• Demer (2/5): Hotel de pessima qualidade. - Bom para começar desde o 1 dia tivemos problema com o quarto, chegamos la o cheiro estava super forte uma mistura de mofo com produto de limpeza, piso do quarto sujo e com vasamento no box e p completar do nada a central de ar pifa. Ai trocamos de quarto bem depois de tanto relatar que o quarto estava ruim. Chegando no quarto novo as pessoas da limpeza simplesmente nao limpavam o quarto direito. A agua do chuveiro e da pia fedia e tinha gosto ruim. O que me ajudou foram 3 moças maravilhosas, duas que trabalhavam na recepção e uma com tranças no cabelo que super me ajudou e entendeu o que eu estava passando ate falei que a unica coisa que eu iria elogiar foram elas 3. Observação o CAFÉ da manhão um dos piores q ja comi meu Deus, nao tinha opção e sabor e sem contar as atendentes que mal acabavamos de comer tiravam os pratos praticamente da nossa mão. Algum bem mal educados. E reclamei porque pagamos caro e o valor não bate com a qualidade desse hotel. Somente porque fica proximo a praia mais com certeza devem ter hoteis do mesmo preço ou menors que vala mais a pena. Lembrando que eu relatei absolutamente tudo para todos da recepção.

Excellent for swimming, diving, snorkling or just relaxing with a cold Colombian beer in your hands. Excellent prices. With the same money you have to spend in North American or Europe daily you can stay 3 or 4 days in San Andres Island.

Free Breakfast on Boardwalk every morning was a great treat steps from Ocean and all the boardwalk Room was Spring break hotel Fort Lauderdale 1985 . NO WIFI Dated old moldy room yet with a balcony on the Ocean The rooms need to be updated . They switched us to their other Hotel on Ave of Americas which was Spectacular and was brand brand new with Amazing shower and WIFI All I can say the staff was amazing and accommodated us and even did all work to switch us to their sister hotel

I was there to compete in a triathlon event and wasn't able to sleep during my stay. It is a shame becaise the hotel doesn't care about it.

They really need to update the floors and clean the bathrooms, they smell bad. The door in the shower has black mold. The covers in the bed are very old. The view was in front of ruins from the hurricane. It was our honeymoon.

• Jorge (6/5): - The location is good because it is a few steps away from the beach. However, we were transferred to another hotel from the chain, which was three blocks away from the beach. We did not have a say in the change, it was just done by the hotel upon check-in time. We were changed to Portobelo Plaza Las Americas.

The check in process is very tedious , they notice you a bunch of rules, they seemed very angry and the welcome is not comfortable. The hotel is pricey.

El peor hotel que puedes reservar - El peor hotel que me quedado, me dieron una habitación al lado de la recepción por lo que no pude dormir en toda la noche del ruido de la gente entrando y saliendo, no había agua caliente, habían muchos animales que se metían por debajo de la puerta, la nevera (minibar) excesivamente ruidosa y al check out me estaban cobrando 40 Mil pesos que porque me había quitado la manilla del hotel….un robo y fiasco de hotel NO lo recomiendo Pésimo

Muy bien servicio, Faustino especialmente nos ayudó coordinando una cena romántica y haciendo que toda la experiencia fuera de lo mejor!!

• Joyce (4/5): Decepcionante - Hotel sem infraestrutura decente para os hóspedes, quarto com mto cheiro de mofo e não tem água quente no chuveiro. Assim que chegamos fomos direcionados para o segundo andar que o quarto era bem fedorento e só tinha torneira de água fria no chuveiro, solicitei que mudassem para quarto com água quente e no dia seguinte me colocaram no terceiro andar onde tinham 2 torneiras água quente e fria, porém msm assim só saia água fria e em conta gotas, nao dava pra tomar banho direito inclusive lavar cabelos longos, um terror :( e o cheiro de mofo permanecia, o elevador com cheiro de fossa. O café da manhã é bom pq é servido em outro local, nada que incomode ter que caminhar bem pouco, a localização é mto boa, a praia está menos de 1 minuto e é boa para banho de mar. A internet só funciona na recepção do hotel, o que faz ficar cheia de gnt, e nao é mto grande. San Andrés é lindo demais, águas com cores maravilhosas, mas não pensem que irão encontrar infraestrutura como de Cancún, está bem longe disso, até msm pq se trata de uma ilha, onde td deve ser bem restrito e pensado, pois não é fácil ter as coisas por lá, energia, água potável, tratamento de esgoto, mas para curtir a natureza é perfeito!

Woke up floor completely wet. Complained to the front desk and the couldn’t do anything because it was a “holiday”. Complained mishandled since the beginning all the way to the supposed “management”. They blamed the misinformation on internal communication breakdowns (their own breakdown) and refused to pay for damages. Will not stay here again.

• Angela Francisca (6/5): Por esa suma de dinero hay hoteles mejores.. - Siendo realista encuentro que el valor no tiene relación al lugar, no es un hotel, más bien parece una hostal. Por ese precio y un poco más, sugiero otros hoteles. Me sentí muy incómoda con el Restorant para desayuno fuera del hotel. pocas sillas, pequeño el espacio, sentarse afuera en la calle era desagradable con las palomas encima de las mesas. El hotel es apagado, y no atienden muy bien, en la pieza había olor a alcantarilla, y el aire acondicionado estaba goteando por lo que ponen una toalla para que absorba. Decidí cambiar el hotel a los dos días de estar ahí, consulte si me devolvían algo de dinero por retirarme antes ya que lo que sale en la pagina no es lo que prometen. Pero recibí un rotundo no por lo que no quise perder mis vacaciones discutiendo ese tipo de cosas.

Eerste kamer enorm veel herrie van de airco die buiten voor het raam stond dus ook geen uitzicht naar buiten. Andere kamer gekregen net zo erg. WiFi geen tot zeer slecht. Ontbijt klein en weinig keus. Kort maar krachtig weinig voor veel geld.

Window banged loudly all night and next door pool parties made tons of noise. People at the front desk were as helpful as possible but I do not recommend staying here.
• Vanessa (8/5): Pontos positivos e negativos - Chuveiro é quente e boa pressão. O hotel não fica em frente à praia como discrimina na propaganda. Ao chegar e questionar sobre o quarto com vista ao mar, informaram que teria que pagar R$ 70,00 a mais. Nós pedimos parcelamento no cartão e ao chegar no Brasil, verificamos que não fizeram o devido parcelamento. Café da manhã e cama são bons. Hotel no centro e por isso ajuda se locomover.
• Carolina (8/5): Very good hotel mear the beach - Great location 2 minutes walk to the beach, 1 to a casino, bars, 15 minutes walk to downtown you don't need to hire a taxi. People are very friendly. The ocean an d the beach are amassing. The hotel has its own restaurant food is really good and the Staff are very attentive. Next time we go to San Andres we will return to this hotel.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Portobelo Covention Center - El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, en el centro de San Andrés y a pocos metros de la playa. Sus instalaciones son bastante básicas, las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado. En horario restringido, se puede acceder a una ducha de agua tibia y dulce. Teniendo en cuenta la relación calidad/precio, creo que hay varios detalles que se podrían mejorar. El desayuno se sirve en un restaurant a la vuelta del hotel. Si bien es correcto no presenta variedad de un día a otro, convirtiéndose en monótono para aquellas personas que se alojan por varios días. El tiempo que se tarda en los trámites de check in resulta ser demasiado extenso. Varias tardes tuvimos que sufrir con música a volumen altísimo (prácticamente insoportable) que provenía del vecino hotel Tone.

• Iara (6/5): Avaliação do hotel. - As recepcionistas são mau humoradas, discutem na frente dos hóspedes e não explicam os detalhes da estadia. O hotel diz disponibilizar água quente para banho, mas na vdd a água fica no máximo morna e várias outras vezes fria. O ralo do banheiro estava entupido, formava-se uma piscina no box. O cheiro que subia qdo se abria a torneira da pia era nojento. O frigobar não funciona. O quarto é espaçoso, hotel perto da praia e do centrinho, mas pelo preço deveria ser muito melhor.
• Natalie (2/5): Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else - Overall I have to say the staff has no customer service skills. When booking I was never made aware that the phone was not working in the room when I brought it to management attention they told me the one person on the entire Island I could fix the phone was away so reasonably I expected some sort of compensation for every time I needed an item for assistance from the front desk I had to travel from the fourth floor. However management argued with me and noted there surprise that I don't whatever bring this to their attention. They even went on to talk about me and the situation in Spanish unknowingly that myself and party spoke to language (rude). When checking into my room they insisted that I signed for the water and the Coke and toiletry in the room but I insisted for them to remove it for I needed the refrigerator from my personal items and medication that was a big deal ! Please be sure to read the small script very carefully you only have Wi-Fi access in the hotel lobby not in your room. Also the breakfast that's included with the stay is served in another building around the corner from the hotel. Lastly, you have to leave your key at the front desk every time you want to leave the hotel. I mean really! And when you come back to the hotel they looking for the key telling you it's not there when after looking further they find the key. Really, it's actually there! Such an inconvenience.

Baños sucios. Techos terribles. No lo recomiendo a nadie. Por Internet venden una cosa, pero en la vida real es muy diferente. UN hotel DESASTROSO y muy costoso para lo que es....El desayuno pésimo....Me dio vergüenza con mis hijas y esposa.....Tratare de olvidar este hotel.

O quarto é confortável, mas as recepcionistas são mal humoradas, não dão nenhuma dica de turismo e não tem nem um mapa da ilha. No site vemos fotos de piscina que não existe no hotel. O café da manhã é servido em outro local, e tem muita pouca variedade, e os funcionários ficam servindo a gente, parece que querendo controlar o quanto vamos comer. O chuveiro não tem água quente. A cama é muito confortável e as instalações do hotel apesar de velhas são bem limpas.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The hotel did not respect the price booked by Expedia and charged more than $ 100 extra to my credit card. I was given a room on the ground floor, but it lacked a full window, so I had a noised room and the air conditioning does not work very well. The breakfast was poor quality. If you are thinking visit this hotel, I recommed you look for other options
• Christina (6/5): Bescheidene Zimmer für zu viel Geld! - Die Nähe zum Strand, das Frühstück und hilfsbereite Reinigungskräfte sind positiv hervorzuheben. Das Hotel ist aber viel zu teuer für das, was geboten wird - wir hatten ein bescheidenes Zimmer mit kleinem Fenster und keinerlei Komfort - auch sonst hatte das Hotel nicht viel zu bieten - internet nur in der kleinen meist überfüllten Lobby.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel bom. - Estadia boa. Água do chuveiro deveria ser mais quente. No quarto só tinha a cama e um criado, faltou uma cadeira ou uma mesa. Hotel muito bem localizado.

• Andre (2/5): COCKROACH / CUCARACHAS / BARATAS - * NOT CLEAN: We found cockroaches inside and outside of the room. * THEY OVER CHARGE: At check-in, the staff charged us the double of the amount in the reservation. Took us about 2h calling Hotels.com to solve this issue. * NOT SAFE: There is a note saying that they are not responsible for money or valuable items inside the room. We heard other guests saying they had money robbed. At checkout, the hotel charged us for 'using the safe' even though they did not inform us that this service was charged when we asked for they safe's key. * THERE IS NO WI-FI: Hotels.com says it has 'free WI-FI', but it is only available at the lobby and is a terrible WI-FI. At the rooms they don't even have paid WI-FI. * SERVICE IS TERRIBLE: Hotel staff is not helpful. We definetely didn't feel welcome. * Breakfast was 'ok'. Nothing great. * It is a 'near the beach hotel' that has a swimming pool (pretty poor) and they DON'T offer towels to be used at the pool or the beach. * The hotel is in the most crowded area. If you go around the island, all other beaches are less crowded and equally beautiful.
• Verified traveler (2/5): WORST experience ever - Worst staff ever. Really offensive. Nasty people. They try to send us to a hotel around the corner. Very bad expirience. finally they had to respect the reservation. Room on very bad condition. Terrible A/C. Insufficient and very noisy. Washroom all wet and dirty. No potable water. Just salty water. Impossible to take a shower. bad location and no view.
• Wendy (6/5): Toiletries provided in the room are not free! - Breakfast was good. The air conditioning stopped working multiple times. In fact, my first night there, the a/c stopped working in the middle of the night. The man at the front desk didn't understand English so I just went back to sleep through the heat. More importantly, you get charged for every thing you use in the room: tissue, toothpaste, e.t.c. I didn't know this beforehand so that was pretty annoying to check out and find out I had these extra charges. Be careful!
