen in a rental unit! Very happy with the units! The pillows were a bit flat and lumpy.
- Chiu (9/5): We had a pleasant stay! - It was very spacious. Easy accessible with tram no. 2 which runs frequently from Luzern main train station. There is a laundry room that we can wash our clothes and dry them. It was on the fourth floor without lift.

Good workout. Rooftop deck needs attention. Needs Upgrade to a Smart TV. Universal remote wouldn't change input to hdmi for cable TV. Had to manually find and use a small button and wheel on back of TV.

- Dileepa (9/5): Superb - We visited in September, so it was a bit chilly and rainy, but the property felt warm and cozy inside. It’s just a 10-minute bus ride from Luzern main train station and another 2-3 minute walk from bus stop. There’s a restaurant right next to the property, but we didn’t notice many other dining options since we ate in Luzern. The apartment was clean and had all the basic amenities, including a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, and dryer (located in the basement and free to use). Our host was very communicative and even provided a complimentary Luzern guest card, which was really useful for bus rides around the area. Be mindful if you're traveling with heavy luggage, as our apartment was on the third floor with no lift access. Since we had small bags, it wasn't a problem for us, but we saw another group struggling to carry their heavy luggage up the stairs, so we offered to help.
- Robert (8/5): A Good Combination - Picking up the key was straight forward.The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bathroom and kitchen were very good. Most fittings and appliances seemed fairly new. The beds were comfortable. There are cupboards and desks in the bedrooms. Most of the time we were there it was very quiet in the apartment.The bustop is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The #2 bus gets you to Luzern Bahnhof, the main transport hub for trains, buses and boats, and the centre of Luzern, in about 10 minutes. The buses run every 7-8 minutes on a weekday. Approximately every 15 minutes on weekends. Most of the time it was very quiet in the apartment. Dropping the key off at the end of our stay was easy. This apartment, in combination with the #2 bus, Tibit's restaurant and the Coop Supermarket, ( both at Luzern Bahnhof ), served us well during our stay in Luzern. The foyer and stairwell could do with an uplift. There are portable fans but no air- conditionkng. The street was a bit edgy but also interesting. There are two restaurants in the street but both seemed over- priced for what you get. During our 5 night stay, there were two very loud partys One in the street and one in the building. Both finished early though. On one night, there were very loud occupants in the apartment above.. Apart from these occasions it was mostly very quiet. The washing machine didn't work. Sent the apartment hosts a message during our stay but received no reply. Consequently, we had to solve a problem ourselves without their help.

- Roy (7/5): Comfortable stay, clean apartment - The apartment was very neat and clean when we arrived. It had all the facilities that are needed for a family to live comfortably in the summer. We liked everything in the apartment except when we were leaving exactly at 10:00 the cleaning staff came banging almost asking us to vacate. We didn't need a reminder at 10:00 to leave as we were anyways doing so. Also we didn't like the fact that the apartment was in the second floor without a lift.

Had common washing facility on our floor which saved a long trek to the ground floor service. 4th floor apartment and only stair access is not suitable for older clients especially with heavy accompanied luggage. Access to city fine once you get the hang of the bus service. Too many rules!
- Fe (10/5): Exceptional - Near to downtown, bus is convenient, love that there’s nearby Coop to shop…the apartment size is good for us…we enjoyed our stay, within our expectation
- Pat (7/5): Unhappy with staff especially regarding sickness - Convenience and location to city. Away from centre of city. 3 of us contracted a vomitting bug on plane, sick over 3 days, vomitting and dysentry. Sent message asking for clean towels on Sunday (as we had used towels and bathmat to clean up) and requested floor to be washed because of vomit. Messsge wasnt read til Monday and we were informed we would get them that day. Still hadnt arrived when we left Tuesday. Unhygenic and not at all satisfactory. Talk about service, there was none. Messages need to be activated. Maybe spare towels left in wardobes, 2 keys per unit as 1 key for 4 people was unsatisfactory, Needs to be a better system of managing emails on days off. Is the laundry downstairs for guests use. Maybe this could be added to your info book. We didnt see it until day of departure

- Archal (3/5): Partly dissatisfied - accessibility with public transport, kitchenware Insects and bugs in the room, insensitive customer service, non availability of elevators, no mention on website/by service provider about non-availability of Air conditioners.
- Kanyapak (9/5): Superb - Clean und everything we needed The payment process for parking lot includes sending credit card info via WhatsApp or email. Alternative PayPal payment would be nice and more secure Aircon would be awesome 😉
- Ag (9/5): Clean spacious apartment! - Very good communication (always got a quick reply via messaging). There were clear instructions upon check-in and check-out. The apartment was very spacious and the bathroom had double sinks with shower and tub. A very clean and well-equipped apartment. Had everything we needed! Bus stop was close by. No elevator. Entrance into complex could be cleaner. Having to message credit card number to reserve parking.
- Gary (8/5): Free buses close to the accomodation was a big bonus. - The bus stop was close by with regular buses running into the city. No air conditioning. Very hot place during summer. 4 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases and no lift was challenging.
