Lo único para observar es lo siguiente,lo que parece una piscina es realmente un Jacuzzi y tenés que reservar para ingresar. Volvería a elegir el hotel para hospedarme. Lo súper recomiendo.

• Ayrton (9/5): Muito boa! - Café da manhã excelente e ótimos Funcionários. Apesar de haver duas camas de casal, eram camas pequenas para um casal dormir junto. Além disso, do quarto ouve-se bastante o barulho dos carros na rua, buzinas, etc.

O hotel é silencioso e acredite, em Cusco isso é muito importante, uma vez que a gente precisa acordar muito cedo para os passeios! O quarto é espaçoso e muito confortavel. nao exatamente que eu não tenha gostado, mas um ponto de melhoria, são as tvs, que são antigas. Mas nada que me fizesse deixar de me hospedar no hotel.
• Andre (10/5): Excelente. Voltaríamos - A localização é excelente. É necessário fazer uma caminhada até a plaza de armas. Porém, é ótimo, pois você tem a oportunidade de ir conhecendo outros lugares, como praças, museos, cafeterias, caixas eletrônicos e casas de câmbio. Além disso, ele fica localizado na Avenida principal, onde também estão o peru rail e o inca rail. O café da manhã tem muita variedade. Eu e minha namorada fomos muito bem recebidos por Ivan. Ele nos deu um mapa da cidade e nos apresentou tudo. Além disso, no serviu com um delicioso chá de coca. Por fim, a acomodação nos agradou muito. Estava muito frio e tinha aquecedor elétrico no quarto.

• DebAGardner (10/5): Comfortable, convenient location and tasty breaky included - We recently visited this hotel on the front and tail end of an Inca Trail hike. The travel company uses this property for their clients and we weren’t expecting it to be so nice. The employees were most helpful, the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The hotel location is less than a mile away from the Plaza de Armes where many excellent restaurants and stores are located. A large breakfast buffet is also included.

Es inaceptable reclamar para que enciendan la calefacción central a las 7pm y ver qué a las 2am ya estaba apagada. La temperatura externa era de 8 grados. Es un hotel 4 estrellas y con un precio elevado. INACEPTABLE.

• Hendrik (8/5): Goede keuze in Cuzco als je iets meer comfort wil - De jacuzzi met uitzicht over Cusco, die speciaal voor ons gevuld werd, eigen parkeergarage en op loopafstand van het historische centrum In het hotel overnachten ook grote groepen, dat is minder rustig bij het ontbijt en kan druk zijn bij de receptie

• Quimey (8/5): Recomendable! - Muy bueno el hotel! Muy limpio, con todo lo necesario. El desayuno rico, aunque podría mejorar un poco. La primera noche nos dieron habitación externa y pedimos cambio a una interna ya que había mucho ruido de la calle. Nos dieron el cambio súper rápido y fue todo perfecto! La ubicación más o menos, acabamos tomando Uber al centro cada día, igual muy barato el Uber.

There are a few issues I encountered :I feel like the staff could have been more motivated and accommodating. For example, I booked the wrong dates by accident and asked them well in advance if I could move the dates. They didn't respond and then charged me for the night I wasn't there. To note: I was a returning and loyal customer and I feel they could have made an effort. Also, at 21:30 housekeeping just walked into my room while I was sleeping and doesn't answer the phone. There is also a massive language barrier and often the didn't understand what I was asking.

However, part of why we booked was for the jacuzzi operates only w - Very nice hotel but the jacuzzi operates only when you reserve it. And it’s basically a bathtub. Good breakfast and very nice facilities tho. 15 walk to downtown. Jacuzzi felt like false advertising.

• Tomás (10/5): Great value for money and amazing staff - Comfy beds at a walkable distance to the city centre. We loved our time in Cusco, and this hotel was part of the experience. The breakfast is varied enough too.
• Suzette (9/5): Experience at Jose Antonio Hotel, Cusco - I loved the Jacuzzi on the roof. It was a fantastic view. Also, the entertainment by Peruvian indigenous musicians at breakfast - a very lovely surprise for me. The long walk to the main square/plaza was good because I got some exercise and knew more about the surroundings and different shops. My room as a single occupancy was cosy and comfortable. Nice accommodation, fit for purpose. Nice getaway Staff was helpful in showing you the plazas and surrounding shops and markets. I wish the accommodation was all inclusive. Nonetheless, lunch and dinner could be provided at additional cost. No balcony attached to the rooms

• Paulina (9/5): - Piękny hotel z najlepszym widokiem na Cusco! Obsługa jest nastawiona na klienta i reagująca na nasze potrzeby. Śniadania bardzo fajne, trochę lokalnych przysmaków ze świeżymi owocami. Duży wybór soków, czasami trafia się smażenie omletów na żywo. Jeśli chodzi o lokalizację, to jest niedaleko do głównego placu, naprzeciwko świetna restauracja z lokalnym jedzeniem czy lokalny targ. A z ciekawostek - to właśnie tutaj nocuje obsługa linii lotniczych czy drużyna piłkarska - przeciwnik Cusco FC ;-) Jacuzzi raczej nie działa tzn. po zapytaniu o nie usłyszałam, że trzeba zgłaszać wcześniej chęć skorzystania, ale będąc tam, wszystko jest dość stare i nieużywane. Szkoda, bo to mógłby być mocny punkt.

• Vida (6/5): Nice and clean room but doesn't have AC and ventilation - The location was excellent and staffs were kind. The room was also clean. The room didn't have an AC. The only way for ventilation was opening the window however due to outside traffic noise it was not comfortable. Also the bathroom ventilation was based on small window which was not efficient same as a fan.

• donnapos (8/5): Lovely city hotel in good location - I just stated here for one night with my husband. The hotel has a nice local charm about it. A nice size room and bathroom with a bath. Internet connection was very slow. I had a reasonable breakfast and a lovely evening meal here at a good price. It was lovely getting a local welcome drink. Staff were very pleasant. The hotel is very near the big market, has a small market for drinks, snacks etc very close and it’s about a 20 minute small stroll up the hill to the main square. I loved having the pan pipes playing at breakfast

• ConsideredReview (10/5): Flawed but fabulous - Our room was huge (with three double beds) in the corner of the hotel on the 4th floor overlooking a massively busy road junction. Some might say the traffic noise was too much but we loved the constant thrum and life going on outside which we could watch from above. Some might also say the bathroom decor was a bit tired but everything worked fine. Noise insulation both externally and internally was really good but the windows opened so you could hear the lively scene outside better if you wished. Breakfast was varied and delicious in a spacious restaurant. Staff were great. We really enjoyed our stay here. The place has character, charm and a delight all of its own. It earned a place in my heart and a solid 5-stars for being a great place to stay. PS. Lots of little artisan shops nearby, also a lovely little park with impressive waterfall, and a magnificent indoor market selling all sorts of shiny gewgaws plus a cafe located directly opposite.

• Offthemat (10/5): Great hotel in a great location - We stayed here for our last night in Cusco. Lovely hotel and walking distance from main areas in central Cusco plus a market across the road for great shopping and souveniers. Very comfortable and staff very friendly. Lovely inner courtyard and other areas to chill. Good value. Our email comminication through their hotel chain was excellent. Would stay again.
• Michael (1/5): Desaster! Be careful !! One of our worst experiences. - Worst experiences over the entire process: check-in, stay and check-out. The team barely speaks englisch, the breakfast is a desaster, with music playing phenomenally loud as of 5am, combined with arrogant attitude and frequent requests for tips by staff, rooms are dark and extensively noice sensible. We could hear the music from the breakfast area in our room. Overall, hotel is poorly managed. Be careful!

We did ask for rooms to not face the main road to be away from noise but we were given these rooms. It was noisy but lucky we were very tired or the noise stopped early because we were able to sleep
• jessie olivia (3/5): Falta de respeto por el pasajero - Instalaciones Que entren personas a la habitación del hotel SIN LLAMAR ANTES a 7:40 argumentando que ‘el check out es a las 8:00’ cuando el check out ES A LAS 10:00 y luego diciendo solamente sin siquiera disculparse ni retirarse esperando que nos fuéramos igual de la habitación. Luego en recepción si quieres preguntar algo, pedir algo o reservar un servicio del hotel te dicen ‘no se preocupe, usted suba a la habitación y yo la llamo para confirmarle, NUNCA TE LLAMAN DE VUELTA. Te lo dicen solo para que te vayas y no los molestes. Para llamar a la recepción desde la habia y tienes que llamar al menos 5 veces, y si pides algo, al volver a llamar para insistir tres veces más.
